30/06/2025: Let's start with the excellent food, very good and above all with super honest prices. Excellent service, nice and kind waiters and fast service. Good environment because there is the sea nearby and also a tourist village where I have been but the location is a bit hidden. This was the only flaw, otherwise congratulations!

Especially if you were hungry like me and find the restaurant closed

27/06/2025: We found this restaurant thanks to the bus driver. We ate divinely raw fish, oysters, hot and cold seafood appetizers and a nice fried calamari and anchovies, all delicious, compliments to the owner and thanks for the truffle offered.

16/07/2025: Too expensive, they served us a wine that was supposed to be rosé but had a yellowish color like cow pee, not to mention the taste. The bathrooms are dirty, I don't recommend going there.

It is, but it's also an excellent restaurant where you can spend an evening with friends.
Good wine selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I ordered pizza, but I'll have to come back to try the rest.
Jefferson to end the evening before a barefoot stroll along the beach.

11/07/2025: The wine is chilled at the table, so you have to expect the staff to refill it regularly. Unfortunately, they stopped caring about us after the first pour. Even after a long time, we didn't have the opportunity to order dessert. The toilet lights go out after a minute and the sensor is around the corner. Except for one older gentleman, the staff seemed unpleasant to us.
Opening hours do not correspond.

Excellent experience at Trattoria Il Maestro in Soverato! Warm welcome and family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is attentive and friendly, always with a smile.
We ate very well, but the dish that won us over was the linguine with mussels and clams: spectacular! Pasta cooked to perfection, very fresh seafood and a truly delicious balance of flavors.
The other dishes were also excellent, everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with quality ingredients. You can feel the passion in the kitchen and the desire to make customers feel good.
Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, fresh products and a welcoming atmosphere. Congratulations to all the staff!

29/05/2025: Clean and spacious rooms, the furnishings are modern, in my opinion there is little air, a mosquito net would be needed to keep the window open at all times: after all, it is surrounded by greenery and unfortunately I am not a fan of air conditioning
Impeccable service, welcomed with a smile from the morning, kind and helpful staff, never intrusive, they respect privacy, basic but typical Italian breakfast, I liked everything... the food is good and is much appreciated by the locals, the restaurant is always full, a theater for events and family parties, it has both meat and fish on the menu
Excellent location for the spa, away from traffic favors rest, from there you can go anywhere. Better to have a car.
Overall it deserves 5 stars, quality/price ratio and service well beyond expectations. In our case, a positive experience, we will definitely be back

30/05/2025: I have been there several times, often even on Saturdays for an after dinner, for a cocktail or something else. I have not actually had dinner or lunch but seeing the others it all seems very good and a small confirmation I had from the aperitifs, I did it with a vegetarian friend and it was very good and varied... both mine and the one for my friend without meat. The pinsa was brought to us as a gift while waiting for the aperitifs, tasty and crunchy. I will return for dinner. Recommended.
