06/06/2026: Excellent food and service. I enjoyed the simply delicious spaghetti with a tomato sauce and added a bit of garlic. It was excellent. So it's very easy to enjoy a vegan meal here. They also have marinara pizzas.
My wife really enjoyed her carbonara too.
And it's well priced with lovely sea views.

03/05/2026: The photos have nothing to do with the actual menu. There are only six dishes to choose from, and the service from the waiter is terrible. Don't stress, just go; you'll thank me later.
06/04/2026: Food that feels homemade, in the best way possible. Simple Sardinian dishes served in a nice location, close to some interesting museums. The price is aligned with the quality of the food, making it a solid and honest choice.

11/06/2026: The food and service were okay, everything else was mediocre... we had a pizza and spaghetti, which aren't anything special, but we had to wait 50 to 60 minutes... the bill came to €3.50 for a Coke, €5.00 for a glass of wine, €15.00 for a pizza, and €14.00 for spaghetti. On top of that, there was a €3.00 cover charge, and to add insult to injury, we were forced to pay a €4.00 tip for the wait.
Never again. One waiter was attentive; he was shocked when we complained that everyone who arrived after us had already eaten or received their food, and we hadn't... that's why it gets two stars; otherwise, it would only get one, since you're supposed to give at least one.

Se cercate un posto dove mangiare dell'ottimo pesce ad Alghero, questo ristorante è una certezza. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service attentive, but the real protagonist is the food.
Here's what I tried:
Zuppa di cozze : Semplicemente squisita. Cozze freschissime, un sughetto saporito al punto giusto and crostini di pane dorati perfetti per fare la scarpetta. An antipasto che da solo vale la visita.
Trancio di pesce spada alla griglia : Cottura impeccabile, la carne era tenera, succosa e valorizzata da un filo d'olio a crudo and parsley fresco. Accompagnato da patatine fritte dorate and una fresca insalata mista.
Vino della casa: Ottimo Vermentino locale, fresco e leggero, perfetto per accompagnare l'intera cena.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è absolutely correct considering the freshness of the raw material and the position.

Sopa de mejillones: Simplemente exquisita. Mejillones fresquísimos, una salsa sabrosa en su punto justo y costrones de pan dorados, perfectos para mojar. Un entrante que por sí solo vale la pena la visita.
Rodaja de pez espada a la plancha: Cocción impecable? la carne estaba tierna, jugosa y enhanced por un chorrito de aceite de oliva en crudo y perjeil fresco. Accompañado de patatas fritas doradas y una ensalada mixta muy fresca.
Vino de la casa: An excellent local Vermentino, fresh and light, perfect to accompany all dinner.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely correct taking into account the freshness of the raw material and the location.

If you are looking for a place to eat excellent fish in Alghero, this restaurant is a sure choice. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service attentive, but the real star is the food.
Here's what I tried:
Mussel soup: Simply delicious. Fresh mussels, a sauce that is just right and golden bread croutons, ideal for dipping (papara). An appetizer that is worth the visit in itself.
Charcoal swordfish slice: Perfectly cooked, the meat was tender, juicy and highlighted by a little raw olive oil and fresh parsley. It was accompanied by golden fried potatoes and a cool mixed salad.
House wine: Excellent local Vermentino, cool and light, ideal to accompany the entire dinner.
The quality-price ratio is absolutely correct, if one takes into account the freshness of the raw materials and the location.
31/05/2026: We ate the mixed fried fish and it was delicious, as for dessert the profiteroles were really super, the staff was very kind, our experience was positive

18/07/2024: Avrei voluto dare quattro stelle per la semplicità e la buona qualità del cibo, pesce alla griglia, ma meritano una sola stella per l'arroganza e la disorganizzazione che hanno. Infatti lo scorso sabato , prima di partire da Porto Torres un'ora circa in macchina per arrivare alla griglieria e un'altra ora per ritornare a Porto Torres , abbiamo provato ripetutamente a telefonare, il numero di telefono era corretto, abbiamo erroneamente fatto anche un altro numero di telefono di un'altra attività addiacente , una spaghetteria , che molto gentilmente ci ha confermato che Griglieria Meloni era aperta e non gli sembrava avessero il pienone. Decidiamo di partire da porto Torres e arriviamo intorno alle 19,45 alla Griglieria, il locale per cenare era ancora completamente vuoto, chiedo un tavolo per 3 persone e il titolare mi dice che il locale è già al completo, io gli spiego quanto ho appena scritto qui sopra e gli dico che al massimo in una mezz'ora , quaranta minuti gli avremmo lasciato il tavolo disponibile ( tavoli ancora completamente liberi ) e che arrivavamo da lontano. Niente da fare , non ci vuole accogliere. Quindi dopo questa esperienza consiglio anche a voi di non andare se non vi rispondono al telefono, questo è un disservizio veramente da persone male organizzate , se hanno un numero di telefono pubblico devono rispondere o richiamare loro!n Non so se ilproprietario riuscirà a capire il problema e quindi prenfderne atto , ma spero che i potenziali clienti, fiduciosi come me di trovare un posto , non vadano se non avranno una confermadi disponibilità

23/02/2025: Locale a prima vista buio ma nella ormai consuetudine, al tavolo veniamo indirizzati da una che all'apparenza sembrava una che su occupa di ordinare imagazzeni con un abbigliamento del tutto fuori luogo per il tipo di lavoro pwr essere educato
Presa l'ordinazione e servito a tavola 2 calici di prosecco(Akenta) dove bisogna spiegare che l'Akenta non è un prosecco
Veniamo dimenticati in sala e dopo un ora chiediamo notizie dei nostri piatti, la Cameriera non aveva idea del nostro numero del tavolo errore gravissimo da attribuire a chi segue la sala .ci chiedono 5 min ancora di tolleranza ma dopo 20 minuti mi alzo e pago EURO 20 per il coperto i calici del vino e una bottiglia d'acqua da 50cl la così capo sala con grande maleducazione mi sbeffeggia con dei clienti che erano alla cassa altro errore dato da chi è abituato a gestire una mangiatoia
Peccato che da Alghero ci siano locali in mano a gente che dovrebbe occuparsi di ben altro e affidare a persone più competenti questo tipo di lavoro
Lasciate ogni speranza i voi che entrate
11/01/2025: Siamo stati a gennaio e c’erano dunque pochi commensali. Siamo stati serviti velocemente. Per una posto fronte mare ci saremmo aspettati una migliore qualità dei pesci (sia crudi che fritto, nel quale peraltro non c’erano calamari). Lo spada con i funghi era comunque abbastanza buono. Qualità tutto sommato media

Punta Negra Restaurant

29/10/2024: Het Hotel ligt prachtig, de verwachting was een passend restaurant. Helaas was dat niet zo. De ontvangst was, net zoals de omgeving, koud. De kaart is verschrikkelijk. Er staan veel gerechten met een sterretje, dat betekent dat het uit de diepvries komt. Eerlijk maar zeker niet wenselijk. We hadden besloten een ander gerecht uit te zoeken zonder sterretje. Vitello tonnato en een pasta gerecht. Geen succes. Droog en de pasta had artisjokken en champignons die waarschijnlijk uit blik kwamen. De bediening was grotendeels ongeïnteresseerd. Dit was, met afstand, de slechtste avond tijdens ons verblijf in Sardinië.
Er zit een wereld van verschil tussen de bediening op het terras in de middag en de bediening in het restaurant. In de middag werden we keurig en op prettige wijze geholpen. Ik wil dus zeker ook niet de hele crew de schuld geven van het gastronomisch falen.
Vriendelijk verzoek aan de directie om hier orde op zaken te stellen! (tip: Gordon Ramsey?)
16/09/2024: El servicio es lento y descoordinado, ya que el personal es lamentablemente corto. El vino de mi marido nunca llegó y mi cena estaba fría como una piedra y lo envié de vuelta pero después de 40 minutos me fui sin verlo

06/07/2025: Surtout à ne pas approcher le hamburger est un steak haché surgelé surcuit et légèrement cramé (à vomir) t quelques frites pour 16€. la big salade mixte est en fait beaucoup de salade verte cinq tranches de tomates quatre olives trois miettes de thon pas d assaisonnement pour 12€ et petite corbeille de pain pour 5€.Bon courage si voulez vraiment le tenter.
05/07/2025: Una cena ottima, lontano dal caos della città, immersi in un bellissimo giardino in una delle zone più affascinanti della Sardegna 💙
Abbiamo ordinato 2 primi a base di cozze: buonissimi. Ottimo il servizio e la location è davvero unica. Rapporto qualità prezzo e atmosfera tranquilla. Perfetto dopo la visita alla Grotta.

27/08/2023: Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Suggerisco le linguine con l aragosta veramente sublimi. Ottima la fregola anche se un po' piccante. Chi ama la carne non si lasci sfuggire il filetto. Tempi di attesa brevi, personale gentilissimo, location da favola. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono.
