16/02/2025: PREMISE: I'm not the type of customer who wants to set himself up as a food critic or anything else. I don't usually leave negative reviews as I've never had a similar situation happen to me. The place is very nice, it tries to show a bit of class and extravagance. The menu is not very varied but very good, quality is better than quantity!! The chef is very good and deserves compliments. The very strong NEO of the evening was the behavior of a waiter who was absolutely rude and out of place. Booked at 8.30pm, we arrive on time and a bit of a legitimate wait begins, even just to order while all the guests (counted 22/23 in total) have already started eating. My girlfriend and I order two starters and two second courses around 8.45pm. At 9.20pm we were served an entrée for the wait... and already there I understood that there was presumably a (legitimate) problem in the kitchen, but nothing was said to us. At 9.40pm, therefore almost 1 hour after having ordered, while the dishes continued to arrive for the other diners... my girlfriend and I were still without a starter, so I asked the waiter politely: "I beg your pardon, was there by any chance a problem in the kitchen? Because we've been waiting for the appetizer for more than an hour and we wanted to know if everything was okay"; him: “No, it's because you arrived last, as you can see the room is full, so in the meantime they finish eating and then you will be served (fake nervous sarcastic smile)” and he goes away. The positive note... the lady in charge of the dining room and I think of the restaurant was very kind and apologized several times for the wait, confirming that there was a problem in the kitchen. At the end of the evening he also gave us some advice on where to go in the surrounding area both for the evening and for the following day. Precisely for this reason I didn't want to expose the problem present there...but I think that the place, the review, unfortunately deserves it in this way. Thank you very much anyway for the hospitality, once again compliments to the chef, I would highly recommend the waiter to adapt to good manners and offer greater quality to the customer who, at that point, could easily have left the place paying cover charge, water and wine and gone out. Unfortunately I don't think I'll go back because such a response is not tolerable. Good luck for the future!!

17/03/2025: Excellent trattoria with well-executed and well-made dishes! The service was good, just a little long wait for a free table. The environment is informal and not noisy. The quality/price ratio is very interesting. Recommended!
