03/03/2024: Very good value for money. Finely prepared dishes, possibility to choose a fixed menu with choices between 2 first courses and 2 second courses at €30 excluding drinks. Excellent quality fish and slightly particular recipes but normal without eccentricity. I recommend it, better to book on Sunday

07/04/2024: RECOMMENDED for getting around as a starting point, clean hotel with new rooms in the historic center of Lugo. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The lady who pampered us at dinner with a lot of attention and the colleague who introduced us to excellent wine really deserve praise. Very kind indeed. I recommend having dinner there.

23/03/2024: I stayed one night in this hotel/restaurant due to the teachers' written competition. I was welcomed super well, with great professionalism and attention to my every need. Comfortable and spotless room. The outdoor space is excellent for studying in peace. Bar and restaurant service. Very kind chef who prepared an off-menu dish for me to ease my stress during the night before exams. Recommended experience! No photos, no videos because I was too focused on studying.

17/02/2024: Osteria tipica con tanta gentilezza e cortesia da parte degl’osti……. Abbiamo gustato piatti a base di pesce dove sia la preparazione sia la qualità dei piatti e’ stata notevole. Abbiamo gustato sardoncini alla scottadito , passatelli asciutti con cappesante , spaghetti alla chitarra alla pescatoria, una zuppa di cozze,vongole e crostacei con crostoni, un gratinato misto di cozze e crostacei , il tutto accompagnato da un vino di nicchia romagnolo il “ Pagadebit” buono. Conto nella media per un pranzo a base di pesce.

03/04/2024: Inhospitable environment and terrible welcome (head waitress or landlady, I don't know). We book for 2, on Easter evening, they make us go down into a damp and poorly lit basement, crammed elbow to elbow and back to back with other tables. I was literally at the table with the neighbors, I could hear them better than my mother. The waiters stepped over us to serve. The neighbors on the right send back a cutting board because when asked for "without cold cuts" it arrives full of mortadella. The head waitress arrives and responds with unprecedented ignorance that they should have explained themselves better. We are all stunned. Our spaghetti with seafood looked more home-made than restaurant-style, the clams had sand, I opened a prawn and it was unmatched raw. We resign ourselves to eating the spaghetti, the shrimp and leaving that place as soon as possible. At the checkout they ask us "everything okay?" We explain to him no, the girl (always her, to us too) makes a move and responds with a rudeness that I had never heard. He gives us pearls like: "it's normal for there to be sand, it comes from the sea", "it's a holiday, of course you have to be packed". Not recommended *note: the waiters were kind though, it's not their fault, but the one at the checkout was indecent

04/04/2024: Appetizers and first courses are preferable, the pasta is homemade and the fish sauce is tasty and rich. The grilled fish is average, good skewers but the rest nothing exceptional. The restaurant overlooks the port, I recommend the outside terrace to best enjoy a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the sea, more precisely, overlooking the port. Average prices, friendly staff.

24/01/2024: I invite everyone to visit this wonderful seaside town to which I belong by birth! Only in Viale Roma has the Ancient Beauty been distorted. Beautiful ladies returned here for the summer holidays, from Rome, Milan, Turin, reclaiming their villas. You could see them young and beautiful on a bicycle, in a sea-green silk shirtdress, in a straw basket, in high-heeled clogs, with brown hair blowing in the wind, reaching the beach at Bagno Italia, one of the few. I left Cervia, a delightful town and my 18th century Liberty Villa in the 1960s, Returned after years and was shocked by how the municipality had transformed Viale Roma into a variety of styles. Where my Villa was, a Small WHITE MIAMI Style Condominium. It is out of place when, in front, including the area of ​​several Villas (Villa Josefina, Caporali, ASTRA Cinema..), a "TRAIN" Complex was erected in more plans (1970s?). The TECHNICIANS of the Municipality are required to respect a REGULAR PLAN with Styles, Heights, Widths and Colors!! CERVIA is a UNIQUE and RARE seaside town with the BISHOP'S Palace where, in the summer season, the Bishop of Ravenna stayed. NATIVE from Cervia, related to the PANZAVOLTA family (uncle ODDONE is on the memorial stone under the town hall). The bones of the first inhabitants were buried in the Gardens next to the Church and the skeleton of a PANZAVOLTA was found in the excavations! The beauty. Fontana included a large POT with pulley which was stolen. THE Square illuminated by beautiful 18th century LAMPS, Cluster Lights, which stood around the Square, inside the Aiuole, have been REMOVED.. The ancient flooring. it has been replaced by a Modern one with internal SPOTLIGHTS!! By transforming everything into a STAGE for all Events they have overturned the Ancient Destination of a meeting place for Style. While the ancient LIGHTHOUSE, the CANAL with the Bridge, the PORT, the TOWER, the SALT warehouse, the Borgo Marina and all around have been maintained and revalued EXCELLENTLY! BRAVI to the Municipality!

07/04/2024: Large place, we had dinner in the entrance room, very noisy, it was difficult to converse. Good fish starter, we then order a fried squid but we get a mixed fried with vegetables. Cream ice cream and sorbet good but not excellent. Adequate service.

16/03/2024: Excellent location on the edge of the beautiful natural oasis of the Comacchio valleys. Place for connoisseurs with limited number of tables. Few fixed items on the menu and dishes of the day (very positive fact which indicates use of fresh products and depending on availability). One of the few places where you can taste excellent eel with different proposals. An experience definitely worth repeating.

09/10/2023: I had the pleasure of tasting the fish rice at the Cocoloco bathroom restaurant, located by the sea in a beautiful setting. The risotto was tasty and filling, well cooked and topped with a variety of fresh, juicy fish. The flavor of the sea combined perfectly with that of the rice, creating a balanced and tasty dish. The service is friendly and fast, and the price is adequate. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves fish rice and wants to enjoy a sea view.
