11/05/2026: How can this restaurant post Michelin 2024, 2025 on their front and served such horrible food ?
Though the finely staged and choreographed service was excellent, we had a terrible seafood dinner on a cold (11C) airy night (inside the restaurant with opened front door by the seaside) 2 weeks ago.
Not recommended in wasting your hard earned money there.
09/05/2026: We had such an amazing meal at Soul & Fish! The servers were very kind and knowledgeable about the wine and food. We ordered the ceviche, seafood risotto, lobster ravioli, and sautéed broad beans and peas. Each dish was unique, fresh, and beautifully presented.

10/07/2026: We were walking to find another restaurant we couldn’t find and when we passed by La Fenice we noticed the fresh fish outside in a cooler and decided to go here instead. I’m SO glad we did. Our server was lovely- suggesting things we didn’t think about and both of our meals were not only beautiful but tasted just as good as they looked! I had shrimp with lemons and melons drizzled in balsamic and my husband had fresh fish in a delicious lemon sauce. We will definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Staff was very rude, very hesitant to give balsamic vinegar and refused to give us Parmesan for our all expenses paid meal. Would not go again, food sucked.
07/04/2026: We came to an almost empty restaurant (only two tables were occupied) and ordered wine and appetizers. To our surprise, the waiter explicitly said that “this is not a bar,” clearly implying that we were not welcome. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he seemed annoyed that he had to serve us. A very unfriendly place – definitely not recommended.

23/05/2026: We went to dinner last night for a friend's birthday. The location is beautiful and very welcoming, but that's all I remember.
The service left much to be desired; the waiters were exhausted, annoyed, and confused. They shouted and argued among themselves, knowing they wouldn't be understood since it's a place frequented by many tourists.
We ordered an appetizer of fried, exclusive frozen items that they didn't even bother to defrost properly.
Followed by three first courses: the classic gnocco alla sorrentina, oh my god, terrible!!
The paccheri alla genovese and the lasagna were at least passable.
Perhaps our mistake was choosing a place that was too touristy for dinner, but we realized that right away.
22/05/2026: I'm sure the food is good, but we couldn't get a reservation, and when we asked if we could enter while waiting in line, we were almost kicked out. The woman in charge inside was incredibly rude and very angry. It was a disgrace. Saying "you can't enter" would have been enough.

Very, very unfriendly ladies, and the food is not recommended. The tables hadn't been cleaned in ages. The salad was served without oil. After I'd finished eating it, they slammed the oil onto the table.
While we were trying to ignore the ladies' behavior, someone suddenly started sweeping the terrace around us. It was so loud we thought the broom couldn't handle it. Not the waitress, but the broom! 😄
The absolute worst part came when we went to pay. The menu said €39. They wanted to charge us €50. When we asked, suddenly all the prices were €2 more expensive than on the menu.
And they only accepted cash.
During the discussion about the price, she became really rude. So we paid, what else could we do?
This is blatant rip-off. Never again!
09/06/2026: The two sisters who own this bar are due to retire.
The toilets were filthy with a strong smell of excrement.
They charged me 17 euros for a beer and a soda. I gave them a 20-euro note, but they refused to give me change. I found a handwritten price list and realized the bill should have been 10 euros.
I asked for the difference, and after some arguing, they gave me a 10-euro note. They then asked for the 3-euro difference. I gave it to them, and they hid a 2-euro coin and demanded another one. I left the establishment amidst insults from the two sisters.
The only saving grace was not having eaten in that disgusting restaurant.

Extremely overcharge for very very low quality. Food tastes horrible. They also charge a fixed charge fee no matter what you have

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.
02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!
