03/08/2025: Stunning location, friendly staff, and carefully prepared, top-notch dishes. This is our third time there, and unless there are weddings, the atmosphere is truly excellent. On the other two occasions, the wedding celebrations in the adjacent room made the noise really unbearable. I therefore recommend asking when booking if there are events. Overall, a truly five-star rating. We'll definitely be back.

23/09/2025: This isn't my first time there; I went for dinner with friends. The location is spectacular, with outdoor seating under the porticoes in the summer. I've always had excellent seafood. The wine list is excellent, and the service is adequate. The price is in line with everything else. Definitely recommended.

10/08/2025: A "classic" restaurant on the moraine hills. Despite being on the road, the garden and hedge keep the veranda well sheltered from traffic (which isn't much anyway). The menu is simple, with traditional local dishes that could easily be cooked at home, without frills or daring combinations. What we ate was good. Just one comment about the "salami and gorgonzola with polenta" appetizer: the amount of salami was adequate, the spoonful of gorgonzola a little less, and especially the four strips of warm polenta that barely make a slice. The waiters are helpful, fast, and attentive. Prices are average.

08/09/2025: A beautiful, spacious establishment with a clean, tidy atmosphere. I stopped by without a reservation and was seated immediately. The menu is extensive and beautifully presented, with everything from fish and meat to pizza. The wine list is well-stocked, and the prices are fair for what you order. It's a pleasure to come and eat here.

07/10/2025: Beautiful and welcoming location. Friendly and professional staff attentive to customer needs. We visited on a Sunday and had the pumpkin tortelli and the local bitter tortelli: delicious. Spaghetti allo scoglio were fantastic. The dry, crispy, and light fried fish was wonderful. The gnocco fritto with cured meats, made with pizza dough, was excellent. I recommend it. We'll try the pizzas...

26/09/2025: It's all good, but guys, don't get all dressed up, because you'll be leaving home in a mess. It's like spending a few hours in a chip shop... Too bad.

25/09/2025: Fried calamari, shrimp, and vegetables for two, exceptional! The flour coating is crispy, it's dry when piping hot, and not even the yellow paper underneath gets greasy. Perfect. It's a shame that when you leave this place, which I've been frequenting for a while now, your clothes always smell of fried food... they should do something about it!

03/07/2025: ✅ Trovare un ristorante di pesce dove venga servito un ottimo prodotto da un personale cordiale e attento di questi giorni non é cosa per niente banale. ✅ Alla Bitta abbiamo trovato ampiamente tutto questo, e anche con prezzi che riteniamo assolutamente ottimi non solo per la bontà ma anche per le porzioni. Non fate l'errore di non ordinare l'antipasto di mare crudo e cotto e le linguine con burrata e gamberi. Non fatelo! 🚫 Un Grazie a Dario per l'ottimo servizio. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 12/10/2025: We had lunch based on two series: two spaghetti with clams, one with lobster, one with clams and prawns, a grilled shellfish, a mixed fried fish, water, wine, coffee, everything was good and we paid 40 euros each.

12/10/2025: Magnificent square just steps from the Ducal Palace in medieval Mantua. Romantic and intimate outdoor location. The staff is very professional, and the service is quick and attentive. The first courses are very good, but the second courses lack character. The prices are appropriate for the location.

30/09/2025: Great pizza for a very good price. We went on a friday night when the just have opened so we didn't wait at all but by the time we were finished, people started gathering up. We had a Quattro Formaggi und Pomodoro Pizza.

13/10/2025: Good pizza, but very expensive. 1 liter of wine was €12, dessert €8.50, fries €7. We had a mixed fried fish and it wasn't good at all. It was very pale and dry. I'm really sorry, but everything was too expensive.

06/08/2025: We went to “La Mamma” looking forward to a tasty pizza and a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The service felt a bit distant, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. We ended up waiting quite a while for our pizzas, which sadly didn’t suit our tastes. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t win us over. It’s a shame, because the place definitely has potential, and we hope they can improve a few things in the future.
