Unfortunately, it is not possible to book in order to accommodate the huge turnout, but the 40 minute queue was completely repaid!
We had 2 appetizers and 2 fish first courses, it was all really very good! Once seated, fast and attentive service, as they say "war machines"
The idea of having sweets at the table once dinner is over is very nice.
Compliments!! I couldn't recommend a better place in the center of Lignano

15/11/2024: Serata fantastica, il locale si presenta molto bene, luci soffuse, carne prelibata che ti viene cotta in diretta sulla griglia all'interno della sala, il personale è molto simpatico e cordiale, il titolare molto preparato sui vini. Da tornare

16/11/2024: Welcoming, friendly family, where we can find, even miraculously, despite the harsh trials that life subjects us to, a healthy dose of serenity and relaxation. Fair (rare now) quality/price ratio. My favorite whim?..appetizer from the Adriatic..variety, beautiful plating, excellent flavor of the sea.
Friendliness adds a bright star to any dish.
The last photo: frying called "Super frittura COSTA" (it would be "COSTA to COSTA" but both the name and the explanation why are too long).. mixed frying with canestrelli scallops rated 0/10...minimum UNIDICI!!!

10/10/2024: era uno dei pochi locali rimasti aperti a Lignano Pineta e quindi abbiamo scelto di venire qui. Il menù non era molto allettante per cui abbiamo scelto la pizza, purtroppo questo locale non ha il forno a legna per cui le pizze, pur essendo comunque buone, non avevano quel tipo sapore che acquisiscono con il forno a legna. Il conto economico ha compensato la qualità e comunque da segnalare i gentilissimi camerieri che ci hanno poi offerto anche l'amaro.

26/12/2024: Exceptionally nice staff and very accommodating owners. Great breakfast buffet. Parking space available. Town center, beach, restaurants, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, all within walking distance. Absolutely recommended.
01/09/2024: A wedding favor in Lignano Pineta. This is the Alisei hotel, excellent spaces and well cared for in furnishings, lighting and cleanliness. The clean scent is immediately noticeable in all environments. The people responsible for this are truly professional and fast, to whom I send my heartfelt thanks. The welcome was fantastic thanks to beautiful, well-prepared ladies, always with a smile and attention paid to customers. Excellent value for money, given the location.....you can easily reach the beach in five minutes.
I highly recommend!!!

29/09/2024: So in contrast to the other pizzerias we visited here, this one is the worst. The pizza tastes bland. The edge is rock hard instead of fluffy. The waitresses seem unmotivated, which is noticeable in their facial expressions and gestures. The ambience is ok, but you will be eaten up by the mosquitoes on the veranda. So we don't come here anymore

15/09/2024: I had dinner in a fish restaurant in Lignano Sabbiadoro, right in front of the sea, and the experience was exceptional. The fresh fish starter was delicious, with flavors that enhanced the quality of the ingredients. The second fish dish was equally excellent, cooked to perfection. Even the calzone, unexpectedly, was a pleasant surprise: crunchy on the outside and tasty on the inside. The sea view made everything even more special. Courteous and attentive service. A place that I highly recommend for those looking for a quality dinner in a unique atmosphere. 5 stars deserved.

01/12/2024: Liebevoll geführtes Lokal bei dem Signora Mauro die Gäste in Empfang nimmt.
Ausgezeichnete Vorspeisen- und Fischvariationen aber auch das Bistecca alla Fiorentina ist fantastisch (wenn es auf der Karte steht) und auch eine sehr gute Weinkarte.
01/11/2024: Sfeervolle restaurant met heerlijke gerechten, vriendelijke personeel, snelle bediening. Wij zijn zelfs paar keer hier geweest tijdens onze zakenreis.

10/12/2024: Leggo qualche recensione non molto simpatica, ma io posso confermare che le decine di volte che ho pranzato o cenato alla Botte, sono stato ampiamente soddisfatto, nella quantità, qualità e nel servizio sempre pronto e gentile.

18/01/2025: The environment and the people who work there immediately put us at ease. The menu is not huge but the proposals are different in taste and ingredients and are very tempting. The choices we made (first courses) satisfied us completely: well presented, tasty, abundant.
07/01/2025: Nice modern place, they welcomed us well with a basket of bread and taralli and pizza bread while waiting for the pizzas, good and thin on average prices in the norm for being in Lignano (recommended)

25/01/2025: Good evening, I've never done it but this time I'm doing this review from the heart because we felt so cheated, we were here in Lignano for some judo competitions, we were looking for a good pizzeria, after the various phone calls to the various pizzerias in the surrounding area, everyone being full, the only place where 14 people could have dinner was found free and was this place, we sat down at 8pm we immediately noticed that there was no one else inside, only us from here some people immediately came to us doubts a gentleman owner of the place was basically the one to take the orders, bring drinks, make the pizzas and everything else that I'll leave you to imagine after an hour he brought us the pizzas they were practically inedible full of oil, a bottle of water 4 euros a can of 0.33 4 euros crazy prices, zero service and so on and so forth, I just feel like saying that when you are not up to it, perhaps for the non-summer period, it is not right to make certain commitments
