29/07/2025: The service and ambiance aren't five-star, but they're ten. Excellent food preparation. The restaurant is connected to the impressive lakeside hotel, with an adjoining fitness and wellness center and massage center. Prices are slightly above average, but it's worth it. Quality+

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 08/08/2025: Place on the 1st line of Lago di Caldonazzo, all full and despite this, with a wait of less than 10 minutes, they gave us a table. Good and fast service. Attentive. 4 fish dishes and all very correct, and prices are fair, correct. What can I ask for improvement? As always the prices of the waters !!!! I can't understand how a liter of water, with or without gas, can charge you 3.70.-! I find it out of place. I find it excessively expensive. It doesn't go with the food menu. Another issue to improve? The wine service. You ask for one and you have to believe it. We asked for four different wines and they didn't show us a bottle. I think when you pay + €5 a glass they should show what you ask for. That said, none of the four wines were cold enough. It must be said that with these prices, the minimum would be very good service, and above all, the temperature. That said, I recommend it. Friendly, fast and clean service. We will repeat!!!!

07/08/2025: Great location, great service, and truly fantastic food!! My son says he's had the best hamburger he's ever had here. The pepper sauce steak, pork tenderloin, pizzas, and fish are also delicious! Oh yeah, and the dessert... also top-notch! Highly recommended! 100%

12/05/2025: Excellent atmosphere and service. The restaurant is located in a slightly hidden corner of one of the small squares on the shore overlooking Lake Garda, surrounded by historic buildings. The prawns in salt were good while the cacio e pepe risotto with tuna tartare did not convince us, the tuna completely overwhelmed by the other flavours. However, rice cooking and creaming were perfect. Good prices compared to the quality of the food and the location

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

21/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very impressed with the value for money. The room was very clean and even had air conditioning. The hotel is located on a small piazza, and the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. Our pizza was really good. The breakfast is particularly outstanding; they even serve freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of cakes, fruit, and eggs. The chef, Luca, and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

26/07/2025: I went there for lunch with my partner. We had a cured meats appetizer with potato tortel, two pizzas, and two desserts. The food was average/high quality, although I reserve the right to return to try the meat, which looked decidedly appetizing. The service is a bit slow, but not exasperating. From the outside, the robot-cat waiter seems a bit pointless, getting stuck everywhere and having to be led back to the kitchen by the waiters, who perhaps waste more time doing so than not having it at all. My partner said the pistachio tart was "outstanding, the best restaurant dessert she's had in years." My panna cotta was a bit lacking in quantity, with an average flavor. The pizzas are good, but suitable for those who don't like the "Neapolitan" style, which is very thick. They are, in fact, thin and very large. The cured meats are excellent. We'll be back.
