01/11/2024: Finally a place where you can truly feel at home. Cris and Isa are two fantastic people, helpful, kind and open to advice and opinions from customers, which is something absolutely not for everyone. The pizza and all the baked goods made by Isa are divine, Cris' service is informal but very attentive and scrupulous. What can we say if we add that I can drink the various Negronis, Americanos, Gin lemons etc. without alcohol for me it's the TOP! Hot dishes of the day on Saturday evenings so far the ones I have tried are exquisite. It's not a simple bar, it's not a restaurant, it's not a pub but it's an innovative place that embraces them all! Well done in Novi we needed you!

Excellent execution of the dishes we ordered (cod fritters, spaghetti with blue crab and much more...). Highly recommended!

29/11/2024: It's impossible to live in Novi without this super brewery, it makes me feel at home every time I go there. For me it's "The best of the best"! Excellent beers, characteristic place to frequent often. It offers lots of beers and ciders. The kitchen prepares excellent simple and succulent dishes, hamburger sandwiches with worthy side dishes. Try it and you will be satisfied. Let Checco advise you on tasting your best beer and, professionally, he will meet you and you will be positively impressed. George

24/11/2024: The restaurant is beautiful and certainly special; The food is good and tasty, and the service is polite and available. There are also beers on tap and they are all of quality (and km0). I was satisfied and in my opinion the appropriate grade is 5 stars

07/01/2025: Ero un po' indeciso su dove festeggiare per la Fine e l'Inizio dell'anno Nuovo. Degli amici mi hanno consigliato questo agriturismo, dove si può anche dormire, appena fuori da Novi Ligure. Ho trovato l'ambiente molto familiare e caldo, una cucina abbondante nella scelta e nella qualità, con buona parte dei prodotti loro, accompagnati da un vino "vero", quello di un tempo,e anche con sapori che mi riportano all'infanzia. Dalla bagnacauda tra gli antipasti, al risotto al gavi tra i primi e lo zampone con lenticchie tra i secondi. Per poi chiudere con dolci, caffè e un'ottima grappa. Grazie per la bella serata.

06/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena a capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tutto perfetto, dall'antipasto al dolce. Cibo di altissima qualità fatto con prodotti genuini e tipici della zona. Per iniziare, abbiamo presso un succulento flan di verdure con bagnacauda e cestini di pasta matta con funghi e fonduta, meravigliosi! Il risotto al Gavi ed i ravioli di magro al sugo di noci sono stati spaziali! Diamo anche una menzione speciale al Brasato con verdure e al Cotechino con le lenticchie! Stupendi! Per concludere, abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta! Un Pandolce genovese basso con zabaione al passito e uno stupendo Semifreddo alla nocciola e amaretti. Complimenti! È stata una bellissima esperienza. Ci torneremo, sicuramente ! Peccato che non si possano dare più di 5 stelle.

La saletta dispone di 10 coperti, 40 la sala a seguire; nella bella stagione è fruibile la terrazza che si affaccia sulla piscina scoperta. In sala e nella cucina separata per le preparazioni di pizze e dolci senza glutine Jlenia Marino, al forno a legna il marito Alberto Ciampi e il fratello Dennis; seguiti dalla gentile Alessia. Piacevole musica soft in sottofondo; la cena: Birre Salento 33 cl: - Agricola Ambrata alc. 6,5% vol. - Tipa Ipa alc. 4,8% vol. FOCACCIA AL FORMAGGIO: - Classica (stile Recco cotta in teglia). PIZZA VEGETARIANA (impasto classico): - Margherita sbagliata (fiordilatte, provola di Agerola, datterino giallo e rosso, emulsione al basilico). DESSERT: - crumble di mele caramellate e aromatizzate alla cannella con uno strato di frolla e gelato fiordilatte maison. - Passeggiata nel bosco (base di croccante alle mandorle e nocciole, mousse alla vaniglia e mousse di cioccolato). Tra le pizzerie non gourmet la riteniamo tra le migliori per qualità, per l'utilizzo delle eccellenze del territorio compreso il vino, per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e per la gentilezza. 01/02/2025: The expectations I had knowing the owner well and his professionalism in the kitchen and in managing a place were high... and in fact, as I imagined it was a wonderful experience, very good food (the braised meat melted in the mouth) as well as the beer, very kind and professional staff, wonderful place, very welcoming and clean... I will definitely return... Well done SANDRO, you are a guarantee...

22/12/2024: After an hour of waiting to take our orders, we were scolded in front of the entire restaurant by the staff because, according to them, we did not inform them that instead of there being 15 there would be 13 of us, even though it had been communicated as soon as we entered the restaurant. This caused us discomfort but above all it made the other diners uncomfortable. As for the food my fish and chips were covered in salt, not very good I must say. And last but not least, two beers were ordered and never arrived. Experience not to be repeated.

21/02/2025: Very large place but always crowded, booking is mandatory to avoid very long waits (even for two!). Very wide choice of pizzas, the "by the metre" variant is very good. Friendly staff and quite fast, as is the service; the amount of people in the venue must always be taken into consideration for evaluations! Average prices.

30/11/2024: Wonderful girls..... from the first time I entered they spoiled me (I know I'm poor with food etc.) they treated me like one of the family with a smile a nice word is a good day: they won me over.. .. if there are those who say it's annoying they don't understand anything!!!! Thank you so much for conquering me and spoiling me with mixed salads etc.!! The toasts are also delicious! and the house dishes I saw passing by!!!!

19/09/2024: The delicacies that Anna prepares are spectacular... Biscuits, focaccia, sweet and savory cakes... And the aperitif is by far the best in Novi... I confirm that the aperitif is something spectacular, cured meats, cheeses, focaccia, taralli, olives etc etc... Alba is by far the best person you can meet in a bar.
