25/05/2025: I would like to point out that we had already been to this restaurant, we came back because we had a good time but unfortunately it didn't go that way this time. We ordered an appetizer and two spaghetti with perch with cherry tomatoes and basil. When it was time for the first course, due to a mistake by the waitress, we were brought 2 spaghetti with tomato sauce. We pointed out the mistake, also because we had gone specifically for those spaghetti, the waitress apologized and took the pan to the kitchen telling us that she would have them redone. Not even 5 minutes later, another waitress arrived and brought us the same pan with the addition of perch. So a spaghetti with perch with cherry tomatoes and basil, of course white as the word itself says, was transformed into a spaghetti with tomato sauce with 2 pieces of perch. Basically a spaghetti with tomato sauce paid for as a spaghetti with perch. A situation that was badly handled because they would have made a better impression by telling me that they couldn't redo it and I would have settled for a spaghetti with tomato sauce anyway, which in the end was very good. The customer is not always right...but when he is clearly right...he is!

22/05/2025: Dinner with friends, the kind and welcoming waitress illustrates the Friday evening proposal: a gourmet pizza by the peel in 4 different flavors, plus sweet pizza, and a glass of wine (choice of red, white or rosé) for the sum of 12 €. We accepted and were very satisfied! Excellent pizza, crunchy, digestible, delicious gourmet combinations! Only the "sweet" one needs improvement! Well done! To try!!

15/06/2025: There was no one on the terrace, the service just walked past our table and completely ignored us (girl with short black hair and tribal tattoo on arm) while she was setting other tables. Then she found her phone more important than providing us with a drink. No one came to take our order. After fifteen minutes we just got up and left!! Service really a 0. A waste of such a beautiful location!

07/06/2025: Very nice location that is renewed every year. Good food, fast service, kind and friendly staff. Priceless lake view, I recommend it.

23/03/2025: Ma che bella scoperta!!! Locale veramente curato e carino nel centro storico di Castiglione del Lago, pietanze a base di pesce di lago squisite, vino della casa molto buono oltre a cordialità e professionalità del personale. Bravi tutti, molto consigliato!

23/03/2025: Decidiamo all'ultimo minuto di venire a Castiglione del lago a trascorrere in relax questa domenica di inizio primavera. Dopo una bella passeggiata per il paese e nei dintorni del lago decidiamo per un pranzo in tema "lago" Questo ristorante ci ha offerto quello che desideravamo!!! Locale accogliente e giustamente elegante... che non guasta mai! Personale gentile e molto professionale! Piatti buonissimi, ben presentati..... Buon vino! Esperienza consigliata e per noi da ripetere

23/05/2025: Miglior ristorante della zona sotto tutti.i punti di vista. Servizio top, carta dei vini eccellente e i piatti.... I piatti gustosissimi!!! Si percepisce una minuziosa e attenta ricerca di abbinamenti nei sapori che stupisce. Grande Dani! :) sei la numero 1 come Sempre!

30/04/2025: Este bar - bistrot está a orillas del lago Trasimeno, un hermoso lugar para disfrutar del almuerzo. Sin embargo, después de 30 minutos el almuerzo no había llegado, y solo había otra pareja aquí. Los raviolis con tomates cherry estaban buenos cuando finalmente llegaron, pero no había oferta de parmigiano o pimienta negra. Parece que este lugar comercia con su ubicación, pero no invierte en su personal.
