24/08/2024: Three Margerita Pizzas were just ok , better than supermarket but not by much . Mine was really blackened , I had to tear a lot of it off , but the other two were better . Service was alright but we were the only ones in there at 1pm so I should hope so .

23/08/2024: Just got 2x 500ml spritz for €11 each. Quite pricey and didn't order food which looking at reviews I'm glad we didn't.

03/08/2024: a big disaster. the waiter (probably is the owner also) is very pushy. food is not good and it’s not value for money at all. not recommeded

23/06/2024: Quiet place, too basic, sauna on the sea. Ample parking €20 too much for entry, €15 fair price especially in relation to nearby facilities.

01/08/2024: Expensive parking (20€) and sunbeds (45€ for 2pax), but the place is super nice and hidden from all tourists. Definitely recommend if you want to spend a quiet day away from the masses! You can try to park for free at the main street, it’s a 20-30min walk from the church. The delicious lemon Granita was one of the best :)

10/08/2024: Esperienza molto piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pranzo squisito, ci hanno anche offerto dei dolcetti tipici. I prezzi sono un po’ alti, come del resto in tutta l’isola di Capri, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Lettino con ombrellone e pranzo 125 euro a persona. Lo consiglio viva mente!

09/08/2024: Polpo e calamari di una bontà unica, personale gentilissimo ed un'esperienza unica durante l'arco dell'intera giornata. Consigliatissimo.

13/07/2024: This hotel is awful. The staff are impolite, not present when needed, cleaning staff is practically non-existent when you need them. Money and food was stolen and/or misplaced and sand was left across the rooms. Air conditioning and some mini fridges don’t work and some rooms don’t even have any. Walls are too thin, to the point of hearing voices through walls. Parties were held directly outside of windows, causing a ridiculous amount of noise up until midnights almost every night. Food was the most abhorrent part of the hotel, the meat was uncooked and most meals were microwaved, pizza was absolutely disgusting, it would be fantastic advice NOT TO EAT ANY MEAT. Many of my fellow guests received stomach sickness because of the uncooked meat. I would not recommend coming to this hotel.

23/06/2024: Posto carino ma servizio insufficiente. Molto caro per la quantità delle pietanze. Calice di vino, una misera fritturina e un dessert 45€. Da non ritornarci. Ci sono tanti altri posti carini nelle vicinanze

15/03/2024: Sono stato qui per il primo appuntamento con la mia attuale ragazza ,che dire ,un atmosfera magica che ti avvolge unita ad una cucina di altissimo livello ,ha reso il tutto davvero spettacolare . Consigliatissimo

27/07/2024: Avevamo un tavolo prenotato (il giorno precedente la cena) ma probabilmente in questo posto non si ha il rispetto del turista ma solo ed esclusivamente dell’ischitano. Nonostante la prenotazione sono state fatte passare avanti coppie e famiglie senza prenotazione ma ischitane per conoscenza (“zio siamo in 4 hai un tavolo?”). Nulla contro gli ischitani persone meravigliose e calorose ma in questo posto non si ha alcun rispetto del cliente turista. Se volete prendere in giro le persone almeno abbiate la decenza di non farvene accorgere. Imbarazzanti

22/07/2024: Posto estremamente suggestivo sul pontile del Castello aragonese ma la vista mozzafiato non riesce a compensare le innumerevoli pecche Qualità dei cibi dozzinale, impiattamento da mensa e servizio confusionario (purtroppo non è colpa dei camerieri costretti a servire troppo tavoli) Ma quello che ci ha lasciati senza parole sono stati gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare preparati con olio per friggere, incolore, insapore, immangiabile Ristorante per stranieri che non conoscono la vera cucina napoletana

06/08/2024: Absolutely TERRIBLE! This is how we were greeted by being called terrible because we did not accept a stranger to join us on the table! The servant kept calling us TERRIBLE PEOPLE! Absolutely disgusting, food is below zero! Avoid this place at all cost! Worst experience so far on our trip in Italy

04/08/2024: Outrageous prices, rude staff, shame! A bottled tea for 4 euros not even in Milan, when you pay by card they are obviously not enthusiastic

21/08/2024: I had arrived happily on my motorbike and while I parked my 270kg motorbike, an elderly gentleman, perhaps the valet, really made me not want to enter this place, or rather to stay there in that much vaunted town... where courtesy seems to have gave way to arrogance... it was certainly my fault for having parked in a reserved spot, but the guy's rudeness was gratuitous. Never again.

19/08/2024: Ordered spaghetti with mussels which was nothing more than spaghetti with tomato sauce with mussels placed on top, among other things they only tasted of onion. They brought us bread which were slices of loaf of bread. 0 cleanliness between bad-smelling glasses, dust, dirty bottles and an environment that also smells bad. More or less friendly staff. Being the first time we were in Amalfi we were pretty safe seeing a restaurant in the center overlooking the sea, we didn't expect what we then found.

01/09/2024: At the beginning, we were offered seats inside the establishment, we sat down, but after a few minutes, another waitress came and said that we can only sit outside, because she will now be cleaning the floor in the establishment. We paid €12 for a tuna and tomato sandwich and €16 for pasta carbonara. The sandwich was average, the kind you could make on the fly with what's in the fridge. But the most terrible thing is carbonara. It came with a boiled egg, although it should be half-cooked so that it does not become hard. 0/10 this carbonara. We asked for the bill, but no one ever came to us with it. I had to approach the counter myself. I do not recommend anyone to go to this institution.

26/05/2024: Harassed by the woman here when we chose another bar for a drink. Harassed again as we left the area with the woman using foul language (in English). Why anyone would go here to eat or drink is a mystery!

25/05/2024: Next level rudeness and thievery, from the hatchet faced old harridans that run this excuse for a restaurant. We had just arrived in Sorrento after a very early flight, this place was close to our hotel for lunch. One of the sisters sits on a stool outside with a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp, accosting and haranguing passing tourists to come into her rundown excuse for a restaurant. We had a pizza and were told they only take cash ( they can take card payments, they just don't want to.) The next evening we were waiting for the shuttle bus into town and I decided to have a beer whilst waiting, she brought my beer, my wife wanted a small sparkling water, she brought her a litre bottle which we sent back and asked for tap water instead. She brought the tap water then proceeded to berate us for not ordering food. Clearly eating there the previous day hadn't bought us enough credit to enjoy a beer in peace. I downed my beer and went to pay, my beer was 6 euros and the bill was 10 euro, she had charged my wife 4 euro for a small glass of tap water! Avoid this place like the plague!

12/08/2024: Bad experience with the service at La Terrazza Rooftop. We called multiple times to make a reservation, but no one answered, so we decided to go directly to the venue. The lady at the hotel reception was rude and clearly needs to learn how to communicate with customers. Even the way she informed us that the bar was full was unpleasant. I’m giving just one star, and that’s only for the hotel’s location.

02/06/2024: Pushy service when you are ordering, then the slowest service in Italy to deliver the food. Great views. Food good, short menu.

13/07/2024: Il personale è incredibilmente scorbutico, soprattutto la ragazza. Ci fanno accomodare e, nemmeno il tempo di aprire il menu, questa ragazza ci dice che dobbiamo aspettare 40 minuti per una Margherita al prezzo di 17 € più il 10% di servizio. È una situazione assurda. Ero disposto a pagare i 17 € per una semplice Margherita, ma aspettare 40 minuti è pura follia. Quando ho provato a spiegare il problema alla cameriera e, presumo, al proprietario, ci hanno risposto in modo arrogante, dicendoci semplicemente di andarcene. È stata un'esperienza vergognosa e inaccettabile! Non riesco a credere che un ristorante tratti così i propri clienti. Non andate in questa specie di ristorante, è una presa in giro totale!

08/07/2024: Pizza buona, ma non da giustificare prezzi così alti. Pizze che oscillano tra i 17 e i 25 euro. Location sicuramente bella, va bene alzare anche un po' il prezzo rispetto ad altri locali, ma come è giustificabile che costino il doppio rispetto ad altre pizzerie della zona? Ripeto pizza buona, ma così se ne trovano tante. Gli ingredienti mi sono sembrati buoni, ma niente di indimenticabile. Quindi il prezzo non capisco come possa essere così elevato.
