15/01/2025: Excellent both on pizzas of various doughs and traditional food, without excluding seafood dishes. Very kind, very clean with the whole place renovated. An additional note is that as the street is one-way there is more parking available than before.
09/01/2025: It's true that tastes cannot be discussed but for me the best pizza in Carpi.

30/12/2024: Good environment and service, unfortunately at a table of seven people, 5 of us were sick after eating fish at Christmas lunch. Place recommended by relatives who were present at the lunch but who were also disappointed by the quality of the food during that lunch.
A shame. Maybe it was just Christmas day but getting to feel bad about the fish wasn't pleasant.
25/12/2024: Not a modern place but it is always at the top for food, service and prices. Recommended for group dinners.

20/12/2024: We celebrated my friend's birthday, it was the first time I had heard of this restaurant and I was impressed.
Let me start by saying that it was raining and certainly with the good weather outside it must be something different than inside which is not bad but you want to put it with the outdoor experience.
the staff is kind and knowledgeable, the tables are modern and bare, I'm old-fashioned and at least a top would have been appreciated but I adapt.
The food was well prepared, the raw meats were good, a little less so the tuna tartare, perhaps covered in too much soy sauce which doesn't make you understand the goodness of the red meat of the fish, for someone who comes from Trapani like me and chews tuna, this noble fish must be served pure like the tables bare of everything.
The tagliolini with scampi were excellent and the squid was a spectacle both in terms of plating and flavours, this time the sauces accompanied it well.
I can't comment on the quality/quantity/price ratio because for obvious reasons I didn't pay but from the menu prices the prices seemed reasonable and in line with the quantity and quality offered.
Overall, a lovely evening and a great gastronomic discovery in the area.
07/12/2024: Excellent experience at Ristretto 25 in Carpi! Carefully prepared and well-balanced dishes, with a perfect mix of tastes and flavors that enhance the quality of the raw materials. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cozy atmosphere, ideal for a high quality dinner. Highly recommended!

31/07/2024: Ottimo ristorante di pesce, molto divertente perché escono con i piatti dalla cucina e ogni volta puoi decidere se vuoi mangiare o no quella pietanza…
17/07/2024: Ampio parcheggio. Ottima accoglienza. Ambiente grande, con buono spazio tra i tavoli. Servizio attento e curato. È corretto informarsi di come viene svolto perché non esiste il menù ma vengono proposti i piatti che prepara la Chef, sia gli antipasti che i primi e i secondi. Ottimi tutti quelli che abbiamo mangiato, soprattutto la tagliata di tonno. La scelta è comunque ampia. Molto buono anche il dolce. Ogni piatto costa 10 euro, i dolci 5 euro.
Torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti proposti.

21/07/2024: A mai più! Siamo sopravvissuti a un caldo terribile, pranzo fuori sotto a un tendono perché il locale privo di aria condizionata.gramigna buona ma salatissima ,lasagna porzione mignon , grigliata di carne soddisfacente
.. Prenotato per 12 persone 1 alla fine non è riuscita a esserci per il pranzo , la titolare ha preteso il pagamento della dodicesima persona assente....quindi a mai più!!!
