The flavors conjured up here in a small kitchen are simply unique, and the wine list, featuring Italian—and French—varietals, adds to the appeal. And the service is simply lively and friendly. 03/06/2025: Il locale è molto carino il personale davvero gentile premuroso e attenti. Per quanto riguarda la cucina abbadtanza buona ma dalle recensioni mi aspettavo do più. Millefoglie di baccalà mantecato buono ma non avrei messo i pomodori secchi perché coprono il sapore del baccalà che era molto buono. Plin al ragù bianco buoni .. sono più degli agnolotti che dei plin. Agnolotti con il tartufo neri...il tartufo sebbene fossero ricoperti di scaglie non si sentiva per nulla. Tagliolini burro e alici invece fantastici ! Molto molto buoni

04/08/2025: A wonderful experience at the Accademia, in the heart of Casale Monferrato, housed in the magnificent Palazzo Gozzani Treville: this alone would make the visit worthwhile. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they care. The owner is a genuine presence: he conveys passion and expertise naturally. The dining rooms are all meticulously designed, elegant but not overly so. The cuisine is excellent, from Piedmontese classics to more sophisticated dishes. Adequate portions, well-balanced flavors, and a focus on quality. The wine list isn't extensive, but the few available are carefully chosen. Better a few good ones than pages and pages of meaningless fare. The price was in line with the experience: fair, no surprises. The only downside, which left me a bit perplexed, was the risotto is only for a minimum of two people... I understand the logic, but from a place like this, I expected a little more flexibility. A detail that doesn't ruin a truly high-quality experience.

20/07/2025: EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. We stumbled upon it almost by accident during lunchtime, after doing a cursory Google search. Struck by the images of the location (the restaurant is located in a period building with very evocative interiors and rooms), after some difficulty locating it (there's no sign other than a plaque on the door), we found ourselves in one of the best restaurants we've ever experienced. We tried three dishes from the menu: seared scallop on onion soup, glazed foie gras, and crab gnocchi: all absolutely sublime. Creative, top-quality cuisine, excellent value. The staff was very professional, courteous, and attentive to every need. Highly recommended!

11/08/2025: It's been a while since I've been to Ninin. The atmosphere is always delightful, as are the girls serving. Unfortunately, I think it's lost a lot of its quality. I had a pistachio croissant and a zabaglione one, both of which were tasty, but putting about a teaspoon of filling on a croissant that's about a foot tall for €3 is definitely excessive. The dough isn't crispy on the outside either. I'm sorry.

16/07/2025: This historic restaurant, run by a family of restaurateurs, is tastefully and elegantly furnished, yet still maintains a welcoming and friendly spirit. The menu features traditional Monferrato and Piedmontese dishes, as well as seasonal specials, and boasts excellent ingredients and expert cooking. As soon as we were seated, we were treated to a complimentary lard and chestnut entree, and then we ordered, opting for a seasonal menu (in addition to the à la carte menu) centered on mushrooms: a truly delicious Grana Padano salad with artichokes; a Fassona steak with artichokes, a true off-menu delight; and a cream of zabaglione with scabs, an excellent dessert. The dinner was accompanied by water and an excellent red wine, an Az. Gatto Ruchè, a regional guarantee. The three of us spent €171.50 (three appetizers, three main courses, two desserts, and drinks), which I'd say was reasonable for the overall experience. Excellent location, relaxing atmosphere, top-notch cuisine, friendly and attentive service, undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Casale and the surrounding area. We'll definitely return and recommend it!

29/06/2025: I went back last night for dinner with friends, for the second time. It's always a safe bet: very good food, traditional Piedmontese dishes but also some off-menu items that allow you to vary. Friendly service, the owner is always pleasant. Well-kept and clean place in the center of Casale Monferrato. I recommend it!

10/08/2025: The only flaw was that I had to take a dish and pay for it for the 1.5 year old child and also pay for the cover charge.

02/08/2025: I'm updating my review with my compliments again: the menu is varied and the dishes are consistently better. The staff is extremely courteous. It remains the best in Casale and the surrounding area, in my opinion.

25/06/2025: For the first time, the gesture seemed to all 4 of us to be very unprofessional and uneducated.. indeediii We ordered 4 menus.. different ones.. with the intention of taking a good bottle of barbera.. the waitress asked us what wine we would like.. we told her.. red barbera.. she asked us if for all 4 of us... we answered yes.. she suggested and advised us.. herself to take a bottle that was equivalent to 4 glasses. I must point out that the wine is included in the menus. (Given the costs). She brought us this wine.. she poured a little for each of us.. and left the bottle there with 2 fingers of wine still 2 fingers not 2 glasses .. suddenly he arrives.. the waiter or whoever he is ... without asking anything with a quick and rude gesture.. he takes the bottle saying.. ah you have the 4 glasses and this wine is not waiting for you anymore and he left very quickly.. the thing happened so quickly that my husband and a friend didn't even notice🤔🤔😡I'll start by saying that the glasses... were few... and what was left would have actually made up 4 glasses, which is 3 fingers per person What a fool he was... mean... what if he made 2 fingers of wine?? He would have given it to someone else?? I really don't think so.. and is this professionalism?? With what he paid? The food wasn't bad but the portions were childish They lost 4 customers... and does the owner of the place know these things??

06/06/2025: Ero curioso di provare un ristorante veg e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, tanto da esserci tornato pochi giorni dopo. A pranzo c'è un menu del giorno ma si può anche scegliere dalla carta. Una buona scelta di piatti, anche un carnivoro ne può uscire sazio. Il locale è molto carino e il servizio è ottimo. Prezzi nella media, merita una visita.

27/07/2025: My girlfriend and I have been to Moonfrà several times, both for dinner and just for a late-night beer, and we've always had a great time. The quality is truly excellent, and the staff is kind and helpful. It's become a favorite place for us ❤️

04/08/2025: The restaurant is located in a somewhat unsightly area of Casale, but once inside, the atmosphere is well-kept and pleasant. The staff isn't particularly friendly or well-trained, perhaps due to the August heat... hard to say. The food is average: decent dishes, but nothing that really stands out. Considering the prices, many trattorias offer similar fare for half the price. It reminds me of a sort of "I'd like to but I can't" situation typical of serious restaurants: the idea is there, the substance a little less so. In short: it's fine if it's the only place open, better than skipping the meal, but I wouldn't mark it as a must-try in Casale.

12/08/2025: A lunch stop at 12 p.m. in this restaurant, especially since I did my army training in this city. The meat is delicious and the fresh fish, the desserts are dreamy, fast service, very kind and helpful staff. I recommend it.

10/08/2025: Well-maintained and impressive restaurant. The food was barely acceptable. The first course consisted of six paccheri pasta with four pieces of octopus floating in tomato sauce. The fried fish was rubbery and not fresh. The watermelon slices were soft and pureed. The house white wine was subpar. The bill was very expensive, about €50 per person. I do not recommend it.

03/08/2025: A real discovery... You wouldn't know it from the outside, but as soon as you enter, you find yourself in a world of ROCK. We appreciated the attentive and thoughtful service of the waitress, professional and always smiling. And what can we say about the food? A simple Caesar salad became a gourmet dish... Wonderful. We will definitely be back... Thank you for the wonderful experience.

27/07/2025: The agnolotti with white ragù were delicious, and their veal with tuna sauce was delicious. But what we loved most was the service. The young waitress who greeted us was beyond professional; she listened to us, offered advice, and was truly impeccable.
