I recommend it 100 percent.
It's best to arrive before 8 p.m. for dinner; the restaurant fills up very quickly.
15/08/2025: Believe the hype. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Specials were all around porcini mushrooms, my wife had a delicious sea bream with porcinis and potatoes and I had cacciucco for the first time, full of fresh seafood. Delicious, not expensive bottle of bulgheri.

The catering service is of excellent quality and the price is adequate and a lot of attention to the customer After a day at the beach and the pool a good aperitif on the terrace. I recommend it for a stay in Versilia.

05/08/2025: The service was very nice but pizza is very disappointing. I am a frequent visitor to Italy and tried many pizzas in this region - this one was worse than I would have eaten in the UK. The doe was falling apart and buffalo cheese had absolutely zero taste. I suggest the restaurant should stick to what they are good at i.e. the seafood that seems to be getting very good reviews. If you are planning to eat pizza avoid this place unless you’d want to be massively disappointed.

14/07/2025: Great place for lunch and dinner. Family atmosphere and great service. Every dish ordered is very tasty and looks great. I definitely recommend it! It is worth making reservations for the weekend evening, because the room is usually full. Very good wines.
06/07/2025: We came from hungary. i've eat my very first true italian pizza here. It was truly amazing, delightful and delicious, best (and only ever true italian pizza so far) i've ever eaten. White house wine also very nice. Staff is amazing and very friendly. The prices were also better than good, for an average european traveller, this was actually insane, how not expensive that was compared to other regions restaurants.
Truly recommend this place.

Delicious scampi carpaccio, beautifully presented, a shame to eat!
The rest was equally delicious.
Everything was prepared with extreme simplicity but with refined taste.
The waiters and chef were equally excellent!
In short, highly recommended.

Inaccurate service.
In my personal experience, the year 2024, my wife's birthday, I booked the birthday cake and a bouquet of flowers on the restaurant's website and paid the advance; at the time of dinner there was no cake, no bouquet of flowers, nor did they see that I had paid 150 in advance. Unpleasant indeed, and birthday ruined. The very kind owner apologized by giving away a bottle of medium quality champagne but it certainly doesn't solve the problem.
Average high price.

03/08/2025: I revisited Pinocchio for the first time in years and am happy to report that it is still a great place for dinner.
01/08/2025: Good food. Among the appetizers, I recommend the tartare, which is beautifully presented.
The first courses were also good. We tried two desserts; the cheesecake wasn't as good as the other crème brûlée cake we tried, which was very unique and noteworthy.
Proper service.
Cute atmosphere; the tables in the alley are lovely for a dinner for two.

20/07/2025: The cuisine is truly excellent; the way they prepare fish all'isolana is superior to the average in Versilia, even in higher-end restaurants. The vegetables that accompany the fish are perfect.
The staff has a rare delicacy in a tourist area where, unfortunately, everything is almost industrially produced.

Now a rarity in this little Italy sold to mass tourism.
27/08/2025: I'm speechless. If you order a bottle of wine, they don't even bring you glasses; but not even very clean water glasses.
€18 for a piece of spaghetti with clams, a very small portion, and cafeteria-style plates. While I was eating my appetizer, the first course arrived immediately, and I pointed out that I was eating the first course, and the waitress, a young girl, kept telling me, "But it's getting cold!" And I said, "Put a plate on top..." The result was tagliatelle cooked al dente and indigestible (I think they were Barilla, the dry ones), stringy and dry, lots of pasta, not much sauce. I left half of it over, trying too hard. Terrible service, nothing special. I ruined a dinner on my weekend at the beach. Never again!!

03/08/2025: It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars... everything about this restaurant was amazing: friendly and helpful staff, generous dishes, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented by the cooking and the accompaniments. A lovely location, just steps from the square. If only more restaurants were like this!!! We'll definitely be back.
