22/05/2026: Lunch for two, booked. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Service was quick.
We had to park in the squares at the bottom of Barge because everything nearby has a maximum parking limit of 1 hour, but the walk was pleasant.
Excellent classic dishes, reasonable prices.

03/05/2026: In the center of Barge, a trattoria, a "piola" of yesteryear, that you're slowly finding no more. Excellent, home-cooked food. Set menu: 4 appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a side dish. Dessert, water, wine, and coffee.
Spent 55 for two with two extras.
Starters: Excellent, light Russian salad that didn't taste like mayonnaise. Quality chopped raw beef. Good chicken salad. Good Tomino/robiola cheese: 1 agnolotti with ragù and 1 tagliatelle with walnut sauce. Braised beef with baked potatoes and paper. Dessert: 1 bonet and 1 caramelized cream. I wasn't crazy about the wine on tap. Recommended place.

Super-fast service and shipping, friendly service, and easy communication were 10/10. The panettone was amazing: soft, fragrant, and delicious. 09/06/2026: Beautiful building, very nice, with a vintage car museum (which I'm not a fan of), but seeing them beautiful, shiny, and tidy is thrilling.
They were very kind and allowed bike storage and charging, as well as access for maintenance.
Breakfast was very generous, which is customary given the activities we're going to do afterwards.
06/04/2026: Beautiful room and very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Worth seeing and discovering.

01/05/2026: I went for lunch on Sunday during a car rally and had a truly positive experience. The food was excellent, with simple yet tasty dishes typical of Piedmontese cuisine.
The portions were generous.
The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. An ideal place for lunch with friends.

Two spectacular platters and... excellent service with a smile from both waitresses. We live in Bagnolo but we love to go to Bar Italia in Barge for aperitifs.... wow, keep it up!

30/12/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. The atmosphere is noisy, the products are not fresh, and the food is bland. Really not good.
12/12/2025: One star because I can't give it any less.
Dirty place, very poor food, cold, trays purposely left empty by the staff.
I asked for sushi several times and it never came.
I strongly advise against this place.
Everything was negative.

17/11/2024: Gradevolissima locale in un ambiente naturale molto bello, vicino all’antica Trappa di Mombracco. Cucina casalinga , ottima e molto genuina. Servizio efficiente, personale gentile, non caro. Davvero consigliato.

03/01/2025: Siamo stati in cascina per il cenone di San Silvestro, locale molto accogliente, servizio all’altezza, ogni pietanza è stata servita su un piatto diverso e ben impiattata, gli antipasti erano abbinati a sapori particolari che ho molto apprezzato.
Unico suggerimento: nel menù avrei scritto “dolce” e non “dolci” visto che ne è stato servito solo uno

04/03/2025: Andato per un pranzo di lavoro.....cibo discreto, servizio pessimo e ospitalita vergognosa. A mio parere, per i pranzi di lavoro occorrerebbe un altra organizzazione. Tempi di attesa assurdi e come ripeto.....oste imbarazzante. Impossibile prenotare.....il telefono squilla ma nessuno risponde

Da fuori non gli daresti una lira (e pure dentro non è irresistibile…) ma è un’autentica trattoria dove si mangia quel che è stato preparato quello stesso giorno (e che può finire) con un rapporto qualità prezzo (12 Euro per due portate più dolce e caffè) imparagonabile con qualsiasi altro posto, in Italia, in cui sia mai stato!
