01/01/2025: Cenare in un chiostro antichissimo in pieno centro a Sarteano è come essere stati scaraventati indietro nel tempo nel medioevo... bellissimo...Carlo e Lucia gentilissimi...ti fanno sentire come a casa...Lucia inoltre ci ha illustrato la storia del chiostro ex convento e tutta la sua storia fino a loro...due fratelli e gemelli....abbiamo mangiato benissimo di qualità...da consigliare assolutamente e magari ritornarci se ci trovassimo in zona....un saluto da Michele e Catuscia...

08/03/2025: We found this place by chance and luckily they had a table available without having booked. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, the place was small but welcoming. Two of us tasted the appetizers: cabbage roll with sausage and potato pie with pecorino and speck, the first courses: pici with Tuscan sauce and porcini and speck lasagne, the desserts: tiramisu and Nutella log with ice cream. All very good at a decidedly honest price.

13/03/2025: Che dire lo chef Pino non si smentisce mai con la sua favolosa cucina. Pesce sempre fresco e preparato senza tanta lavorazione per far sì che il gusto resta quello reale. Sono solito prendere degli antipasti di crudo, che sono veramente squisiti, deliziosi, freschi ed abbattuti, nonché impiantati con classe. Ricci di mare ostriche scampi salmone tonno, il tutto veramete squisito.Personale di cucina preparato e all’altezza, come l’aiuto ai secondi. E che dire della sala tutti professionali e attenti al cliente. Non mancano dei vini ottimi sia bianchi, bollicine che rossi.Per finire sempre una bella esperienza culinaria.

31/01/2025: Staff gentilissimo, cibo strepitoso, esperienza eccellente. Piatti sia tipici che Italiana in generale. Se ritorneremo a Siena sicuramente ci riandremo!

25/11/2024: Leggendo le varie recensioni mi ero fatto una ottima idea...ma poi provando sono rimasto un po deluso....ho preso il polpo croccante su letto di humus e quello era buono...poi la griglia di pesce e questa sia come quantità che come sapore non mi ha entusiasmato.Per il dolce c era poca scelta solo tre tipi ,ho preso cantuccini con vinsanto,non erano i classici duri con la mandorla , ma morbini con le nocciole,così cosi! Servizio veloce prezzi nella media...

01/02/2025: Every time I go there I always have a great time and I have the opportunity to appreciate excellent fish dishes that are always different and with new combinations. The dish with the catch of the day has satisfied me every time, always cooked to perfection whatever the variant, I recommend it. Excellent desserts too. Nice and quiet environment. Prices are not exactly cheap, but you pay for the quality.

Unisci questa sapienza ad una grande passione per la cucina ed otterrai un connubio perfetto tra tradizione ed innovazione, abbinamenti nuovi e accattivanti operati però senza improvvisati azzardi, nel rispetto della qualità delle materie prime. Il servizio impeccabile, sotto l'occhio sempre attento e mai invadente delle eccezionali addette alla sala, confeziona la festa che una tavola sempre deve rappresentare. Se ancora vi manca questa esperienza, mettetela in agenda!!!

17/02/2025: Organizzato evento per un 20ennale.. eravamo circa 50 persone devo diro perfetto in tutto: Servizio Disponibilità Qualità del cibo Attenzione alle esigenze dei singoli partecipanti proponendo varianti sempre a livello elevato. Rispetto degli accordi presi Efficenza Staff all altezza della situazione. Un esperienza da ripetere

23/02/2025: Super tasty pizza and pasta. The cacio e pepe and the carbonara are especially recommended. The servers were very friendly. We requested that they prepare the food as quickly as possible as we were in a hurry. The food was on the table within 15 minutes (for 5 people)!👍

02/01/2025: Out of town because outside the walls of the village of San Gimignano. The food is very good and finally something on the menu that isn't just peposo, wild boar and other things of this purely Tuscan kind, sometimes you also need to diversify. Here I found some good first courses with well-cooked fish (al dente) and a light pizza with excellent leavening and cooking. The place is not traditional in its furnishings but pleasant and intimate.

07/03/2025: Came here for two dinners while working in Siena. All very good, fast service, right portions, maximum availability and kindness in everything. Highly recommended!!

10/02/2025: A disappointing experience. The waitress was not welcoming, and the service was slow—25 minutes of waiting for dessert. The risotto was way too salty, and the tiramisu I ordered was completely frozen, with mascarpone as hard as ice. When I pointed out the issue, I was simply told that it was a “different type of tiramisu.” The result: an inedible dessert, but I was charged for it anyway. I won’t be coming back.
