24/11/2024: Per uno spuntino veloce ma sfizioso, o per un pranzo o cena appetitosi, se avete voglia di: una farinata molto buona, focaccia genovese col formaggio, pizzette al tegamino, antipasto piemontese, vitello tonnato, panissa, insalate, dolci….. Piatti tipici piemontesi e liguri, nulla di scontato e tutto curato.

18/11/2024: Locale storico del novese, che negli anni si è ingrandito ed ha continuato a mantenere la sua clientela, forse anche incrementandola. Location carina, un po’ spartana forse, sedute non proprio comode. Farinata eccellente, ma delusione per le pizzette: minime, sciape, senza sapore. Servizio decisamente da migliorare. Troppo esoso per il servizio e per ciò che non è la semplice farinata.

23/11/2024: Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante scoperto per caso, passeggiando, attratto anche dal musica che proveniva dal locale stesso. Entri e ti ritrovi in un luogo pieno di magia.. Un tuffo nel passato.. Ogni particolare attrae la tua attenzione. Un luogo che permette di godersi dal pre cena fino al dopo cena e oltre, grazie al suo ricco menù per tutti i palati, sia nel bere e sia nel mangiare. Ho gustato un'ottima cena, con porzioni giuste e servito da personale gentile. Se passate da Novi, fateci un salto, non ve ne pentirete.

01/11/2024: Finally a place where you can truly feel at home. Cris and Isa are two fantastic people, helpful, kind and open to advice and opinions from customers, which is something absolutely not for everyone. The pizza and all the baked goods made by Isa are divine, Cris' service is informal but very attentive and scrupulous. What can we say if we add that I can drink the various Negronis, Americanos, Gin lemons etc. without alcohol for me it's the TOP! Hot dishes of the day on Saturday evenings so far the ones I have tried are exquisite. It's not a simple bar, it's not a restaurant, it's not a pub but it's an innovative place that embraces them all! Well done in Novi we needed you!

29/11/2024: It's impossible to live in Novi without this super brewery, it makes me feel at home every time I go there. For me it's "The best of the best"! Excellent beers, characteristic place to frequent often. It offers lots of beers and ciders. The kitchen prepares excellent simple and succulent dishes, hamburger sandwiches with worthy side dishes. Try it and you will be satisfied. Let Checco advise you on tasting your best beer and, professionally, he will meet you and you will be positively impressed. George

24/11/2024: The restaurant is beautiful and certainly special; The food is good and tasty, and the service is polite and available. There are also beers on tap and they are all of quality (and km0). I was satisfied and in my opinion the appropriate grade is 5 stars

10/12/2024: Rustic and evocative setting to enjoy an excellent pinsa or a hamburger. I have been to this place several times, most recently for a dinner with friends. I tasted one of the simplest pinsas, tomato, mozzarella and basil but really tasty and crunchy. The pulled pork burger is usually very good, served with a side of crispy fried potatoes. Last night unfortunately the meat was very oily, which unfortunately didn't make the flavor great but it overly softened the bread and messed up the dish. Overall the flavor wasn't bad.

07/12/2024: A chance discovery. I was in Piedmont for a wine tasting at a farmhouse, and not being able to have lunch in the tasting location, as there was no room, I started looking for a restaurant, and by chance I booked at the Locanda del Santo bevitore. Once here, I chose the chef's "freehand" menu. Never was a more appropriate choice. I'll start with the restaurant manager: Davide is a truly professional, courteous and knowledgeable person in the preparation of dishes and wines. Regarding the cuisine, the "free hand" of chef Thomas Papa will be unforgettable. With each course, the taste buds could distinguish each ingredient, which is why I will be forced to return. Finally, I must also compliment the manager, who is very knowledgeable about the wines in the cellar, who passionately showed me and told me about some of the wineries in the area. If you don't just want to eat, but if you are also looking for a unique experience, this is the right place if you are in the area... or even not

I already knew the place and their excellent cuisine, but now I add that it has reconfirmed itself as an attractive location for parties, in the dedicated rooms, and all the very professional staff. The owners were definitely helpful. An experience that I recommend to everyone

14/12/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant and were absolutely thrilled with the experience! From the moment we were welcomed, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Food was the real protagonist of the evening. We tried several dishes and each one was a real explosion of flavors. The very fresh ingredients and the care in the presentation really impressed us, meat and burgers cooked to perfection. Overall, a restaurant I highly recommend and we will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu as soon as we are in the area again !

02/01/2025: Non si discute la qualità. Ma in termini di professionalità ed educazione sono messi parecchio male, in particolare in sala. Serata particolare certo, ma se lavori devi farlo serenamente e saper affrontare le difficoltà. Trattare con sufficienza i clienti con svogliatezza e impazienza non è accettabile. 2 ore di attesa per iniziare a cenare decisamente eccessivo. Stesso trattamento lo avevo ricevuto in un sabato qualunque, si tratta di un loro modo pessimo di lavorare. Qualità cibo buona.

05/11/2024: Ristorante e pizzeria nel centro di Novi Ligure vicino alla ex caserma militare dove è comodo parcheggiare. Si possono mangiare pizze, primi piatti, risotti, carne e dolci. Restaurant and pizzeria in Novi Ligure city center near the ex military barracks easy for parking. You can eat pizzas, first courses, risotti, , meal and sweets.

07/12/2024: Not being from the area, I was passing through and this ice cream shop intrigued me. I decided to try a cup and I was satisfied: the ice cream was good and the flavors were varied, with a choice that can satisfy everyone. The environment is welcoming and conveys a feeling of tradition, but could be renovated to make it fresher and more modern. A small update, perhaps in colors or furnishings, could improve the overall experience. Overall, I give 4 stars for the quality of the ice cream and the variety offered
