23/07/2025: Fantastic place with the sweetest welcoming staff and not least delicious food and wine at reasonable prices. Highest recommendation from our entire family.

20/07/2025: We were a group of nine people, consisting of two families, and were lucky enough to even get a table – without a prior reservation, it would have been impossible. We were seated in the "winter garden," and it quickly became clear that we weren't part of the usual clientele. The parking lot was rapidly filling up with luxury cars, and the restaurant teemed with well-heeled customers. The service was generally attentive, but unfortunately, despite communicating in Italian, there were some obvious misunderstandings. This started with the aperitif: We were refused a Campari soda because it wasn't on the menu. All the ingredients were available – it would have been easy to fulfill our request. The biggest discrepancies, however, occurred with the food: The adults had ordered appetizers, while the children were supposed to receive their main courses at the same time to avoid waiting. Instead, all the main courses arrived together, and the appetizers arrived shortly after. When we asked, we received only the brief explanation: "The pizzaiolo is faster than the kitchen." Such miscoordination simply cannot happen, regardless of who sets the pace in the kitchen! The pizza itself was a bit bland in taste, but the food was otherwise fine, and the portion sizes were appropriate for the kids. By the time we were finished, we clearly felt that our time was up. It seemed as if our satisfaction was secondary to the desire to generate the next sale.

15/07/2025: What can I say? Our expectations were exceeded! Since my sweetheart has a total gluten intolerance (severe celiac disease), she was surprised with gluten-free pizza (all for a €3 surcharge), and I was treated to a very, very good meal. I was shocked at how good the value for money was! 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, and various drinks all came to €84! Thank you again! We'll be back tomorrow!

21/07/2025: Welcomed by a gentleman who treated us with great care, his fine cuisine is exquisite! It's worth ordering 2-3 dishes (Italian style) because the portions aren't large, so you'll enjoy the delicious food right up until dessert. Go for it... Bon appétit!

12/07/2025: We chose the Aquarium restaurant for our wedding reception, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the first meeting with one of the brothers, Ottavio, we immediately felt at ease. As soon as we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view of Lake Iseo and the attention to every detail, both inside and out. We knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate the most important day of our lives. On our wedding day, despite the morning rain pouring down until an hour before our arrival, the entire staff worked hard to ensure the outdoor garden was in perfect condition, so we could enjoy an aperitif outside. Everything was perfect throughout the day, with the waiters attentive to our every need. The food was nothing short of fabulous, even better than the rehearsals. Each course was prepared down to the smallest detail, using quality ingredients carefully crafted with great expertise. The service was perfect despite the various requests for different menus for celiacs, vegans, and various allergies. They also gave us the option of creating two menus, one meat and one fish, to satisfy all tastes. We also stayed in the hotel rooms; everything was clean and tidy, and the abundant breakfast was very good. We thank Ottavio, Massimo, and the entire staff for their precision and professionalism. We'll see you again soon.

20/07/2025: Un bellissimo locale sul lungolago d’Iseo. Abbiamo scelto rigorosamente di assaggiare piatti locali e non ce ne siamo pentiti: presentati bene e anche ottimi. Buoni anche i dolci è ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un bel servizio elegante ma non pesante.

01/07/2025: Among countless restaurants in the historic center of Sirmione, we tried this restaurant today. Even the setting was perfect. Along with the salt and pepper mills, they also provided olive oil and alceto. A carbonara with swordfish and a pizza buffola with prosciutto crudo were the main courses on the excellent menu. A highly motivated team took perfect care of us. The tiramisu to finish was once again fantastic. The ambiance in the garden next to the lake, as well as Ivana, who was always there for us with a smile, can only be recommended.

28/06/2025: Great option in Sirmione albeit very busy in the evenings. We only had pasta and the level was above average for a tourist hot spot, with the paccheri being better than the other dish. Service was great but it’s quite busy.

23/07/2025: Really the Best Restaurant in the whole area of Salò! We know this family restaurant since years now. Paula, Stefano and their very friendly team doing their very best so you can feel very well there. Best original food quality and a great collection of regional and national Italian wines. Very frequented and beloved by couples and also by families. Great quality and the right prices!! Just a few metres from the lake. Open almost the whole year and it's always better to make a reservation before. Grazie ragazzi

20/07/2025: Very disappointed given the Google rating. The flavor combinations were haphazard, and the pasta clearly lacked finesse and had a floury texture. At €22 per dish (salmon pasta and pistachio pasta), you'd expect much better. A disappointing culinary experience that I do not recommend.

01/07/2025: Beautiful location with lots of greenery in the park and gazebo... Very large and well-kept spaces. Kind and present staff. Dishes with and without truffles... Very good... And fantastic desserts

24/06/2025: A corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. If you want to taste delicious dishes, with impeccable service in a truly splendid setting, Trattoria Alle Trote is the ideal place! Everything is meticulously cared for in detail, the service is excellent and always with a smile, you can also find everything for particular diets, in addition to a large park surrounded by greenery and well-kept to take a walk between one course and another. Highly recommended for dinners, lunches, weddings or confirmations/communions.
