24/07/2026: We booked a movie today, but it's closed. I called him. We weren't expecting you, but it's a closing day. I asked him no. No one ever comes by. He lets us go up alone. When it's hard to find a table in this area, it's hot. I ask him if he can open a window or turn on the air conditioning. He says no. I got up and, with kindness, sent him there and we ran away.

31/05/2026: On Sunday, May 31, 2026, we had lunch at this fabulous restaurant in Martinsicuro. The location is spectacular, it feels like being in a castle overlooking the sea. But I'd like to just mention the food—what else? Delicious, incredibly fresh, simply cooked, showcasing the flavor of the fresh fish and the aroma of the sea that only comes from their dishes. Whenever we're in the area, we always happily return. Highly recommended.

21/07/2026: My grandfather used to come to this restaurant 50 years ago, and I'm only now. As soon as you enter, it feels like a step back in time, which isn't entirely a bad thing. Luckily, there are still restaurants that use tablecloths and napkins. There are only a few seats, and it's always very busy. Even the waiters are from another era, and that's fine. We had the raw appetizers, both cold and hot; I've never seen so many scampi in a restaurant in my life, and the monkfish tripe was excellent. Everything was good, FRESH, simple cuisine without any strange or artificial combinations. In short, fish in its purest form. A risotto for the first course with a generous white fish sauce, and then a roast to finish. Everything was very good and high-quality. The only complaint is that the appetizers were served a bit too quickly for my taste. UPDATE I returned after about a month with a friend. I discovered they don't have a menu, a wine list, or a side dish or fried fish. This isn't important; it's the restaurant's target market. I WAS ANNOYED, HOWEVER, that I paid one price once, and the second time, eating the exact same thing, I was charged a HIGHER price. Now, the problem isn't the €5 or more, but the consistency and sincerity with a customer who has returned (bringing a friend) and will surely return (because, after all, it's good and I had a good time).
