02/07/2026: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I arrived with high expectations and left feeling sad, demoralized, and €100 short. I don't know if the problem was due to the absence of the usual chef in the kitchen, the lack of raw materials and ingredients, or simple human error, which can easily happen, but I ate the worst paella of my life. Made with Carnaroli rice or risotto rice, it was a porridge-like mush in which all you could taste was the saffron and a slight smoky aftertaste. There was no flavor, no shape, no consistency; what arrived at our table simply wasn't paella. And I found it very strange given the excellent reviews I'd read. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I feel offended and robbed of my money and my time. There were also positives, like the appetizers, which weren't bad (although I would have avoided the anchovies served in a can) and the setting, which was spacious and very cool in the summer. The service was friendly, but the prices were completely out of line for the quality of the food. A real shame.
