11/02/2024: Una di presa inaspettata! Piatti abbondanti, cibo di qualità (non abbiamo avuto problemi a digerire tutto quello che ci siamo mangiati), con un ottimo tappo qualità prezzo tutto condito dalla gentilezza e cordialità dello staff! Da provare e soprattutto da ritornare!

27/03/2024: Rudeness and arrogance of the owner Graziella!! . I had an appointment at 6 pm with Mrs. Grazziella to view the room for my daughter's birthday party. He shows up half an hour late without even apologizing. She starts by telling me that they don't have oratory parties (already an insipid comment here in my opinion) but let's move on she shows me the room and the playground while talking while walking and I follow her behind, we go back to the room and she tells me now I don't have time to follow her because I have customers who arrive to eat (without even looking at me), I point out that I had arrived promptly at 6pm as agreed. The lady starts screaming telling me she doesn't have time to waste on me!!! I greet the lady telling her that in my opinion she is not well and very rude under the eyes of her husband and the employees who I understand are used to seeing the lady treat customers badly by also reading the other reviews. Stay away from this place and especially from the very rude arrogant lady!!!

18/02/2024: Ho prenotato per le venti online. Alle 18 mi chiamano che non c' è posto per le venti. Prenoto quindi per le 21. Ordinate le pizze sono arrivate completamente fredde quindi gommose. La mia in particolare era immangiabile.

14/02/2024: Vuoi mangiare la vera cucina napoletana in Trentino????? Allora vieni a Riva del Garda. Tutto buonissimo e i sapori sono quelli che trovi a Napoli, per i vicoli di Spaccanapoli. Personale simpatico e sempre pronto alle esigenze del cliente. Tutto buonissimo e prezzi allineati agli altri ristoranti presenti nella stessa zona. Consigliatissimo

17/03/2024: Struttura moderna e ben curata. Personale molto cordiale e professionale. Abhiamo preso una pizza. Impasto ben fatto, leggero, morbido ma croccante esternamente. Ottima la pizza Rolly! Molto apprezzato anche l' amaro offerto dalla cassiera!

20/01/2024: Siamo stati lì io il mio compagno mia figlia e il nostro cagnolino circa un mese fa di sabato sera a cena dopo aver fatto tappa ai mercatini di Natale nei dintorni. Pizza molto buona, proprietaria gentilissima, simpatica, cordiale e sorridente. Tanti posti erano chiusi, qui ci è stato trovato posto anche se la pizzeria era quasi al completo. Ci è stato chiesto se ci andava bene un tavolino in un punto di passaggio, assolutamente sì, per noi nessun problema. Nota negativa: uno dei camerieri, pelato, di bassa statura, carnagione olivastra… maleducatissimo! Ci ha chiesto in maniera molto scortese e con tono cattivo di tenere il cane (un bulldog francese super tranquillo, che ovviamente avevamo chiesto prima al telefono durante la prenotazione se potesse entrare con noi) più in parte, perché “altrimenti sarebbe finito trascinato in sala” e se n’è andato senza lasciarci il tempo di rispondere, ma ci tengo a sottolineare che il cane era immobile accanto al tavolo e non intralciava affatto, non abbaiava, non disturbava nessuno, anzi riceveva complimenti da chiunque altro. Ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo, avrei ordinato volentieri anche il dolce, ma dopo questo ho perso l’appetito ed evitato.

16/03/2024: We were here for 3 days for motorcycling… We would have liked to have stayed a week for the restaurant. Everything was well maintained, very nice owners. The food is very tasty and the value for money is unbeatable. Not to forget the delicious wine. All in all very recommendable!

02/04/2024: March 2024 Excellent value for money. Excellent food. 2 adults and 2 children: 3 first courses, an appetizer (as plentiful as a second course), a dessert, water and coffee €70. In my opinion, the decor needs to be revised a bit. Courteous service.

24/03/2024: Very good value for money. While the quantity/price ratio is really poor. I ate a risotto and a Tiramisu and I was still hungry. 35 euros with a glass of red and a spritz. If I had taken even a second one, to feed myself, I would have paid between 55 and 60 euros, in a place that was anything but refined or sophisticated. Madness, but then again you have to milk tourists well...

05/02/2024: Great hotel in the immediate vicinity of the lake, shops, restaurants and other infrastructure. The culinary was very appealing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Great pool on the roof terrace with views of the lake, mountains and city. We have made countless trips from here. I would love to come here again. Follow me on Google Maps 🌍

21/10/2023: Hier passt alles. Sehr gutes Essen, der Hauswein schmeckt gut und der Service stimmt. Wir hatten in der Runde Pasta, Fisch und Pizza. Es ist alles empfehlenswert. Der Blick auf den See rundet das Bild ab.

14/10/2023: Hatten zur Vorspeise einmal polpo das war super.zum Hauptgang Roastbeef das war super zart u.Pizza di Mare die war leider wenig belegt u recht fettig leider auch kein Limoncelli zum zahlen bekommen!

Datemi un ventaglio dei 100 migliori aggettivi possibili e non basteranno a fornire una compiuta descrizione dell'esperienza che vi può offrire l'Hotel Ristorante Mezzolago di Aldo Novali. Sottolineo la proprietà del locale perché Aldo è indubbiamente il cuore della struttura: lui sa accoglierti, sa assecondare le tue esigenze, sa farti capire il limite da non oltrepassare per avere la perfezione, sa farti ridere a crepapelle e commuovere al tempo stesso. E' un autentico mattatore: istrionico e goliardico, eppur sempre garbato e professionale. Sì, la professionalità è indubbiamente il suo marchio di fabbrica, tramandato da genitori e prima ancora dai suoi avi, che hanno sempre amato questo lavoro: ed infatti Aldo svolge il suo lavoro con passione, genuinità, amore. Ed è questo che più di tutto l'ospite respira nella sua permanenza in hotel o anche in una semplice puntata al delizioso ristorante. Tutto il resto è cronaca: camere accoglienti e confortevoli, ben curate nell'arredo e scrupolosamente pulite, location incantevole con struttura che si specchia sul lago di Ledro, spa con vetrata direttamente affacciata sulle acque lacustri, cucina superlativa, con chef Rolando che sa superarsi ogni volta, in un mix di gusto, tradizione, sapori genuini, raffinata cura e oculata innovazione. Una nota di merito anche a tutto il personale, dalle ragazze di sala, all'ausilio di cucina, alla direttrice, professioniste e professionisti di altissimo spessore, sempre animati da squisita cortesia e costante affabilità. Avere la fortuna di conoscere l'Hotel Ristorante Mezzolago significa innamorarsi di questo posto, di queste persone, di quest'atmosfera; significa piangere ogni volta che è ora di partire, eppur sorridere al pensiero che quella non potrà essere l'ultima volta, perché chi prova l'esperienza di Mezzolago e conosce Aldo e la sua grande famiglia, non può non farvi ritorno.

27/02/2024: It was a real pleasure to be back at this hotel 34 years after i was here several years in a row with my parents. This place has not lost any of it charm and excellent service. The level of the staff is wonderful and so is the half board service. 200 metres from the slopes and a shuttle service at your call. It is so nice to be back and i will book for hopefully many years to come.

17/02/2024: Fantastic hotel in the center of Vigo di Fassa. A stone's throw from the ski resorts. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast, comfortable rooms and qualified staff. Winter stay.

23/02/2024: Sono stato a pranzo con la famiglia insieme ad amici. Ottima esperienza sia per il servizio che per la qualità del cibo. Pizze ottime, ricche e saporite su un impasto digeribilissimo. Anche la cucina ha sfornato piatti della tradizione locale, buonissimi. Siamo stati molto bene e il rapporto costo/beneficio è ampiamente positivo. Consigliatissimo.

21/01/2024: Locale vicino al ns. albergo, ci siamo stati nel ponte dell'immacolata a Dicembre. Molti carino il locale ha un'ottima offerta di cucina. pizza e vini. Gentilissimi dal ns. ricevimento al momento di pagare e dei saluti. Non abbiamo assaggiato le cose più buone che credo erano in menu, in quanto venivamo da un ricco pranzo Abbiamo mangiato una pizza (veramente ottima) e del petto di pollo alla griglia con insalata, tenero e succoso. Ottimo il vino rosso consigliatoci. Consiglio vivamente a chi si trova nei pressi. Anche noi torneremo sicuramente.

16/03/2024: Negative experience after 30 minutes of sitting there a person arrives who takes the orders at random and we and other couples who were waiting for their comforts snubbed us 🙁 and with due calm we went out and they didn't even ask themselves why we were leaving . Already closed once, we don't have much left for the second one. If you can avoid it, it's better to give money to these characters, it's not worth it

17/03/2024: Cucina tradizionale trentina in location tipica e raffinata. Ottima qualità dei piatti, presentazione eccellente. La sfera magica spicca tra i dessert e vale sicuramente un assaggio. Servizio attento e staff cortese. Menzione speciale per il cameriere Bernardo, molto gentile e professionale.

17/03/2024: servizio rapido (10 min per due pizze), pizza buonissima, ingredienti saporiti, e staff molto piacevole. poco meno di 25€ a testa per pizza, calice di vino e dolce (diviso in due) consigliatissimo
