11/01/2026: Saturday evening with friends, the restaurant was packed, but the service was quick and efficient! The dishes were all served at the same time, which isn't surprising, considering some had ordered meat and others pizza! The appetizers were generous and made with excellent quality ingredients, from cured meats to fried foods, all super light! Also worth trying was the caciocavallo with porcini mushrooms, the real ones, incredibly flavorful! Regarding the pizza, it was of the highest quality, with a light and crispy crust! A night without feeling thirsty confirmed my impression of its digestibility and lightness! The staff were kind and helpful, and the prices, considering the quantity and quality of the ingredients, are excellent! In short, highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back to try the multigrain dough too!

07/11/2025: Breakfast was super enjoyable! Everything was really good, although the Pain Suisse was a little overcooked for my taste. A heartfelt thank you to Gianluca, the waiter who looked after us with such kindness and friendliness.

11/01/2026: I don't think there are any other pizzerias in Termoli where it's so difficult to get a free table on a Saturday night, unless you book days in advance... 😅 and this is why I only go there a few times a year, but every time it's never a disappointment, the pizza itself is excellent and the novelty of always trying something new with the "pizza of the month" is the icing on the cake!

24/08/2025: Excellent trattoria, friendly and welcoming staff. A mixed antipasto of local cured meats and cheeses, a warm antipasto of mixed legumes. House red wine, a first course of ricotta and spinach ravioli with cacio e pepe, and a second course of grilled lamb ribs with tomatoes and tortarello. The desserts were also excellent, even if they were industrial. Finished with coffee and gentian, everything delicious. Recommended.

11/06/2025: Young, dynamic environment, but respectful of tradition, family-run, they are very close-knit, they offer pan pizzas, and not only, both slices and whole, both take-away and consumption on site, a wide choice of both traditional and innovative flavors, even for the most demanding, Carmine's pizza is UNMISTAKABLE, good, crunchy, tells the story of Molise. NOT TO BE MISSED.

He truly cares about his work and makes it available to his customers. The pizzas are delicious, with fresh ingredients and a light dough. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is very nice and well-kept, with the addition of a darts game. The waiters are very good at delivering and also very friendly.
