10/01/2025: Oh well, what can I say. Perfection distilled in diamond ampoules. If I really, really had to give advice, I would put a sign on the gate to explain that it is not possible to park on site before 12.30... I had arrived 15 minutes early to see the lake and I disturbed the staff while they were having lunch... but the rest, what can I say (?), I would go back every weekend
04/01/2025: Reviewing this restaurant and trying to "evaluate" it is truly complex, because it presents such a high range of nuances and particularities that make it almost unique in its kind.
Despite this, starting from the most important part, the kitchen, I found all the dishes well thought out and presented. Some of these started from a simple idea in the beginning, but then developed in a far from banal way.
The staff has a level of care and attention to detail never seen before, capable of making the customer feel extremely at ease and "pampered" from every point of view.
The location is something majestic, evocative, to the point that to describe it I can only refer to the attached images.
In conclusion, this is without a shadow of a doubt a restaurant that deserves to be tried and rewarded for all the aspects mentioned above and which I hope will reach increasingly higher levels over time.

01/01/2025: Dinner in a refined and elegant environment. Very friendly and nice owner. Impeccable service in a very intimate setting. Fish dishes of the highest quality and freshness. Very balanced flavors of the right amount. Champagne offered at midnight. Large outdoor parking with panoramic view.
Very clean facilities.
Absolutely recommended if you want to eat fish at a high level.

26/11/2024: Excellent food in a very well furnished place (and embellished with large murals) and served by attentive and friendly staff.
We were very impressed by the carbonara with Mazara prawns and bacon, a meat-fish combination that we had never tried but which went well. Also worth mentioning is the red turnip millefeuille with Robiola cream and balsamic vinegar reduction, very particular and refined (it has a really strong flavor so I recommend it only if you really like red turnip). Otherwise, among the appetizers I highly recommend the cold cuts platter with fried gnocco.

The Metr grabs the unfortunate woman by the arm and forcibly brings her in front of the owner who does something she has never seen or heard of before... as if he had set the place on fire...
In 45 years in which I have traveled far and wide to clubs throughout Abruzzo... I have never witnessed such rudeness... blind arrogance... and lack of style...

05/01/2025: Rustic inn opposite the Vittoriale degli Italiani. Delicious dishes served in generous portions. Excellent homemade cakes. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended place!
04/01/2025: We had lunch at this inn on the lake after visiting the Vittoriale. My celiac girlfriend was able to eat without any kind of problem. Excellent high quality food; honorable mention for the tagliolini with whitefish, simply spectacular

10/10/2024: Una nuova esperienza fatta di un menu’ vegetariano le cui portate sono state servite in abbinamento ognuna ad un cocktail, una super figata. Il barman Rahma stupendo, con una preparazione ed una professionalità straordinari, lo Chef Maurizio Bufi, Pugliese doc ci ha deliziato con dei piatti particolari e con la sua simpatia.
08/09/2024: Experiencia realmente decepcionante, definitivamente no estándar de estrellas Michelin.
En primer lugar, solo quiero dejar claro que el restaurante no es reflejo del hotel. Este hotel es excelente, las instalaciones y el personal hacen un trabajo maravilloso aquí. Sin embargo, Il Fagiano, no está a la altura de lo que se espera para el restaurante principal de un hotel de este estándar, dejando de lado el hecho de que es estrella Michelin.
Para destacar algunos platos que comimos, el pato había terminado - cocinado, estaba más allá del reconocimiento del pato. el Ravioli era tan agobiante y los canelones estaba lleno de tanto azafrán que no era bueno.
El servicio era bastante incómodo y tenía una bebida derramada por el servicio (que fue un accidente y comprensible que esto puede suceder, pero realmente se reconoció).
Si se aloja en el hotel, explore algunas de las otras opciones gastronómicas de la zona y no se decepcionará.
