11/12/2025: Pizza with friends, we had Adele (with pumpkin, gorgonzola, leeks), stracciacaramellata, with ham and other simpler ones. They were all very, very good, made with excellent ingredients and with a well-cooked base (a rare thing...). Wide selection of beers and unusual desserts (not pre-packaged!!!!!), I recommend the meringue with warm San Marzano on top. The artisanal ice cream was also excellent.

23/11/2025: My wife and I had dinner, an embarrassing evening to say the least, with unacceptable service both in terms of behavior and speed. It took over an hour to get the first course, and the second courses arrived by mistake from the table next to ours... Food that was once their school cafeteria staple, with clearly not fresh fish, and salmon tartare full of bones. I'm sorry, but never again!

18/11/2025: We stopped for lunch in Collecchio and found this restaurant perfect both from a culinary point of view and as a clean environment. The owners and the whole team are polite. Congratulations 👍

09/11/2025: I go out for pizza basically once a month. I'm a chef and have a decent palate. Without mincing words, it's the best pizza in Parma and the province in terms of digestibility and deliciousness.

02/11/2025: I just wanted to point out the way we were treated. Despite the place being very welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful, the waiters forgot our order, an understandable mistake that would have been resolved with an apology, even though one never arrived. Dishes arrived with unsolicited side dishes after a 2-hour wait. They were good, but not requested. After a brief comment on the review site, however, the owner showed up, not to offer a heartfelt apology, but to accuse us of having had nothing to talk about during the 2-hour wait, and of being good-for-nothings. Welcoming place, good food, but not recommended due to the rude and incompetent owner who doesn't understand the definition of the job. P.S. Delicious desserts and friendly staff, except for the owner.

30/11/2025: A gem serving excellent seafood, in an unexpected part of Parma! We've been coming here often now, and as a southerner, eating here takes me back to the flavors of Sundays on the waterfront eating seafood. The location could definitely be improved, but don't be fooled by appearances! Highly recommended, and the waiters and staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

02/12/2025: From the name of the place and the menu they presented, I expected something decidedly local, but above all, delicious. For those who know the cuisine and read the menu, you'll be truly disappointed by what you get. We had mixed grilled meat (not cooked well), pasta with tomato sauce for the little girl (the only edible thing), and a steak (just a thin slice). The staff is very friendly.

26/11/2025: Four stars only because they couldn't find culatello, and you can't miss it in Parma. And with the gnocco fritto, it would have been the death of it.

17/11/2025: The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is overwhelming. The pizza is delicious, but the mixed fried food is full of oil and not the best. The appetizer is good but poor. The pasta was delicious, but the quality/price ratio could be improved.

25/11/2025: Invited by friends, we came for an aperitif. I'll start by saying that the wait staff was incredibly kind, but the wait to get in (standing in the cold) was exhausting. The food didn't seem all that great, and the aperitif stations are really small, jostling for space with neighboring tables. Solution? I'd suggest mandatory reservations with a specific time so everyone knows they have to leave within the allotted time. Thanks.

19/11/2025: I think it's a choice, to deliberately make people wait several half hours between ordering and being served, even for a coffee or the menu before ordering a dessert. I found it very annoying. I'm not saying you have to be quick, but 1 hour and 50 minutes for a pizza, coffee, and dessert, on a Thursday lunchtime off-peak, seemed excessive to me.

23/11/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good, and the food is excellent! Highly recommended! The staff, starting with the chef, deserves an A+! Thank you!

02/09/2025: Very quiet atmosphere, outside of Parma's city center; there's a parking lot nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the mixed raw fish appetizer, which was truly high quality and had a wide variety. They even explained the best order to eat everything, so we could fully savor the dish. Next, I had a tuna steak, which was incredibly fresh and also very generous. Good value; if you expect high-quality raw fish, you can't pay the same price as at an all-you-can-eat restaurant! This place in Parma is definitely a must-try if you want quality fresh fish. Recommended

28/11/2025: I'll start from the end, fantastic desserts, but also the rest, everything was delicious, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the place was very beautiful and well kept.

18/10/2025: I was traveling for work and stopped there for dinner. I quickly ordered and quickly ate. I spent little money on the generous, but not excessive, dishes. Very good.

21/09/2025: Excellent, unpretentious place. The tagliatelle with wild boar and pumpkin ravioli are delicious. Friendly staff, fast and friendly service. Friendly clientele. If you have time, don't miss the nearby Fontanellato Castle.
