12/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant run by Raffaele and his team. Everyone is very knowledgeable, very kind, and has excellent storytelling! Not to mention the food! Outstanding! Authentic flavors with a touch of modernity and the chef's passion! High-end in taste and appearance! What more can I say? Beautiful location, opposite the castle in the old town!! Definitely worth trying again and again!! Excellent

16/09/2025: Excellent food, few dishes but perfectly executed, divine fried fish, dry and crunchy at the same time, delicious desserts, very balanced and not at all too sweet which sometimes makes you sick, I would go back.

I also wanted to compliment you on the care you took in preparing my order. You are the first company to ship products flawlessly. Congratulations to all the staff.

28/10/2025: The appetizers are particularly crispy, even too crispy for my taste. Nothing special. The price is a little above average.

11/10/2025: Friday night dinner. There are four of us. We sit down and are brought menus. One of the guests asks if they can make a different pizza than the ones listed on the menu. The waiter (who clearly didn't even know what the requested pizza looked like) starts listing a few ingredients and says: "This one is fine, that one isn't..." And ends with: "I can't make it for you, we're a restaurant, not a pizzeria." It's a shame there were at least 20, 25 pizzas on the menu. But in any case, that's no way to respond to a customer. They bring us four pizzas. The Marinara is questionable, with too much peeled tomatoes on top and not cooked properly. The crust on all four was partially undercooked. Pizzas that cost above average should be perfect. We finish with four desserts. The only positive note.

08/07/2025: It was a real pleasure to stay in this wonderful little palazzo. We felt at home, with an extraordinary staff, very eager to fulfill our every wish, and even more. Our thanks to the entire staff, led by Don Michele, who treated us as if we were part of the family. Large, clean, extremely elegant room with a view of the old center, not too much noise. Hearty breakfast, I could only fatten up with the pies offered by the two nice ladies who served us. I still have fun now when I remember: serve 2 pieces (of pie) they are good and you will like it!! ....that's what I was told in the morning. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to every point of interest in the town of Biscelle. Parking space right in front of the hotel, you have to tell the car's registration number to access the central area (where the hotel is). It is a place where I truly felt the warm, hospitable and professional spirit of the people of Puglia.
