09/08/2026: I was there three years ago, and all the appetizers were very good. One of the two first courses I ordered was very, very salty, and the second courses weren't worth the price. I recommend focusing on the appetizers.

20/07/2026: A must-try for anyone who knows Montesilvano. Excellent food, fast and professional service. The menu could perhaps be a little more varied, given that they've always served the same dishes.

15/07/2026: Questionable location. We sat down for a seafood lunch, but the initial impression wasn't the best: the tablecloth was stained with ash.
The waitress came to take our order wearing shorts and a swimsuit top, an outfit I found inappropriate for the setting. The service was also rather disappointing; the person I believe to be the owner was superficial and quite arrogant.
The only truly positive note was the dishes: good-quality fish, well-cooked, and carefully presented.
Overall, however, the bill was excessive: €36 for an appetizer, a first course, and a small Coke seems decidedly excessive, especially considering the level of service and the overall experience.

03/08/2026: The pizza was very good, but it's unusual to have no air conditioning in 40°C heat. We went at the end of June and it was broken; we returned in August and it's still the same! As good as it is, you can't enjoy your dinner and can't wait to finish. The staff was always friendly and smiling, despite all the customers complaining. A word of advice: report this issue when booking.

09/08/2026: I ordered some take-out pizzas, which were good overall, but we were very disappointed when they told us they would put baked potatoes on the pizzas, and then we received potatoes that were obviously overcooked and tasteless, it should be noted.

07/03/2026: Last night, after checking into the dreadful hotel, we were more than compensated here.
For starters, we had four different antipasto caldi: tuna, baby octopus, a culinary magic dish (very tasty, though I didn't quite understand what it was), and mezze aubergine.
Then we had one maltagliati al sugo di... and one arrosto misto, a mixed fish and roast platter.
The staff provided excellent service, and the Swiss owner even stopped by. The view of the Adriatic Sea was rather disappointing due to the darkness.
04/03/2026: What can I say? A restaurant with a sea view, delicious and plentiful first courses, and second courses as pictured, exceptional in freshness and cooking, fast service, and extremely friendly staff.
Highly recommended!!!

28/06/2026: I traveled in Italy for three weeks, and this was the most delicious meal I had there. They use incredibly fresh seafood sourced from the region, and the staff are so friendly!! I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing this because this restaurant suits Korean palates so perfectly, and I hope it becomes even more famous. In particular, the shrimp salad features a special wine-based sauce that is truly legendary. I highly recommend it!!!

30/04/2026: As a native of Abruzzo and Pescara, I can say that at Scalo di Montesilvano you can eat the best fish in Abruzzo. The restaurant is beautiful, and the staff is always helpful, polite, and professional. For my family and I, it's a regular stop when we want a place where we can eat beautifully and enjoy a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere.

26/07/2026: We went there once, and we won't be going there again during our vacation. The food wasn't tasty, like it was just reheated. The staff was unfriendly; it was obvious they didn't want to work; they were talking on their phones, seemingly in no hurry. We stopped in to buy a Coke on the way, and they didn't even say hello. They saw us, and because the woman was talking on her phone, she moved away so we wouldn't disturb her, and a minute later she came back to us, still talking on her phone. It felt like we'd walked into a kiosk.

19/08/2026: The location right by the sea makes it very appealing, but the service a little less so. Impeccable table service, but unfortunately, the extremely long wait times and the untimely delivery of the dishes didn't make for a great experience. The dishes are more or less average, and the price is reasonable considering you can choose between meat and fish.
16/08/2026: Excellent lunch, ranging from fish to arrosticini.
Very attentive service and a warm welcome.
I hope to return soon.

15/08/2023: Mai stato in un posto peggiore!il Maitrè(credo si chiami Luigi)!di sala del ristorante assolutamente cafone e non professionale,risponde con maleducazione e arroganza.Servizio pessimo e non organizzato.Ha fatto alzare più persone per metterli senza motivo ad altri tavoli.Cambiate mestiere
