11/01/2025: The best found in Montepulciano! Amazing food for a good price (pasta from 8€), wide selection of wines (starting from 13€ for a bottle), excellent and attentive service. We enjoyed our dinner a lot. Always think before and reserve a table, the place is popular and always full.

11/01/2025: All delicious! From the appetizer to the dessert we really liked everything! The environment feels like home and the woman who served us was truly delightful, smiling and helpful. The chef has golden hands, the dishes were really delicious, I would have done an encore of everything! We didn't book, but I recommend doing so, especially in winter because places are limited and you risk missing out on the fantastic cuisine!

Here is an analysis of the dishes we had the opportunity to taste: Sweet • The dessert was a real delight: a crunchy base garnished with plenty of cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate cream. The presentation on the black plate highlighted the liveliness of the ingredients, while the icing sugar added an elegant touch. A balanced and delicious dessert, ideal to end the meal. Yellow Pizza (Pumpkin, bacon and porcini mushrooms) • An innovative and well-balanced combination: the sweetness of the pumpkin cream married perfectly with the flavor of the bacon and the creaminess of the mozzarella. The dough, soft and well-leavened, was cooked to perfection. This pizza manages to enhance simple but high quality ingredients. Pizza with Friarielli and Sausage • A classic of the Neapolitan tradition performed in an excellent way. The broccoli, with a bitter flavour, harmonized beautifully with the tasty sausage. The stringy mozzarella and light dough completed a perfect experience. A true triumph of authentic flavors. Service and Atmosphere • The environment is welcoming and well-kept, with friendly staff attentive to customer needs. The menu offers a variety of interesting options, from traditional pizzas to more creative ones beyond. A menu of land and sea. Conclusion A place that combines tradition and innovation, with refined dishes and authentic flavours. 09/12/2024: Abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene! Gli antipasti erano strepitosi, una vera sorpresa, e i tagliolini al granchio sono stati abbondanti e molto saporiti. I piatti sono generosi, quindi anche se i prezzi sono un po' elevati, almeno le porzioni giustificano l'investimento. L'unica nota stonata riguarda però il comportamento osservato tra il personale. Non è piacevole assistere a situazioni in cui i camerieri, evidentemente meno esperti, vengono trattati in malo modo davanti ai clienti.

22/12/2024: We arrived in the evening and could not enjoy the view of the lake (unfortunately). The place is bright and welcoming, the products are 0 km (starting from their oils which can be tasted). We could choose between meat and fish and we chose meat. All really very good (with pici with ragù or garlic sauce). The owners are also very kind and the price is appropriate for the quality

10/12/2024: The place is up to the task, culinary specialties beyond expectations, the lake fish cuisine I would give 6 stars out of 5, other cuisine the same. Kindness and courtesy put you at ease and you are pampered like at home 🏡. Highly recommended and worth trying.

It is always a pleasure to enjoy the excellent quality of the dishes served in this restaurant, where it is possible to savor the true flavors of Spanish cuisine... it really made us want to take a nice tour of the Iberian peninsula again!! Delicious tapas (mandatory to order the assortment of 5 surprise varieties) and 4 types of paella all to try at least once... it's difficult to find them so good considering that even in Spain they often give you the frozen ones that attract tourists! The sangria was also excellent! Super honest account...highly recommended!

01/01/2025: A slightly bland fish starter, fish ravioli with red sauce with cloying lemon in the filling, nothing was right. Excellent place and service, less so food.

27/12/2024: I went with my family for Christmas lunch with a fixed fish menu for €70. What can I say...a show! The abundant and top quality dishes, personally I have never eaten such good fish not even at the seaside. The service was impeccable even with 3 rooms full of people, waiters attentive to every shortcoming and the owner always smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant! I'll be back.

19/08/2024: Recommended by a friend, it was immediately an excellent experience, Michele and his staff proved to be friendly and helpful, finding us a free table despite the late opening hours on the day of the Palio. Very rich menu including land dishes, pizza and cuts of meat of different varieties, we started with a platter of typical products of unique goodness, first courses always very abundant in the dishes and to finish a perfectly cooked cut of beef, all accompanied by a house red wine. A round of applause to the head nurse and the staff including Michele for their availability and professionalism. Competitive prices for the quality of the food and the service, certainly not one of those restaurants "for tourists" but on the contrary a typical place where you can eat really well and receive professional service, we will certainly return.

19/08/2024: 10 minute wait, Without a soul that deigned to reveal itself. Empty place, chef who pretended not to see us and the waitress who had the courage to say that they were full and we couldn't eat dinner. Terrible on all points of view including the insistence of parking

02/01/2025: Out of town because outside the walls of the village of San Gimignano. The food is very good and finally something on the menu that isn't just peposo, wild boar and other things of this purely Tuscan kind, sometimes you also need to diversify. Here I found some good first courses with well-cooked fish (al dente) and a light pizza with excellent leavening and cooking. The place is not traditional in its furnishings but pleasant and intimate.

21/10/2024: ¿Quieres tener una experiencia italiana REAL? - Lo Sfizio Italia no solo es acogedor y de diseño - Italia es como Lo Sfizio, también. El restaurante en sí no es acogedor en absoluto, PERO las pizzas son muy muy buenos y los otros platos de la cocina son muy buenos también. Auténtico, buen precio - los lugareños van allí. Para un restaurante romántico - no. Para la comida, buena comida real, vaya allí! son amables y las pizzas y pasta es como debe ser - precio y calidad sabia. Conozco gente local que va allí con frecuencia. ¿Tiene niños pequeños ruidosos - son bienvenidos, también. No hay ambiente - excepto realmente italiano - comida muy buena y precios reales adecuados. Me encanta este lugar. No se lo digas a demasiada gente...

17/12/2024: Ma cosa è successo? Siamo stati molte volte in questo ristorante mangiando sempre molto bene, ora la situazione sembra radicalmente cambiata. Il cibo è mediocre e anonimo ed il servizio è peggiorato. Cambiato il cuoco? Cambiata la gestione? Speriamo che il vecchio gestore torni presto dalle ferie. Comunque così non vale la pena. Peccato.
