aggiungerei “ARTE PURA”…
Sono stata a cena con amici
il 29 marzo e sono rimasta colpita dall’insieme di sapori,
profumi e colori dei piatti,
da degustare ad occhi chiusi…

04/04/2025: we wanted to try the 7-course menu (to which a free eighth course was kindly added) and I must say that it is a place that deserves it, I will definitely return.
the only dish that wasn't too successful was a skewer with tongue, I don't know if it was due to the consistency or the flavor (it reminded me a lot of java pepper/cumin) but perhaps more due to personal taste than anything else.
the rest is absolutely top notch, including the service.

09/04/2025: Vicino alla Stazione Ferroviaria devo ammettere che di primo impatto non sarei entrato ma amici di Biella hanno garantito sulla validità del locale e della cucina.
In effetti nulla da eccepire; abbiamo trovato un locale ampio, pulito e ben frequentato.
La cucina è una cucina tradizionale ma di gusto , le porzioni sono giuste e i prezzi onesti. Il personale (proprietari) cordialissimi, supergentili e preparati.
Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione alla prossima visita alla città.

The atmosphere in the room is wonderful, lots of space between the tables, perfect lighting and acoustics!
Impeccable dishes and service.
Specialized in fish, modern dishes, but above all tasty.
There is good research, and not the usual banality.
First time yesterday, certainly not the last.
Tasting menu is the best way to discover their concept.
Excellent discovery!
22/03/2025: Recommended by a friend, we had high expectations which were all met. You can feel the love that the owners and staff put into the dishes but also into the service and the atmosphere. You feel at home, pampered from the beginning to the end of lunch 🥰

We will definitely be back 😁 thanks for the fabulous dinner and for the super desserts: Sicilian cassata and pistachio mousse! We couldn't do without the shoe for spaghetti with seafood! Congratulations, highly recommended!
