07/02/2025: We have been frequenting the "Ninin" pastry shop since it opened and we have had the opportunity to try practically everything: from mignons to cakes, from Easter eggs to panettone, up to macarons and brioches. If initially the variety and quality won us over, today unfortunately we have to note a certain standardization in the cake offering. More than an evolution, there seems to be a repetition of variants of the same product, without any real innovative momentum. The last experience with a millefeuille cake was particularly disappointing: the pastry was burnt (even with a bitter taste) and the cream, too heavy with cream, was instead tasteless. All for the price of 25 euros for four portions, a purchase I certainly won't repeat. Finally, for several months we have given up having breakfast at their place, because every time we arrive we find tables with "reserved" signs, which makes the experience less than welcoming for regular customers who only spend time consuming in just over 15 minutes. I'm sorry to say it, but at the moment the "Ninin" pastry shop no longer convinces us.

18/01/2025: Excelente experiencia. Encontré este restaurante en la Guía Michelin. Hermosa ubicación en un antiguo edificio de teatro con magníficas habitaciones decoradas con frescos y mármol. Personal muy amable y acogedor, muy buena comida. Se puede pedir a la carta, pero recomiendo el menú basado en los clásicos del Piamonte: tonnato de vitello (asado de ternera - ternera con atún - alcaparras - salsa de anchoas) , plin ai 3 arrosti (pasta fresca rellena de ternera/cerdo/carne de conejo) , mejilla de ternera guisada y bollo (postre típico) . Todo muy bueno y sabroso, sin duda excelente relación calidad-precio. Vale la pena una segunda visita

29/01/2025: We arrived at this place by chance, also driven by the positive reviews. I must say that we were pleasantly impressed by the menu proposal and the dishes more than met our expectations. It's not easy to find a place that's completely vegan and also offers gluten-free options. Piedmontese starter above expectations. Overall I rate this experience as satisfactory, we will return to try other dishes.

28/01/2025: Very welcoming place, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff. The only small flaw was that the service was a little slow, but as we weren't in a hurry, we enjoyed the excellent lunch.

10/02/2025: Osteria in an ancient building in Casale, very beautiful inside with very regal vibes. Menu full of all the Piedmontese delicacies with off-menu in line with seasonal products. The tasting trio (raw meat, veal with tuna sauce and Russian salad) and the vegetable flan with Piedmontese toma fondue are very good. Agnolotti with a roast sauce which however left a buttery taste in the mouth. In my opinion a little "plasticky" in consistency. The large mixed boiled meat, 7 pieces with buttered carrots and mashed potatoes, is very good. It is brought with its sauces (green sauce, mustard, horseradish sauce, mustard, tomato sauce, coarse salt and red sauce). Overall a decent experience, nothing exceptional.

07/02/2025: Excellent food (above all agnolotti and braised meat, superlative!) and kindness of the guys who work there... I hadn't booked and they accommodated me straight away, finding me a place.

05/02/2025: Place in the center of Casale, with a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of old inns. The service was a little too quick, with the impression of closing as soon as possible. Regarding the food, we can only talk about the 35 euro tasting menu that we tried: good but not excellent and still an adequate price taking into account that it also included wine and coffee.

10/01/2025: I was looking for an all you can eat restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner. On other occasions, my wife and I ate at Moya in AL... good, at the now closed Leo Wok in Pozzolo F.ro... good, Yoi in Novi L. ... good, New China in AL... unfortunately it has lost its "splendor" over the years (too greasy food) and one day, I found myself passing by Sushi Long which is in the premises of the Intesa bank.. I know very well why there I was working... and, I must add, that they did a good job of renovating the spaces! Returning to the dinner, I could give them a considerable amount of compliments (service, staff and dishes with excellent plating) but, they wouldn't be enough because it was all SUPERLATIVE! I'm sorry for the other restaurants but, when we want All you can eat, without a doubt Sushi Long! Do I recommend it? It's all a personal opinion but I would try it at least once and,99 out of 100 you will come back! Real review... you can see it from the video on the fireworks! Congratulations to all the staff!

26/12/2024: We stopped at this place for the first time, among other things, we discovered that they recently opened and I must say that we ate well...the portions were tasty so it allows you to try more dishes. The bathroom was equipped with a changing table and was also very clean and the guys were very kind so we will definitely be back.

25/01/2025: Passing through one evening, we had an appetizer and 2 second courses which tasted without infamy or praise, 1 bottle of ruchè, not at the top having drunk better. Let's say that for the amount spent, we would have expected better.

29/12/2024: Went for dinner on Saturday. Inviting location. Menu with many dishes from the region, ergo, the top. Precise service. We can definitely recommend the courgette puff pastry and the agnolotti with roast sauce 😋 Delicious. Then, Chardonnay tenders and "Coccio" with a bread dough lid... an absolute must try! 😜😛 Very nice owner, it was nice to have a chat. Structure that I certainly recommend 👍💪
