16/10/2024: Cliente abituale per pranzi business in intimità.
Menù di pesce, immancabile nelle mie scelte piatto di crudo e poi la carbonara di pesce spada che non si sa proprio che trucco hanno per farla così buona.
Ottimi anche i vini consigliati da Carletto, oste n1.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

10/10/2024: Byens bedste bellingenhed - så smukt helt ned til vandkanten. Super betjening rigtig god plads righoldigt menukort samt imponerende vinkort.
Bestil altid bord i god tid ellers er der optaget ( især mange Italienere spiser her og det er st godt tegn).
Så om du vil have fisk , pizza , eller stor rød bøf så magter Esperia det.

29/09/2024: Mi sono sempre trovato benissimo! Dal primo giorno che sono venuto qui mi sono trovato subito molto bene ed é sempre stata la prima scelta per uscire a mangiare, personale accogliente e cibo ottimo, soprattutto il pesce, top!

08/03/2025: Prenoto online cliccando il primo orario disponibile dopo un quarto d'ora dalla prenotazione. Entro in pizzeria e comunico la prenotazione online a un ragazzo dietro al bancone. Lui guarda su una agenda scritta a mano ma non trova il mio nome. Lo informo di aver prenotato online poco prima con tanto di conferma di prenotazione avvenuta. Lui, in modo arrogante ci sbeffeggia dicendo a voce alta che non si può prenotare a così breve termine. Gli rispondo che potevano togliere l'orario online da selezionare. Giriamo i tacchi e ce ne andiamo vista la maleducazione e la poca gentilezza di questo ragazzaccio.
24/02/2025: Ordino su Glovo alle 18, arriva conferma ordine e consegna dalle 20 alle 20:30, alle 20:30 con ospiti seduti a tavola arriva la disdetta della pizzeria. Chiamo per chiedere informazioni e come risposta un bel và a c…….re da parte del titolare che mi chiude il telefono in faccia. La pizza non l’ho assaggiata e a questo punto mai la mangerò. Se la maleducazione si rispecchia sul cibo………

07/01/2025: Ristorante pizzeria Al Ventitré sul lago di Garda Lazise trovato per caso passeggiando, coperto due pizze acqua birra caffè 40,90 locale accogliente pizza discreta.
31/10/2024: Locale bello e accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato il personale gentile e preparato.
Presente "L'angolo vegano" con alcune proposte interessanti, un'attenzione non riscontrata nella maggioranza dei locali a Lazise e dintorni.
Un menù vario con tempi di attesa normali, buona la presentazione dei piatti come la qualità del cibo, prezzi nella media della località.
Tornassi a Laziese sarebbe un locale in cui tornerei

08/03/2025: Ho fatto una cena con amici e abbiamo mangiato benissimo......siamo stati serviti molto bene dallo staff del san marco che ci ha deliziato con dell' ottimo pesce in abbondanza e dell' ottimo vino sempre in abbondanza

A friend and I were there on a bike tour and arrived tired after a long day of biking and tasting wine. Both bikes were heavily loaded at this point, yes they were.
We took the whatever-the-cook-wants three-course meal, which eventually turned out to consist of an amuse-bouche, antipasti, primo, secondo, dessert, coffee and finally a glass of mirtillo.
Don't remember what the amuse-bouche was, but the antipasti were a variety of seafood, some common, some uncommon, including an absolutely stunning little bit of baccalà mantecato. The primo they gave me was a risotto, superb, made with homemade fish stock, my friend got something else. The secondo was a kind of grilled fish whose name I don't know in English and fried potatoes with rosemary, very simple, excellent ingredients treated with respect. Can't remember what they gave us for dessert, because by that time the two of us had made our way through two bubbly bottles.
Five stars will return (even if that's a detour on our next bike trip).

03/11/2023: Buonissimo tutto mesu fisso a pranzo 12,50 ...tutto squisito il particolare la briciola (era un burro)ottimo...persone gentili e cucina fatta in casa.
22/10/2023: Schlechtes Essen und sehr teuer. Die Lasagne ist alt und nur Lauwarm der käse ist schon hart und die Nudeln sind schmierig und teigig. Ein Zeichen dafür, das diese Speise schon etliche male aufgewärmt war. Bei einer Pizza kann man ja nichts falsch machen, war aber auch nur mittelmäßig. Die Calamaris waren nicht knusprig.

Ristorante Pizzeria Lido Sopri

18/08/2024: We loved this restaurant when we visited a few times in 2022 and looked forward to returning this summer, 2024. We went twice this summer. The first time on Tuesday 13th August and the 2nd visit on Friday 16th August. On the Tuesday we had been pleased to recognise lots of the same members of staff from the 2022 visit.
On the Tuesday we had a good experience (the reason why we were excited to return) and the second time we went, on the Friday we had a really poor experience.
On the Tuesday, the food was very good, the vibe in the restaurant was also good and the service welcoming too. The restaurant is in an excellent location with stonking views back to Malcesine and the beautiful lake. It is an excellent grassy frontage with bean bags which our kids loved having their drinks at.
However, on the 2nd visit we approached a waiter to inform our arrival which was 8:35pm for an 8:30pm booking (it was a hot day and we were feeling a little hot/slow on the walk!). He cut us short as we told him who we were and said we were late because it was an 8:00pm booking. My mum did not match the waiter's rude tone but tried to explain she had asked for an 8:30pm booking on the phone. He told her abruptly cut her short again and told her she was wrong (verging on aggressively) and he said he had 'seen the booking written down so she was wrong'! I asked if there was still a possibility of a table, he walked off to a table, leaving us unclear - we decided to find out by going over the table he was standing by.
My mum is 75 and half Italian, fluent in the language. My father was 100% sure that she made an 8:30pm booking having listened to the phone call, he felt the person answering the call had been short of time / not really listening so had probably taken an 8:00 time instead - easy to do in a busy and popular restaurant - it is such a shame the waiter defaulted to rudeness, abrupt responses and certainly didn't apply basic, decent customer service.
When at the table, we felt unwelcome and considered leaving but it is easy one for one waiter to have a bad day and we hadn't encountered poor service before so we stayed on. A different waiter came to take our order. My sister whose family don't eat gluten, for health reasons, started to give an order. The waiter stopped her as she gave her pasta order. He spoke in an off manner, similar to the first waiter and said she couldn't order gluten free pasta with different sauces, we asked why. He said the chef said he/she can't make different sauces so the 3 family members had to choose 1 sauce for the 3 orders. We were keen to know why but the waiter became inpatient taking the order and demanded she choose different food or one sauce for the 3 pasta orders. It was hard to understand because the sauces did not contain gluten. We discussed if we should continue with the order, we felt our children were tired and hungry so made an order. As we questioned if we should continue after 2 instances of poor customer service, the waiter, again with little tact or skill said we could leave now.
Unconvinced, we continued with the order. The food arrived, some of it was fine, my risotto was undercooked and tasted bland. The gluten free pasta was undercooked (unlike the gluten free pasta on the Tuesday - when we were also allowed to choose whichever sauce), the undercooked pasta felt, possibly, like a point being made by the staff cooking it! We felt it necessary to mention this to the waiter and they reduced the final bill by 20%.
Overall the 2nd visit this summer was really disappointing and we had all really looked forward to returning. If the owners / management staff were asked what I'd expect to be different: it was the tone of voice and the manner of communicating by both waiters. Of course, if the chef feels he/she needs certain stipulations followed so they can deliver allergy safe food then they can be explained carefully and politely. And is it really worth rudely telling the customer they are wrong about a booking time? And being so certain a human error might not have been made at their end?! I mean, surely it's not too difficult to deal with this situation by applying more politeness and respectful customer service.
We don't feel comfortable in continuing to recommend Lido Sopri to friends and won't attend again when visiting the wonderful lake.
