Please hire someone who has passion to be at work. Things are much easier at work while saying it politely. Hire better staff. If you are the owner then sell it!

16/06/2026: This isn't my first time staying at the Rinascimento, always for work... I'm very happy with the spacious, clean, and fresh rooms. The staff is very attentive to the customer, very kind, and never intrusive. Good breakfast, good restaurant, excellent location for my needs... Parking for vans.

28/04/2026: I should point out that this review is about the fun activities for children and their birthday parties. We celebrated the birthday of one of my daughter's classmates, and I must say I wasn't expecting a wedding-style appetizer buffet. Don't get me wrong, I was pleasantly surprised: we actually found ourselves nibbling on a few slices of pizza, canapés, stuffed rolls, potato croquettes, chips, cheeses, and some cold cuts. The prosciutto crudo was truly excellent, and clearly top-quality. I thought it was over, but then the food started arriving: meatballs, mozzarella, eggplant, and even hamburger buns, rounds, and double-burger rolls. Finally, the pasta in a pignata arrived, but I didn't manage to finish it. Returning to the party organization, the main attraction for the children, where they spend most of their time, is the play area, which is quite large and varied, with inflatables, slides, various courses, and a basketball court. On this occasion, the entertainment was provided by the Magicabula play center team, which is a guarantee, but I'm not sure if the facility offers it when booking a room. Overall, the experience was positive, even if a bit scattered and chaotic, but that can happen when there are more than 20-25 children.

18/06/2026: Ordered with deliveroo at 2:42 PM for delivery at 8:15/8:45 PM. Around 8:25 PM, I received a message saying the order was canceled. Three people without dinner. A fine example of professionalism. If there were any problems of any kind, they were resolved sooner. In my opinion, there are no excuses. Enjoy your dinner.

17/03/2026: Welcoming place, courteous staff and excellent service, the food I have ordered on the various occasions I have frequented the restaurant, I have found it variable and not always up to par, for example the pinsa is not among the best in the area, even the croquettes were served cold, evidently taken quickly from the display case at the counter and served😑, it also has outdoor tables, on the main street of Via Roma.

20/08/2026: With the family on vacation in Termoli, not knowing where to stop for dinner, we relied on the reviews of Mare e Monti, and we certainly weren't wrong. The seafood dinner was superb: excellent mussels with pepper, delicious tagliolini with Adriatic fish, and crispy fried squid, all accompanied by an excellent bottle of Falanghina. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and I highly recommend it. Well done, and thank you again. Having returned to this restaurant with the family after two years, I can say that the food is always good, even though they've made some mistakes in the kitchen. The spaghetti with clams was practically without clams!!! The woman who served us, however, promptly corrected the situation by bringing a full bowl. Well done, not everyone would have done that. The fried squid was good but a bit too greasy; the memory of their crispy, dry fried squid has remained a memory. Both the tuna accompanied by a mint dressing and the seafood cavatelli were very good. Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating for this restaurant. The mussels were peppered with mussels, the spaghetti with clams contained 90% of the shellfish, either empty or completely closed, with sour cherry tomatoes added. The overcooked meagre was completely dry. When we reported this to the cashier, they told us that other customers had complained and that the supplier wouldn't pay, but they completely took our bill. A terrible experience. One thing's for sure: when we return to Termoli, we'll definitely avoid this place.

15/08/2026: Terrible and disappointing, €50 for miserable food, very poor August lunch, a poor starter, miserable paccheri, 4 minimal portions of main course, dessert and coffee not included, not recommended, positive side: very nice location, quite fast.

15/08/2026: For the August menu, 50 euros per person to eat very little, a miserable starter, a first course, four overcooked paccheri, a second course, a very hard squid, two prawns, a slice of aubergine and a sea bass that looked like a red fish, no side dish or coffee, dessert on the side.

Her pizza is one of the few I've appreciated for its lightness and the absolute authenticity of the ingredients. Being a pizza maker myself, it wasn't difficult for me to identify her passion. Congratulations, Francesca, and above all, I appreciated your kindness and friendliness. You made me feel at home. I highly recommend it. I'll be back. A big hug. ❤️

08/07/2026: Found this restaurant by chance. Clean, unpretentious atmosphere. The service was a bit slow, but no problems. The food was nothing special: good quality meat, but it could have been cooked better (I asked for medium rare, and it arrived well done and lukewarm). The dessert was forgettable.

13/05/2026: During our break, we decided to stop at this restaurant. We initially asked because from the outside it looked like just a bar, but once inside, the dining room was completely different. We tried the appetizers and first courses with truffles, a good and simple bruschetta, since we wanted to try the first courses with truffles. The dishes were truly generous, with fresh truffles and frozen mushrooms, but they were truly delicious. The restaurant is cute, with only a few small improvements, but the food is truly good, and then there was a delicious orange cheesecake, very abundant. Coffee ☕️ delicious. I will definitely be back for the truffles and to try the second courses with truffles.

09/11/2025: Passing through the historic center, we stopped at this trattoria. Service was poor, dishes listed on the menu but unavailable. What was available was decent but lacking in flavor, and the mussels with pepper sauce was very poor.
