31/03/2026: Last night wasn't just a dinner, it was an experience. Puntarelle meet Chef Celso Laforgia's Assassin.
Extraordinary dishes, a convivial atmosphere, and so many wonderful people united by the desire to share and showcase the Molfettese puntarelle. An experience that successfully combined flavor, tradition, and conviviality.
The star of the show were the Molfettese puntarelle, showcased in every dish with great care and creativity, in an evening enriched by the presence of journalists, food, and wine bloggers.
All in the splendid setting of Il Vecchio Gazebo, which has established itself as a point of reference: refined cuisine, quality ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home.
When local tradition and passion meet, the result can only be special.
13/03/2026: The two of us had dinner at this pizzeria. We had a classic pizza and a pan pizza: both were good and well-made. The pizza was tasty, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients.
The service was good and the staff was friendly, with normal wait times.
The only negative was the spacing between the tables: they were really close together. It was almost difficult to sit down, and it was a bit awkward to talk because you were practically next to other customers.
Overall, a good experience and a pizzeria worth trying.

19/03/2026: Overall, my experience at this restaurant was mixed.
The appetizers were very good and carefully prepared, truly the highlight of the meal.
The first courses, however, didn't convince me: in my case, the pasta with sauce (which was supposed to be with cardoncelli mushrooms and Norcia mushrooms) had a rather sweet and very liquid sauce, lacking the main ingredients. (The photo was taken after only three forkfuls; after that, I couldn't continue like the others.)
The second courses were decent, well-cooked but without any particular distinguishing features.
The service, however, was a bit slow: we were among the first to arrive but among the last to receive our second course, when many in the dining room had already finished.
Another small note about the organization: when we booked, we were given the option of choosing dishes à la carte, but once we arrived, we were asked to choose the same first course for the entire table. This was understandable for organizational reasons, but it would have been better to clarify this upfront.
Overall, a place with potential, but with some areas that could be improved.

If you want good raw seafood in Molfetta, Ristorante Adriatico is the best.
I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: What can I say? I went there yesterday with a group of family members (apparently it was the reopening day)... it was a real pain. The only thing I can say is that the fish is fresh, but the service and preparation aren't up to par. The first courses are overcooked and the second courses are lousy. The location is very nice, but it's not enough to warrant a high rating. Try again.
05/02/2026: If you want to enjoy fresh, well-prepared seafood in a pleasant seaside setting, Playa del Sol is the place to try. We've been returning for years whenever possible, preferably avoiding weekends because it's always packed! On the coastal road between Giovinazzo and Molfetta, two beautiful villages worth visiting in the province of Bari.

08/03/2026: A lovely restaurant with a charming atmosphere, beautiful decor, and historic walls. Excellent service, quick and attentive. The surf and turf appetizers and the orecchiette pasta with monkfish cream and seafood were both excellent. Highly recommended.
06/03/2026: I came to this place on my birthday, I ate very well, there was a great variety of dishes, appetizers, first courses, second courses, there is also a great variety of pizzas.

04/02/2026: A pleasant surprise for its taste and variety. There's a family history behind this fish bar, which churns out excellent sandwiches, poke, and other seafood delicacies. But my favorite is the fried fish. Unrivaled and delicious. I can't think of another place that makes such a delicacy. Well done, well done, keep it up!!!

28/02/2026: I'll start by saying I've never written a review, but yesterday at lunch I was shocked by this place, considering I went to hotel management school and worked in the industry! The guidelines are: "knowledge, know-how, and know-how," and unfortunately there wasn't even one!! Especially from the owner, who is incredibly arrogant! There were three of us, and I asked the waiter if it was possible to have three different starters, given that it's a "restaurant" with not-so-cheap prices, and the guy told me it wasn't possible. I immediately understood, and we ordered two plates of tagliolini with lobster and a risotto... the waiter tried everything he could to keep me from getting the risotto, repeating that I'd have to wait 25 minutes (which is also the waiting time for the other dishes), but despite this, I chose the risotto, and he repeated that maybe I didn't understand that it takes 25 minutes 😱, to which I, in an annoyed tone, said that I understood perfectly! He goes to the kitchen, poor thing, and shortly after the owner approaches the table saying that it is not possible to make only one portion of risotto (16 euro dish) and I tell him that it was enough to be clear from the beginning without continuing to repeat that it takes 25 minutes and the owner says that in reality it takes 30🤦♀️ and says: "the waiter has been here for two days, what should I do, should I fire him?" 😱😱😱 I mean instead of apologizing for what happened, you talk to me like that about the waiter? ? Crazy stuff!!! In the end I ordered a plate of spaghetti with mussels that I didn't want... when the first courses arrived, while I was eating, I could smell a raw smell coming from the plate🤮... we also ordered a tasteless fried food (20 euros). In short, 97 euros total and luckily we only ordered water, 3 first courses and a fried food... I strongly advise against it!!

18/12/2025: Honestly, I don't feel like recommending it since I went mainly for the raw seafood and after paying 25 euros and receiving only MUSSELS and CLAMS with two oysters I was very disappointed, the first courses were good, nothing to say but for the rest I was disappointed.
