02/06/2025: A wedding at Chiostro Cenini, turned out to be a leap in time where modern elegance blends with the atmospheres of history. A sincere thank you to all the staff who proved to be extremely professional, present and caring: they did not let themselves be overwhelmed by our wedding exuberance and were able to respond to our needs; they were able to create a good dialogue with us and made us feel comfortable 🙂. They are nice. A special mention to T. , as promised. PS: only with comfortable shoes.

13/05/2025: Exceptional. There were 4 of us; we shared 2 appetizers and took a first course each. Excellent selection and quality of products, the pici were fabulous. A mention also to the owner who served us and welcomed us making us feel at home.

26/05/2025: Pizzeria among the best in the Siena panorama (this is not at all a given). Good pizzas thanks to the use of quality products. Kind and helpful staff. It is difficult (if you do not book in advance) to be able to sit on the "veranda" which is the outdoor space that is found crossing the restaurant inside. The indoor seats are very crowded and if you go on days like the weekend it is always full. In short I recommend it!

25/05/2025: Top experience Good and abundant dishes (the pappardelle with wild boar have so much sauce that you can eat 4 or 5 slices of bread with mopping up the sauce) The medium-cooked tagliata is amazing: not a hint of fat and not at all rubbery! The tiramisu' are fantastic and also the desserts with chantilly cream are not at all too sweet to stew. Friendly staff and also givers of excellent advice In short, if you come to Siena.....highly recommended!

09/05/2025: The food is good, fresh and well cooked lake fish. The view of the lake and that beautiful lawn is satisfying and relaxing. Advised.

05/05/2025: A real shame. The dishes are simply fantastic, original, refined and very tasty. This is the classic case where the service ruins the restaurant. The cuisine deserves 5 stars, the service 0. As soon as we arrive the owner looks at us without letting us speak and tells us that everything is full. We point out to him that we had booked and, almost annoyed, he makes us sit at a table in front of the kitchen door. Patience, but 3 tables around us always remained empty so the place wasn't full. I didn't understand why but the owner seemed very friendly with the friendly patrons, while almost annoyed by our presence. Annoyed and distracted service, every time we had to call the waiter's attention several times. The place is located in a fantastic place even if it is quite sad inside. It's really a shame because the dishes are worth it, but the reception compromised the final judgement. If you treat all new customers like this I don't recommend it.

19/04/2025: So much Paella...and who could finish it...we kept going just for the delicious taste. As an entrée we had a selection of tapas, of which we were very pleased with the meatballs with almond sauce, excellent. The Spanish nougat is also excellent, preferable even to the Catalan one. Only flaw, I doubt the freshness of the scallops, but otherwise everything is special

21/05/2025: What if you think... you just find the best place to eat.. when in Siena??.. because I am at the place. It's hidden. I really guess, this is what they like. But not... now I have been here.! What a great place, between all these expensive, all the same food and price places. Here is just as you would suspect from a typical Italian restaurant. Why ask 16 euro !! For a half liter of house wine ?? Here just 6 and a great one. Food and prices . You simply can't get a better deal. The service. Just as the complete place just getting " home " and have your meal. No doubt. This is the place to be. And I really hope. They stay as it is. And 1000% I will get back

18/02/2025: Qui fare ristorazione è una cosa seria! Si parte da una conoscenza profonda degli ingredienti che entrano in cucina, dalla loro provenienza, al loro utilizzo e storia. Unisci questa sapienza ad una grande passione per la cucina ed otterrai un connubio perfetto tra tradizione ed innovazione, abbinamenti nuovi e accattivanti operati però senza improvvisati azzardi, nel rispetto della qualità delle materie prime. Il servizio impeccabile, sotto l'occhio sempre attento e mai invadente delle eccezionali addette alla sala, confeziona la festa che una tavola sempre deve rappresentare. Se ancora vi manca questa esperienza, mettetela in agenda!!!

20/05/2025: Very expensive in my opinion for what is served, plus €2.50 per person charged for the cover charge. The menu is not very varied with a lot of pasta. I had the tagliatelle carbonara with tuna which was very overcooked, impossible to find the taste. The dish was very salty and peppery. The Florentine cream was small for €7, very cold so it wasn't blowtorched, with a dominant cinnamon flavor.
