We often frequent this place because we like to take the time to watch a good movie and enjoy a different kind of evening. This time, however, I decided to leave a review because they deserve it. We ordered the sandwich of the month with chicory, guanciale, lime mayonnaise, and provola cheese, as well as a smash burger, fries, and craft beer. A special mention goes to the sandwich of the month: the beef was cooked to perfection, and the final result was well-balanced and harmonious, with a rounded flavor, with the lime mayonnaise closing the bite and cleansing the palate. The craft beer was good, and the fries, this time, were better than usual. The only thing to note is the frying: it would be best to change the oil more often, because sometimes it's too heavy and you can tell it's already used up. Well done, guys!
