We had a tasting of the land and it was excellent, the dishes getting better and better! The service was truly excellent. We'll be back.
15/01/2026: Papaveri & Papere catered for our wedding in Pietrasanta. we had a delightful tasting meal in the restaurant. The food and service on our wedding day was incredible. Thank you so much for all your efforts, we really appreciate it and can't wait to visit the restaurant again in the future.

28/12/2025: A pleasant discovery in the Piazza del Duomo in San Miniato. The service is excellent, combining courtesy with savoir faire. The egg with potato cream, pecorino cheese, and truffle was excellent, as was the creamed cod. It's worth noting that I also found the coffee to be good (often, even in high-end restaurants, I've been served disgustingly sloppy broth). The restrooms are very clean.
21/12/2025: We chose the fish menu with matching wines, a culinary poem, one dish after another. Thanks to those in the kitchen who gave us this tasty journey of taste! A round of applause to the very knowledgeable and kind staff in the dining room.
