15/01/2024: In un pomeriggio domenicale freddo e, trovato il locale segnalatoci da un amico, entriamo trovando un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Sembrava che il tempo si fosse fermato e proprio qui troviamo una fantastica farinata, pensavo ormai fosse estinta. La Signora Silvana molto gentile che ci racconta degli anni settanta, anni in qui ha aperto l'attività e dove la passione ancora oggi non la riesce a trattenere a casa. Una farinata cremosa all'interno, con la giusta crosticina sopra e con un sapore veramente buono. Consumata sul posto, abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di scambiare quattro chiacchiere con altri avventori, nella semplicità e nella tradizione che questo locale per fortuna preserva.
Ovviamente torneremo

Gustosa, profumata e unta il giusto.

09/09/2025: I don't think I've ever written a one-star review in my life, but given the host's lack of cooperation, I feel compelled.
We stayed here for a wedding, and while leaving the house, we forgot a pair of Birkenstocks (slippers with a significant emotional and financial value for me).
Two weeks later, we realized we'd forgotten them and contacted the host, who technically should have notified us of their discovery, but we ignored it.
I should point out that, of course, I would have paid for shipping.
The host replied that the caretaker found them and threw them away.
So, I strongly advise you not to forget anything at the property.
29/07/2025: We had a wonderful weekend with friends to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and rented the entire property. It was a wonderful place and the owners were incredibly welcoming.

19/06/2026: It's not a bakery to my liking because the bread is made with over-processed flour.
It certainly caters to the local clientele's tastes, but they're not my cup of tea. The breadsticks aren't my cup of tea either. The atmosphere and service aren't at all welcoming.
03/04/2026: April 3rd, I got focaccia at 8:00 AM, raw, raw, without oil or salt. The dough stuck to my palate. It's the first time in my life I've thrown food away. It tasted like the mixture of water and breadcrumbs I used to fish for mullet in Voltri. Never again.
