09/11/2025: Sunday lunch The place isn't very large, but it's nice and well-kept, and it's fully stocked, so it's a bit crowded and noisy. The fish was excellent; we chose scialatielli alla liparota, and the mussels were excellent, very fresh, as were the clams and prawns. We also had pasta with sardines, tasty and delicate. Afterwards, we shared a mix of calamari and prawns, peeled, tender, and delicious. Finally, we had cannoli with very fresh ricotta. In short, a good lunch!

06/10/2025: I really liked it. The staff is friendly and professional, and the dishes, mostly seafood, are delicious and reasonably priced. The chef is very friendly and quick. We'll be back and will recommend it.

05/10/2025: I'd like to talk about this restaurant. Let's start with the fact that it took LITERALLY 2 hours just for a first course! From 12:00 to 2:30 for a first course, it wasn't exactly crowded, we were the first to arrive. Then, when the dishes arrived, they looked horrible and were raw. Now let's talk about the price. It was incredibly expensive for that food, not even half the price. I really don't recommend a two-hour drive for this.

The cuisine is simply extraordinary: every dish is conceived, curated, and crafted with a rare attention to detail. Excellent ingredients, surprising pairings, and impeccable presentation. A special thanks goes to Ermanno, the owner, who welcomed us with elegance and passion, guiding us throughout the meal with great passion and warmth. It's rare to find someone who so successfully combines expertise, friendliness, and a love for their work. An experience to remember and definitely one to repeat. 01/11/2025: We went here for a pizza and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised, the pizzas are delicious and we will definitely be back!

25/10/2025: Fast service, delicious pizza, fair prices.

08/11/2025: We stopped in because it's close to the Carmine Church, and were pleasantly surprised. The radicchio and shrimp risotto and the swordfish steak were both delicious and satisfying. The desserts were excellent. The service was quick and courteous. Good value. If we return to Pavia, we'll probably return for the pizzas, which looked very interesting after seeing them at other tables.

02/11/2025: The pizza itself is not bad, prices are affected by the location in the historic center but I still found them above average: €55 for three pizzas, water and three coffees seems a bit too much.

28/08/2025: A charming and elegant restaurant located in an ancient Charterhouse. Refined cuisine and top-notch service, at a very fair price. We ate very well and left satisfied. Dog-friendly.

06/11/2025: Now a regular stop for every important family event. The owners and staff are kind, courteous, and helpful. And, importantly, excellent value, which isn't always a given these days. Highly recommended.

03/11/2025: I've been there before and had a great time, but tonight everything went horribly wrong. The service was incredibly slow. The dishes were served at different times (there were only three of us at the table), and the house appetizer (seafood) had a spoiled seafood salad (which was sent back and replaced). I hate to give this review, but tonight was really bad.

20/10/2025: I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the staff who welcomed me into their spacious and bright restaurant. The place has both an indoor area with a large television and an outdoor area. As always, I ordered a Margherita pizza and was satisfied. The wood-fired oven ensured that the pizza was cooked perfectly. The tomato sauce was exquisite and the mozzarella was well-blended. But what will keep someone like me, with a sensitive stomach, coming back is the delicateness of the dough.

03/10/2025: Last night we called for takeout pizzas. At the pickup time, we went to the restaurant and found a very welcoming atmosphere and very kind staff who prepared our pizzas right on time. Perfectly leavened dough, top-quality ingredients, definitely the best pizza in the area 🔝🔝🔝 Thanks to Adam and the rest of the staff for their care and courtesy, we'll definitely be back 😋

13/10/2025: We went there for the first time for a fantastic exhibition at the castle. Excellent experience, warm welcome, attentive and friendly service, especially from the young man. The dishes were quality. We ordered mushroom risotto, pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola, etc. Everything was very good. I confess I would have liked to try the pizzas too. Recommended 👍

06/10/2025: For a quick lunch, I arrive at this place at 2:32 PM (closing time is 3:00 PM) and am rudely asked not to sit down, shouting, "There are plenty of other bars around here." Refuse.

04/10/2025: We celebrated our daughter Arianna's eighteenth birthday on September 21st. It was a beautiful day in a fairytale location. The imperial table, set especially for us with refined and elegant details, made the party unforgettable! The food was incredible, almost entirely made with the freshest seafood, abundant and perfectly cooked! The cake was dreamy, the desserts, the fruit, and finally, a taste of excellent pasta and potatoes! The entertainment, the kindness, and so much music!! What can I say... Thank you so much and see you next time!

20/10/2025: Tried it on October 18th for dinner. Despite having booked two days in advance, we had to wait half an hour before being seated. As a partial excuse, I must say that it was Saturday, right in the heart of Pavia's nightlife, so a bit of a wait is to be expected. The staff were friendly, service was fairly quick, and the menu offered a wide selection of both fish and meat dishes (I personally had the seafood salad, which I rate as 5-star, and a 4-seasons pizza). They also had a wide selection of wood-fired pizzas (including pan pizzas, which they call baby), and a good selection of desserts. Drinks were also plentiful (wines, beers). Since we also did takeout, the wait for pizza was longer than usual.

19/10/2025: Poor service, little respect for customers, and subpar food. If you really want to find something positive, they have legume soup as a vegetarian option.
