23/08/2024: Everything perfect, from the entré offered, to the dishes chosen. Everything is very well looked after, attentive but not intrusive service, quality raw materials, refined cuisine and normal portions. Very honest prices for the service and dishes offered. We had a fish starter and a tasting of starters, always fish, two fish first courses, a dessert, a bottle of white wine, water, bitters, all for €105.

03/08/2024: Always a pleasure to spend some days in this hotel. We can say with certainty that family management is an added value. Basic, small hotel, no pool or entertainment, but it has everything you need. Clean rooms, equipped with every comfort, although in my opinion the capacity of the wardrobes should be increased. The family staff is available and never intrusive, always ready to find a solution for every problem. The large veranda terrace on the third floor is certainly the jewel in the crown of the hotel, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, accompanied by a small sea view (the hotel is located on a parallel street). The cuisine is indescribable, almost touching. Simple but tasty dishes, with a great choice on the menu, also giving space to those who don't eat meat or fish. All done to perfection, genuine and healthy, sometimes even light in options, but without sacrificing taste. Noteworthy side dishes and desserts. The guys in the room are always available for any particular need, especially for requests concerning children. The temperature of the air conditioning on the terrace should be reviewed, in my opinion too strong in a seaside place where there is a big difference between outside and inside. In conclusion, I recommend this little gem for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Giulianova.

The only suggestion I would like to give is to include a trolley of vegetables and salads at meals; in the summer they would certainly be welcome. However we will definitely return

17/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione di un compleanno. Le mattonelle del pavimento della sala all'ingresso erano visivamente sporche, le mattonelle della cucina che si intravedevano dall'oblò presentavano schizzi di natura imprecisata di colore scuro. La temperatura della sala era ostile e la luce intermittente (vari blackout nel corso della serata). Scegliamo due antipasti completi e due senza crudi una bottiglia di vino e dell'acqua. Le portate erano modeste (non all'altezza della fama del ristorante), la presentazione dei piatti fatta in modo celere e approssimativo. Il consiglio sui vini inutile visto che si voleva virare quasi necessariamente su un vino locale. La sorpresa finale è stata lo scontrino dove abbiamo trovato due antipasti da 40€ al posto di quelli scelti da 28€ e una bottiglia d'acqua in più. Che dire una volta basta e avanza!

15/08/2024: Slow service. Insufficient air conditioning. Good food but penalized by the service. If you find it difficult to manage a quality venue, just take fewer reservations and take better care of the customers present...

09/08/2024: Excellent dinner, very fresh fish, good choice and generous portions. I have read complaints about slow service in other reviews. There are two waiters and they work for four. They are very kind and let's remember that we are on holiday, even if we wait 5 minutes longer nothing happens!!! Really nice and nice environment. We will definitely be back!

28/07/2024: This evening we had dinner at this restaurant. Excellent dishes, fresh and well cooked, plentiful and tasty. Affordable price, in line with what they offer. I only recommend putting fans outside, to deal with the great heat and make customers eat with more pleasure.

20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi

11/07/2024: Veniamo sempre in zona per i fine settimana e le vacanze. Passavamo davanti al ristorante dicendoci è da provare e finalmente l’abbiamo provato. Atmosfera molto carina anche se non vicino al mare. Servizio molto professionale e cortese veramente di alto livello. Cibo: agli antipasti provati da noi erano buonissimi mentre i primi erano si buoni ma dal nostro punto di vista mancava un po’ di gusto di pesce nei condimenti. Per esempio nei maltagliati il gusto del pomodoro era predominante, forte rispetto a quello del pesce. Piacevoli l’entree e il pre dessert. Molto buono il babà Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

11/07/2024: We always come to the area for weekends and holidays. We passed by the restaurant telling ourselves it was a must try and we finally tried it. Very nice atmosphere even if not near the sea. Very professional and courteous service of a truly high standard. Food: the starters we tried were very good while the starters were good but from our point of view a bit of fish flavor was missing in the condiments. For example, in the maltagliati the taste of tomato was predominant, stronger than that of fish. The entree and pre-dessert were pleasant. The babà was very good. Good value for money.

17/07/2024: Once again my desire to eat fish treated by a family who has transformed the fishing activity into an experience placed at the service of friends was satisfied. Being in a friendly atmosphere is the feeling you get when entering this restaurant. Quality of differently prepared fish and friendliness are their points.

03/07/2024: KINDNESS, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXCELLENT SERVICE....LAST BUT NOT LESS, PLENTY, TASTY AND FRESH HIGH QUALITY FOOD. It was a surprise, I really think we will return often, the quality for the price is honest. Keep it up and thanks for everything ;)
