(Reason for which you will need to go around several times to taste different ones). The quality of the ingredients is truly EXCELLENT. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Convenient and large parking lot. The only flaw, 4 euros (not indicated on the menu) for a can of coke is frankly excessive

30/08/2025: Amazing 10/10 This place was recommended to us by the owner of an apartment nearby. Looking at it from the balcony, I was skeptical. The building seemed normal, and at first glance, it seemed like an ordinary place. But alas… as soon as you step inside, you can already see the uniqueness of this place. A large interior garden with numerous tables. The service was professional, and the quality of the food… amazing. I ordered a mortadella pizza sprinkled with tiny fresh pistachios and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Believe me, and I've tried a lot of dishes in Italy, this combination of ingredients and its flavor enchanted me. Delicious. The other dishes we ordered were also delicious. We came here right after the opening and it was empty, but it soon became so crowded and crowded that it's best to book a table. I still remember the taste of the mortadella, pistachio, and balsamic vinegar combination. If you're looking for good food, this place is definitely the right choice and worth recommending.

29/08/2025: The place is very simple, perhaps a little different from what you'd see around, but it's clean. There are no outdoor tables, but there's air conditioning inside. The welcome is friendly. Renato is spectacular, both as a restaurateur and as a person. The food is delicious! Excellent raw fish, exquisite first courses, and unique second courses. The quality/price ratio is in the medium-high range, but for those who love fish and raw fish specialties, I'd say it's worth the sacrifice.

02/09/2025: It's been a while, years I'd say, since I've stopped at Casale... It was a wonderful return! The service was truly courteous and attentive, the quality and quantity of the dishes were delicious. And the pizzas that came by spoke for themselves. We'll be back soon!

31/08/2025: The food, service, and friendliness of the staff are perfect. The only downside to our visit is the dusty, urine-filled restrooms. 02/09/2025: Very quiet atmosphere, outside of Parma's city center; there's a parking lot nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the mixed raw fish appetizer, which was truly high quality and had a wide variety. They even explained the best order to eat everything, so we could fully savor the dish. Next, I had a tuna steak, which was incredibly fresh and also very generous. Good value; if you expect high-quality raw fish, you can't pay the same price as at an all-you-can-eat restaurant! This place in Parma is definitely a must-try if you want quality fresh fish. Recommended

20/08/2025: We went to Meme during the hot August holiday week. The raw seafood was excellent. The menu and off-menu options were very interesting. The three of us were able to sample several dishes. The combinations were fresh and very pleasant. The diced tuna and scallops were absolutely mouth-watering! Definitely worth trying!

02/09/2025: One of the best pizzas in Parma and the surrounding area, but honestly, the restaurant's makeover a few years ago isn't a particularly successful one, in my opinion or personal taste. Furthermore, the acoustics leave much to be desired, with unbearable background noise from the clientele, making it difficult to converse with other diners at the table.

18/08/2025: Very good half meters with a dough similar to pinsa, personally I would not choose the round pizza, the Fefè flavor is absolutely a must-have
