Every visit is captivating, especially because, while the menu features the "must-haves," there are always some delightful new additions.

Attenzione e competenza nel consigliare la qualità giusta di carne. Cottura perfetta. Gusto e atmosfera calda e accogliente. Posto super consigliato senza se e senza ma. Ottimi anche i dolci.

25/08/2025: We've been there twice precisely because it's a wine bar serving meat dishes. Truly excellent food, generous portions, and a wide selection of tasty side dishes. The value is beyond excellent: a first course, two second courses (veal strips with cooked must), and three side dishes, water, two glasses of wine, and coffee cost just over €60. The gnocchi and ravioli are special.

The meal was full of flavors, accompanied by quality local wines, and all this in a historic setting. 21/06/2025: Restaurant located in the center of Campobasso. It is a more refined solution compared to the classic trattorias/osterias. You eat very well, I also found the dishes abundant. Excellent value for money and also excellent raw materials used. Recommended also because in reality the prices are not at all excessive.

07/08/2025: We were a group of 12 last night with reservations. The guy, who wasn't waiting tables, had to improvise as a waiter because the attendant wasn't there, so the service wasn't impeccable. The dishes arrived, but we didn't have any plates. The bread ran out while we were eating, and some dishes weren't enough. The place is small but really delicious, and the food was all excellent.

23/08/2025: After two years, we returned to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. I can confirm the quality of the products served, as well as the professionalism of the service. The location and attention to detail in the table setting round off this positive experience. Keep up the good work.

23/08/2025: 👎A 'Historic' Place with Terrible Service! Expectations were high for a place of this caliber. Unfortunately, management proved disastrous. A wait of over an hour and a half in a room with about 40 people is unacceptable (with 3 waiters). What struck me most, however, was the owner's attitude: his arrogance and the way he treated the staff and customers were embarrassing, to say the least. 🚫 "Complaining about our orders," despite them all being expensive, is a sign of total lack of professionalism. 🙅 There was no apology, no gesture to make up for the inconvenience caused. An experience that makes me much prefer more honest and friendly places in the area, where respect for the customer is not optional.

29/07/2025: Seguendo valutazioni TripAdvisor prenotiamo da Adele....beh.....come dice mio marito..... Cosa esiste più del 10 e lode???? Ambiente accogliente....attenzione al cliente ....ma soprattutto amore nei piatti. Siamo ritornati una seconda volta perché non potevamo farne a meno. Peccato sia finita la vacanza...... perché saremmo tornati più e più volte. I piatti sono capolavori per olfatto,vista e gusto. Abbondanti con prodotti di primissima qualità. Il baccalà la fa' da padrone. Una bontà unica....detto da clienti che lo hanno testato ovunque , soprattutto in Portogallo. Siamo stati veramente bene. Se verrete a Termoli dovrete ASSOLUTAMENTE passare da Adele. Uscirete felici ed appagati come non mai. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo UNICO. Bella anche la carta dei vini e oli di una bontà unica. Si vede tanto amore in ogni piatto. Se torneremo a Termoli.....Adele sarà una tappa sicura. Continuate così. Tanta stima per tutto lo staff.

03/06/2025: I am from Puglia and after almost a year I returned with my wife for lunch at Al Castello and I brought a couple of friends from Basilicata (also foodies) knowing that I was on the safe side. In fact today, I had the clear feeling that Michele's cuisine has improved even further. Thank you.

29/06/2025: We stayed for a week, the rooms were nice and clean, the food was genuine with home cooking. The structure and the swimming pool were beautiful. The managers Antonio and Nicolina were kind and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way so it is an excellent place for those looking for relaxation and tranquility.

05/07/2025: First time and definitely not the last. Really beautiful place, well-kept interiors and cleanliness that immediately catches the eye. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the chef are truly excellent. The dishes are something spectacular. Starting from the image of the dish to the flavor, there is nothing to complain about. The way in which the individual ingredients are enhanced makes each bite an explosion of flavor that is a delight for the palate. I will definitely return to taste some other sublime dishes.

25/06/2025: We were there on Sunday, June 22, for lunch for my father's birthday. Days before, when we agreed on the menu with the chef, dad had mentioned how much he liked razor clams. Well, they were there in the appetizer. Everything was very good and fresh. Attentive service, never intrusive. It was a great experience, thank you.

22/08/2025: The lady who served us came to our table asking us what to bring without even giving us a paper menu, in a hurry, without even giving us time to think, we ordered appetizers and a second course with a side dish, we hadn't even finished eating the appetizers when she had already brought us the second course, my mother, a little annoyed, pointed it out to her and she didn't even respond, the table wasn't stable and I asked her if she could fix it so as to block it, she said she would be there right away and she didn't.

18/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, a guarantee for good fish at a fair price! They only let down a little in the service during large events and holidays... too many people and slow service, not due to the dining room staff but, in my very personal opinion, the kitchen. It's still, and I repeat, an excellent place to enjoy good fish at a fair price! 👍🫶
