25/11/2025: A lovely discovery in the heart of Campobasso. The interior is full of charm with vaulted ceilings, pretty tablecloths, and ambient music. We ordered a hot appetizer (four excellent tastings), followed by a tuna steak for me and a mixed seafood grill (very good). The homemade dessert was also perfect.

04/07/2026: Discovered by chance... Fresh ingredients, excellent spaghetti with clams and tasty fried fish. ​Friendly and attentive staff. ​Good value for money.

30/06/2026: We had lunch here (2 adults and a 4-year-old girl), ordering two first courses (spaghetti with tomato sauce and spaghetti with clams) and a mixed cold appetizer. To our surprise, the spaghetti with clams was completely bland, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce had sour tomatoes (poor quality?), while of the mixed cold appetizer (fried anchovies, mussels, smoked salmon, seafood salad, and crostini with peppers), only the crostini was edible. All for €35!!!! It's a shame, because from an "osteria," you expect better, not so much for the price, but especially for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, my review is negative.

05/09/2025: During our vacation in Molise (for the first time), we stumbled upon OVEN A LEGNA for dinner.....on the owner's recommendation, an excellent platter of typical cured meats and cheeses, and a pinza with various flavors (excellent with mushrooms and truffle, onion and pancetta). Thanks to the staff for the recommendation.....!!! An excellent choice worth trying.

09/08/2026: Excellent food, but the wait is excruciating. I don't know if the service improves on days other than Saturday, but coming in at 9 PM and leaving at 11:30 PM to get an appetizer and a main course seems frankly excessive. It also undermines the deliciousness of the food.

08/08/2026: The house white wine was undrinkable. The food was decent, the arugula accompanying the tuna was old and wilted, and the price was inedible and excessive for the quality.

08/05/2026: A great and pleasant place to eat delicious pizza and drink delicious beer. The service is attentive and friendly. This place has become a must-visit for a pleasant evening, even with friends. I highly recommend it.

24/04/2026: We stopped in for lunch on the way back to our Resort and was extremely pleased. The service was very good and the pizza was delicious. The establishment was clean and server was helpful. We also grabbed a couple of sandwiches to take back with us for dinner since we would be returning late. Those sandwiches were re-heated in the over at the resort and we're still AMAZING!!!! especially the chicken with peppers and zucchini.

13/01/2026: The only pastry shop open late at night. During our week in Bojano, from January 2nd to 9th, we stopped in several times because it's right in front of the free parking lots. What's immediately striking is their kindness and courtesy; they always welcome customers with a smile. In fact, there's always a bustle of people bustling around at any hour, because they also make savory treats: sandwiches, pizzas, croquettes, and much more. Above all, they have the most competitive prices in the area. We really enjoyed the rum mostaccioli; it's a shame that after Epiphany, since they're a typical Christmas sweet, they no longer make them. I was planning on taking a large tray home. The Nutella crepes were exceptional! The bomboloni filled on the spot with real custard were unforgettable. The croissants, handmade as only a true pastry chef can. If you're in the area, go try one of their creations; you'll be amazed.

26/06/2026: Terrible experience! A few days ago, I called to reserve a table indoors for 2:30-3 PM for a hearty aperitivo to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I specified ahead of time that there were 10 of us. When we arrived, they sat us at two separate tables with high, uncomfortable trestles, with very little space to put anything down, since our flowers and bags were on either side of the steps leading to the pizza chef. We waited, thirsty and uncomfortable, while waiters, who were transparent to us, came and went. Then, finally, a "sharp" lady appeared, who made us understand that this was the seat she could give us... then disappeared. So we stopped a lady who moved us to a table in the restaurant area. Again, they ignored us for a long time! I lost my temper and snapped at a young man who intervened, saying he didn't deserve the reprimand. Then I apologized to him. I understand their tiredness, the shift change, but a public establishment so centrally located and renowned has a duty to welcome customers who have booked well in advance for an important occasion and with distinguished guests in elegant attire. At this point, the "abrasive" lady reappears, annoyed, having taken the order. Spritz, crodino, water arrive (already pitifully requested earlier after a morning of anxiety and waiting!) Very salty triangles, cups with 10 micro-sized chips, 6 dry green olives with a black-and-white coating on the surface, a slice of focaccia with an anonymous filling, squares of cereal sandwiches, mini frozen pizzas, carrot Joulienne. Then at the register, a €1.50 discount... €2, and finally home, but mortified at not having welcomed guests properly on the occasion of your daughter's graduation. Campobasso remains an important stop for our daughter, but it's out of our way, difficult to get to and around (perhaps because we're used to the plains!). Kudos to you for the greenery, the fresh air, and the tranquility! After all, you can't find everything.

02/05/2026: Very good pizza and very qualified and kind staff, the only flaw is that you never find a place and perhaps to eat in the square on Saturday evening you have to book already at the beginning of the week

21/04/2026: Top-notch pizza, Neapolitan style. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet evening. What more could you ask for? I'll be back...as I have already done. April 21, 2026, homemade pizza, top-notch pizza dough, but the flavors were mixed up.

03/06/2026: The place was clean, but the selection of gunkan was limited. Service was slow (the place was packed). We had to ask for our dishes, and the answer was that it was crowded. Overall, we ate quite well.
