15/12/2024: I set a table for my birthday for 18 people, the food was good but the service was extremely poor.
I had brought the cake for my birthday (cake for 30 people) and there were 18 of us, so the cake had to be left over.
When I went to pay, I asked him to give me back the leftover cake, like every restaurant does; the answer was (changed a couple of times): At the beginning they told me it was finished, but in reality it wasn't because it was for 30 people and some people didn't even want it, so it had to move forward. Having said this to the waiters, they changed their story, telling me that they had THROWN IT AWAY (a cake brought from outside the place complete with a receipt).
Therefore rude, liars, opportunists.
It's a shame because the restaurant is one of the best in Prato, but service comes first for a consumer.
15/12/2024: The service staff is not up to the standard of the place, a negative experience, try to make the customers respect them!!!!....otherwise the customers will be disappointed and you will have an empty place!!!!!

It was the last supper.......
The professional restaurateur does not take reservations knowing that the pizzeria or kitchen cannot deliver the dishes. It takes fewer customers.

I wanted to tell our experience: last night we had unspeakable treatment from the manager of this facility. At 9.10pm they put 3 of the company's collaborators out of the room because they couldn't see the bank transfer!!!! I would like to point out that the company sent the accounting, during the booking phase the administration colleague said that she could not put the credit card as a guarantee because she had reached the maximum possible expenses and that she could possibly give the debit card. I would like to point out that after sending the accountant (therefore double guarantee), I repeat, at 9.10pm and after a day of work by the workers, the manager who did not see the bank transfer calls. We told him that he would certainly see it the next morning and that the card was at its limit but when it was free, he could use it. But nothing, the manager put the workers outside the door, so we had to call the administrative manager, who was obviously at home, to access the bank and make an instant transfer.....and then this morning at 08.00 they send the email where they ask for the IBAN because they now have two bank transfers.... They had unacceptable behavior especially towards the workers who were very tired. They didn't listen to reason even though they had the accounting for the transfer made and a guarantee card. A shame

18/08/2024: The portion of the self-pickup mutton skewers and beef skewers is like this. The mutton skewers are obviously half less than the beef skewers. The merchant also said that this is normal and the quantity is the same as dining in. Are you kidding me? The foil and duck blood soup were everywhere. Isn’t it too much for a restaurant to use the cheapest takeout box? I didn’t put any cutlery or paper towels. Where is my brain?
09/04/2024: The fried rice was fantastic and there were so many great drinks to select from including the aloe vera drink, the coconut milk and the amazing, Chinese drink milk! It surely is a 5-star restaurant. 😆🤣😍❤️🥰💕🎉😊🥹😍🤠🤡
