26/05/2026: We booked in advance and went there for dinner with friends, and our first greeting was, "Are there so many of you?".... HORRIBLE WELCOME.
While we were ordering, the waitress even said to one of us, "Shut up!" The rudeness reached its peak here, too.
But the worst was when the food arrived.....they don't do meat, okay, let's order fish.... HORRIBLE QUALITY.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

20/08/2026: Four of us arrive. Four friends with one desire...to eat fish. Excellent fish. And thankfully, we're incredibly satisfied. The service is kind and impeccable. The food is divinely cooked and made with the freshest ingredients. The bill is incredibly fair...in fact, the owner even takes great care of the bill without us even asking. That wonderful evening with friends at this fantastic restaurant will forever remain in my heart.
13/08/2026: Everything is perfect, the dishes speak for themselves and the girl who takes the orders is attentive and knows how to advise well, I think her name is Stefania. I recommend it to everyone, I put it in first place in Porto Torres.

30/11/2025: We went to Il Carillon for a birthday party. Mr. Nino is a true host with 52 years of experience as a chef, which shows in his succulent dishes. He pampers his guests, making them feel truly at home. Thanks also to Liana, who carefully contributes to every dish in the kitchen... And thanks also to Alessandro, who completes the local offering. Highly recommended for all ages... Mr. Nino, thank you so much ❤️

19/07/2025: Gran sudata nella bella veranda affacciata sul mare . Calamaro arrosto imbarazzante e al limite del commestibile. Un pezzo di gomma ! …patate arrosto che in realtà sono bollite e poi passate al forno e servite in una ciotola colma d’olio . Discreta la pizza …
