03/03/2026: Wonderful place, a top-notch lunch, the perfect mix of innovation and tradition. You could see the care and dedication they put into the dishes that arrived at your table. My only complaint was that, even though two desserts included egg, the ingredient wasn't listed among the allergens. When we asked whether egg was actually included, we were told yes, but we didn't include it because it's not legally listed as an allergen. It's a shame, however, that the other desserts listed egg among the allergens... a bit inconsistent. Egg is third on the list of allergens according to European regulations. Maybe it's a small detail, but for those with allergies, it matters.

24/12/2025: I hadn't booked, but they welcomed us anyway, saving the day. Warm, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere: you feel at home... "pampered," as they say these days. Great service, a delightful owner, perfect Nebbiolo wine, seemingly simple and directly peasant cuisine, yet rich and elegant on the palate. The appetizer tasting highlights the meticulous attention to detail in the Russian salad (not overly acidic), the tartare (with separate dressings for individual customization), and the veal with tuna sauce, a smaller (and probably more expensive) but much more delicate cut. Gnocchi with Piedmontese toma cheese that didn't need to be chewed...they melted between your tongue and palate! Cheeks in a wine sauce that again didn't need to be chewed, except for the tactile desire to taste their softness. Zabaglione with krumiri...idyllic. The Bunet...there...slightly subdued compared to the absolute excellence of the rest. I have to thank you for the fantastic experience. We will return as soon as possible. Thanks again.

08/03/2026: We ended up here by mistake, and luckily for us, on a motorcycle tour in Casale Monferrato. We hadn't booked and it was packed, but they found us a spot at the counter, which we really enjoyed. The food was really good, and I noticed they had plenty of options even for me, a vegetarian, especially the main courses, which are rare to find. The crouton with cavolo nero, egg, and cacio e pepe fondue was absolutely delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

The service was fast and well-organized. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. The prices are more than fair for what they offer. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat really good pizza in a pleasant atmosphere!

12/01/2026: The food is excellent, the place is beautiful and historic, the price is reasonable, only one small flaw: the bathroom doesn't have ventilation or a window, so the air is a bit "HEAVY" and ends up reaching the nearest tables.

14/11/2025: I went for the first time a few nights ago. The pizzas were fabulous, extraordinary, and large. I had the one with mortadella and mozzarella, which was delicious. The pizzas are also suitable for celiacs. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

11/10/2025: Our longtime favorite pizzeria, with the option of pairing pizza with champagne from small winemakers... the pan-cooked pizza is a real delight... Fabio, who runs the place, is always very kind and available for advice and curiosities about the magnificent Monferrato region.

Rarely have I eaten so well! Excellent quality ingredients, enhanced by the chef's skilled hands! Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert, in generous quantities.
