I believe the location, the dining room where a wonderful lunch or dinner is served, and the dishes themselves speak volumes even more than the reviews themselves. Book and enjoy something unique. Kudos not only to the chef, who, by listening to his guests' preferences, can take you on a unique culinary journey, but especially to the staff, both in the dining room and, above all, in the kitchen. We'll be back... always!

08/11/2025: We recently had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at La Martinatica, and it was a truly delightful experience on every level. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted by the peaceful charm of the Tuscan countryside – a setting that immediately invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The location strikes a perfect balance between rustic and elegant, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both tradition and contemporary comfort. The service was excellent throughout the entire meal. The staff were warm and attentive, striking just the right tone – always available, but never overbearing. It’s clear that hospitality here is taken seriously, and that every guest is made to feel welcome and relaxed. We were offered a tasting menu personally curated by the chef, and it was an exceptional journey through refined and creative cuisine. The menu included a variety of intriguing elements: delicate raw fish, a luxurious truffle and potato combination, perfectly cooked linguine enriched with miso, followed by bold proteins like bison, suckling pig, and quail. Each dish showcased a clear culinary vision – combining high-quality ingredients with modern technique and thoughtful presentation. Most of the courses stood out for their originality and flavor. The raw fish dish was fresh and balanced, the truffle and potato pairing offered an indulgent yet refined start, – a fusion of umami and elegance. The meats were handled with care, each prepared to highlight their unique character without overpowering the palate. Not every dish was a “wow” moment, but the overall experience remained highly impressive. The few elements that were slightly less impactful didn’t detract from the coherence or enjoyment of the meal – if anything, they underscored the chef’s willingness to take creative risks, which we genuinely appreciated. One of the strengths of La Martinatica is how it combines an ambitious, chef-driven menu with the relaxed charm of its surroundings. There’s no pretension here – just a sincere dedication to quality, creativity, and the pleasure of good food. In conclusion, La Martinatica is a destination worth seeking out – whether you’re a curious gourmet or simply looking for a special meal in a beautiful setting. We left feeling both inspired and satisfied, and would gladly return to discover how the menu evolves with the seasons. Highly recommended.

24/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant on the hill above Pietrasanta, nestled in the greenery along a stream surrounded by bamboo! Beyond the beauty of the location, we can only give 5 stars to the service, the kindness of the staff, and above all, the quality of the dishes, expertly prepared and served with care. The fish is excellent, fresh, and carefully selected. The wine is excellent, reflecting Stefano's passion. You can find excellent, carefully selected French champagnes. And that's coming from me, a fan of Italian sparkling wines. Overall, a wonderful experience, both culinary and wine-related. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal to the fullest. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: A very nice and intimate place, the service is efficient with very kind and knowledgeable staff. The dishes, from fish to meat, are all delicious to my taste, with attention to every detail. Whatever you order, I never find anything to complain about. The wine cellar is exceptional.

I chose a mixed fried calamari, shrimp, and anchovies accompanied by French fries 🍟: generous portions, golden brown and super crispy, with no traces of grease 🦑🦐🐟. The flavor of the fish was excellent, a sign of good quality and freshness 👌. The service was very quick and friendly, which makes the dinner even more enjoyable ⏱️😊. The atmosphere is quiet, simple, and homey, perfect for those who appreciate authenticity over elegance 🏠. The prices are average, slightly medium-high, but fully proportionate to the quality and quantity of the dishes 💶🔥. A recommended stop for those who want to eat well, without stress, and with authentic flavor! 💯🍴✨

25/10/2025: Typical pizzeria restaurant, everything very good and the pizza with sausage, porcini mushrooms and truffle, really very good.

23/10/2025: We ate there several times with our children. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, except for one lady. She's forgiven. We'll be back.

19/08/2025: I went with my boyfriend one evening for an aperitif and dinner. Aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea was truly lovely! With two glasses of wine, they served and offered us chips, peanuts, and taralli in small sealed packages, which was very welcome! We went down to the beach restaurant for dinner. The food was excellent. I'd like to leave a very positive comment for the young people who served us: young, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and will definitely be back!
