03/03/2026: Excellent service and delicious food! Four of us visited this restaurant, including a little girl, and we had a truly wonderful time. As soon as we arrived, they took our little girl's order right away, so she didn't have to wait: a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated ❤️ We had appetizers and the seafood carbonara for our first course... not just good, but better! Carefully prepared, flavorful dishes, and perfect portions. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

28/12/2025: We ate on Christmas Day. The menu wasn't what I expected. The appetizer included stuffed mussels. I tried one and felt the filling was undercooked. The first courses were seafood ravioli, which had practically no fish, but something creamy... I didn't like it. The paccheri with mushrooms were good. The second courses weren't bad. The waitress, Angela, was definitely perfect. She was full of energy, quick, precise, and helpful. Well done. The price was excessive for what I ate.

18/11/2025: Il Caminetto is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Cabras. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with attentive and always smiling service that makes you feel truly welcome. The dishes are a tribute to Sardinian tradition, prepared with the freshest ingredients and expertly presented. The fish is extraordinary: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in presenting each dish and the chef's ability to enhance the flavors without ever weighing you down. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend Il Caminetto to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience in Cabras. I will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: I know the Chef well, as well as the new manager who will breathe new life into this historic restaurant, a place that deserves to be enhanced by a professional of Chef M.M.'s caliber. M.M. was born with a natural aptitude and a true passion for cooking. As a boy, while attending hotel management school, he began working as a kitchen assistant on weekends in restaurants in his hometown, developing a growing passion for the culinary arts. After graduating, he immediately left for the renowned Costa Smeralda, continuing his experience in various parts of Sardinia and later in Alto Adige, where he lived and worked for several years. Throughout this journey, he seized every opportunity to learn and train alongside prestigious chefs, engaging with a high-end international clientele. I have personally had the honor of tasting his dishes: truly spectacular and refined creations, capable of providing a truly sensory experience. Today, after building and enriching his professional experience with great commitment, sacrifice, and dedication, he has returned to his homeland to realize his dream: to manage a restaurant, ideally a historic one, and to ensure its continued success, preserving its name while enhancing it with his professionalism, precision, and passion. I am therefore certain that a chef and entrepreneur of this caliber will be able to make the restaurant welcoming to everyone—families, couples, individuals, and groups—while preserving the value and reputation of an already renowned establishment.
