10/04/2026: Super friendly and helpful staff, cozy atmosphere. Excellent and exciting menu options, not just different pizzas but gnocchi, pasta, tartare and many other great dishes too. Reservation recommended. The saffron pizza was a dream, never had anything like this. Neapoletanean style fluffy delicious, intense dough. Fair prices, 100% recommend.
23/03/2026: A charming inn nestled in the Piedmont hills. We ate a couple of pizzas, but we were amazed by the quality of the dough and the excellence of the ingredients. Recommended. We'll be back.

26/03/2026: It's always a pleasant experience at Valli Unite. We had a wonderful lunch (honorable mention for the cabbage, a symphony of well-balanced flavors that elevated this humble vegetable, making it a satisfying, beautiful, and beautifully presented dish).
The shop is always well stocked with truly organic products; the beef from their own farm is excellent, as are the flours.
The restaurant's ambiance is noteworthy: a beautiful, bright veranda, well-appointed with rustic furniture, which opens onto the patio in the summer.

24/02/2026: Below-average pizza (half burnt and half raw, in the name of quantity... the customer doesn't matter anyway...), "wobbly" table in front of the counter throughout the dinner with the two impassive owners... after paying and "thanking", he even replied "you're welcome"!!!
23/02/2026: Friendly atmosphere, they make you feel at home within 3 seconds of walking in. The pizza is really good, made the old-fashioned way but with some delightful twists. They offered me a calamari salami, which honestly surprised me, but I devoured it in no time.

23/04/2024: Ci siamo stati con amici attirati dalla cantina e dai vini che già conoscevamo.. ci siamo ritrovati in un vero agriturismo, in una piccola valle circondata dalle vigne da loro gestite e portate avanti con passione.. la realtà è veramente familiare, l’ambiente e l’atmosfera sono davvero piacevoli!
Il pranzo è stato ben preparato, nelle giuste quantità e di buona qualità, tutte materie prime della zona cucinate come “a casa dei nonni”.. un plauso ai loro vini e alla degustazione proposta, una chicca per gli amanti del vino biologico vero e non commerciale!
Torneremo sicuramente, anzi abbiamo già riprenotato!
31/03/2024: Questo posto è buonissimo vino molto buono ma la signora è troppo fissata con le sue torte salate ma alla fine è stato tutto buono complimenti
