03/11/2025: I went in the morning during the second hour and they greeted us with a noteworthy rudeness, they kicked out another guy I know because he dropped some ash outside the ashtray, if you have to continue like this you should know that you lose customers in the blink of an eye, good job.

17/08/2025: Civico 28 is located in the historic center of Isernia. It's a small but very charming place. In the summer, you can sit outside in the square next to the soundboard. The menu is simple and delicious. The sandwiches are very good, as are the beers and snacks. Prices are average. We'll definitely be back.
20/07/2025: Excellent food, with tasty sandwiches. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Warm and friendly location, typical of a pub.

27/10/2025: Last night, poor service, an hour-long line at the drive-thru. Half an hour to order, not to mention the line of cars that formed. We waited another half hour for our order.
25/10/2025: Poor management at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. Orders get wrong or are delivered to someone else, and wait times are excruciating.
