Instead, I was greeted by the warm aroma of fresh basil, melted mozzarella, and wood-fired dough. Don't worry: whoever ends up here has definitely not sinned – they've done everything right. Because if there are nine circles of hell, then there are at least nine levels of pizza bliss here. 🍅 First circle: The appetizers – antipasti like those made by an Italian nonna who adopts you with the first bite. 🔥 Third circle: The pizza oven – the blazing heart of the house, where dough becomes art. 👑 Fifth circle: The "Pizza Dante" – a divine composition that would make even Lucifer weep and trade purgatory for a table swap. 🌿 Seventh Circle: The oregano – generous, fresh, and not just decoration, but a true hero. 29/07/2025: Ne ho sempre sentito parlare, da decenni ma mai avuto l’occasione, forse perché dall’esterno il locale non colpisce…E invece: pizza eccezionale! Impasto leggero e digeribile, cottura perfetta e ingredienti abbondanti , gustosi e di qualità. Davvero una scoperta. A volte l’apparenza inganna — tornerò sicuramente!

04/07/2025: In Cervia / MiMa you eat pretty well everywhere, but only two restaurants stand out, and the Locanda dei Salinari is right there in Olympus (the other is the restaurant Al Deserto). Order at random without any worries. The wine list is nice, with prices almost like those of a wine shop.

05/08/2025: Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po perché era pieno, per scusarsi per l’attesa ci hanno offerto un bianco ( non scontato visto il periodo) personale giovane molto gentile e veloce pietanze ottime e ben presentate prezzi onesti a fine cena limoncello offerto Merita una visita se sarà il caso mi fermerò volentieri BRAVI

30/07/2025: A wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and helpful despite the chaos of the Riviera at the end of July. The seafood dishes were well-prepared, using local ingredients, and the wine list was excellent. Andrea has this wonderful selection of artisanal wines that make you feel very welcome. I chose them for the wines alone, but I'd definitely go back for the food too! Well done!

24/07/2025: Servizio sempre attento e cordiale. Pesce buono come in generale tutti i piatti proposti. Da visitare (gratuitamente) il villaggio delle cicogne accessibile dal parcheggio del ristorante.

23/07/2025: We had a decent seafood paella (perhaps a little too large even for the recommended two people). Service was a bit slow, probably due to the size of the place. The setting, with the park nearby, is very pleasant.

08/08/2025: Goede pizza’s, goede salade, sympathieke bediening, dit alles in een prettige chaos. Een geslaagde lunch. En kijk ook naar de tientallen gesigneerde voetbalshirts in de bar. Een museum waardig.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato fuori in spiaggia, bell’atmosfera, personale giovane e disponibile. Molto buono l’hamburger Corallo, anche il pesce ottimo…il dolce mascarpone squisito! Prezzo giusto.. Tornerò sicuramente per un’altra serata in riva al mare!

12/07/2025: Siamo venuti stasera a cena in questo posto molto bello ed accogliente , noi essendo a lido di savio , molto comodo . Mangiato molto bene con ottimo servizio , ci torniamo presto. Lo consigliamo . In più accompagnato da ottima musica !!!

10/08/2025: Per un piatto di pasta diviso in due bambini mi hanno chiesto 5 euro in più per lo smezzamento. Che vergogna. E dire che noi adulti abbiamo preso primo, secondo, acqua, bottiglia di vino, dolci.

05/08/2025: Antipasto freddo con pesce congelato appena mangiabile antipasto caldo immaginabile gamberi non puliti ancora con l'intestino sabbioso imperdonabile cannolicchi come gomma e con sabbia sardoncini super congelati orribili l'unico antipasto buono le cozze fritto congelato che sa di olio vecchio io sono un locale il pesce lo conosco ma proprio non ci siamo per quanto riguarda il servizio direi arrogante solo in pochi casi gentile ero un ex cliente anni fa ma ora ci metto la croce per sempre!

12/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante e ottimo servizio. Ci sono stato più volte assaggiando vari piatti, tutto perfetto, la selezione dei vini mi ha stupito.

23/06/2025: Pur non essendo sul mare è il posto giusto per degustare pesce di qualità e veramente pescato (anche a miglio 0). La nostra scelta ha escluso i primi, non per l’offerta proposta, ma perché volevamo gustare piatti particolari come il carpaccio di gamberi di S.Spirito (deliziosi), i gamberetti bianchi dell’argentario o i gratinati e la grigliata dell’adriatico, cotta alla perfezione su brace di legno. Ottima materia prima e grande abilità in cucina. Perfetto il servizio. Buona scelta di vini (nel rispetto dei limiti alcolemici ti aiutano nel confezionamento delle bottiglie non consumate). Prezzi adeguati: 62€ a testa

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

14/05/2025: Quality ice cream bar and pastry shop, welcoming, clean place with excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

20/06/2025: Of course a second course of fish at 19.50 octopus with roast potatoes and artichokes, of the octopus there was a tentacle cut in two, and the artichoke was in oil! With a one kilo octopus they feed 30 people! Go on, go on! I had to take a photo! Patience! Never again!
