27/04/2025: First time in this excellent restaurant... beautiful environment with attention to detail and cleanliness... Suitable for both romantic dinners and informal meetings. Very discreet and professional staff...helpful and extremely polite...a very positive note for Fabio, the guy who served us all evening, kind and nice!!! Compliments! Dinner for two, with rounding, €100 which is amply justified for the quality.. Two appetizers, a first course, a second course, a bottle of classic method, water and a dessert... two place settings... Definitely coming back!

22/04/2025: The place lives up to its fame, beautiful and well looked after. The staff was too invasive, the fish was good but not excellent for the price. I don't feel like recommending it, it honestly disappointed me. When they found out it was my birthday they brought me a biscuit with a candle lit on it 🤔 nothing was better.

I was looking for a place to have a quick lunch without spending a fortune, and this place turned out to be a real gem! First of all, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a lunch break or a coffee with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease straight away. But the real strong point of Gila Caffè is undoubtedly the food. I got to taste [here you can insert the specific dish you ate, if you remember it. Otherwise you can leave a generic description like "one of their delicious sandwiches" or "a large, tasty portion of pasta"] and it was simply delicious. The ingredients seemed fresh and of excellent quality, and the preparation was taken care of down to the smallest details. And what was even more surprising was the bill: I ate very well and spent very little! In a time when prices seem to be soaring everywhere, finding a place that offers such quality at such affordable prices is a real rarity. I highly recommend Gila Caffè to anyone who is in Prato and looking for a place to eat well without emptying their wallet. Whether you are in a hurry for a lunch break or simply want to enjoy a good coffee in a pleasant environment, this is the right place! 30/04/2025: Petite carte très bien maîtrisée ; les cuissons sont parfaites, le mélange des saveurs est très subtil. Le tout avec des produits sourcés localement, même le pain est fait maison. Le personnel est composé de pros qui feront tout pour que vous passiez un moment formidable. Et Carlo vous guidera dans le choix des vins.

05/04/2025: Dalla prima timida cena di alcuni mesi fa ormai consideriamo questo bistrot un nostro luogo del cuore. Anche stasera ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati dalla simpatia e competenza di Carlo e dalle delizie create da Mara. Ho assaggiato una peccaminosa capasanta alla maiala con golosi canditi di pancetta e crema di barbabietole rosse. A seguire una carezzevole grigliata di pesce con verdure e un eclatante e sapido tombarello. Ammiccante la panna cotta con fragole e peperoncino, golosissima. Conto generoso.

17/05/2025: Good food, but unfortunately the owner/ server brought us the wrong menu item, which the server had clearly (I speak great Italian) had done intentionally. She charged us for the extra dish, which was her mistake. Otherwise good food but BEWARE! Check the check!

26/04/2025: I ate a truly embarrassing tagliolini with black truffle and I even struggle to describe it. And it even cost 24 euros!!!

18/05/2025: Wow, it was the best pizza I've ever had, if you're crazy, shrimp with salmon, I didn't even think it would be good, but if you're crazy, it's really good.

31/05/2025: An institution. We ate a plate of fried mushrooms on the fly as an appetizer. Crispy and dry. You could eat a quintal of them.... Very good... Then pizza and dessert for which they bring you the trolley and you choose directly.... Even those are very good.... Even the first courses are interesting..... We spent 30 euros and the price is totally right..... Fast and precise service...... Well done....
