However the food wasn’t pleasant at all - the portion sizes were ridiculously small for the price you pay, and the flavours weren’t anything too exciting either, and made me feel a bit ill afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t want to leave hungry..

The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special evening. A special thanks to the manager, Leone, who is excellent and always available: professional, kind, and attentive to the customer, he makes you feel immediately at ease. 01/02/2026: Sunday lunch with the family. Welcoming and tidy place. Good food, excellent half-portion option, allowing you to try everything from appetizer to dessert without feeling heavy. Excellent wine list too. Fair price for the quality (€45 per person). I personally recommend this restaurant.

15/12/2025: Dear friends of Mexican food in Italy, we were here with a group of 14 and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. It was my first time here, but certainly not my last. There's a large, impressive bar in the entrance area. They have delicious cocktails, and the food is also very good. If you're in a group, I recommend sharing different appetizers so you can try and enjoy a variety of dishes. For my main course, I had the Mole Negro with chocolate. Absolutely delicious! The ambiance is authentically Mexican shabby chic. CONCLUSION: Definitely worth a visit, even if it's just for a cocktail.

27/11/2025: The atmosphere is a bit run-down; I think it could use a little refresh. The staff was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and polite—no complaints! The price is very reasonable, and the food is good, but it all depends on what you order. Some dishes were very tasty, while others were a bit disappointing.

26/02/2026: We didn't have a good experience. The staff was uninterested, the food was average but nothing exceptional. The price was very high and really out of proportion to the quality of the food. The place was small, but they kicked us out, so we didn't even get to have a great experience. There are much better Mexican restaurants out there. Not recommended.

01/02/2026: The restaurant is cold for winter, so eating in a jacket isn't a pleasure. The food wasn't entirely satisfying, very greasy and cooked to the point of burnt (also due to the very small cut of the chicken), which meant it lost its proper flavor. The bill was above expectations and the overall setting. I'll probably return for a second review.

14/01/2026: It was my first time there. There were five of us. Four of us ate the seafood paella (I don't know if I spelled it correctly). It was awful, to say the least, with lots of mussels and clams. The rice was overcooked, with lots of pieces of mussel and clam shells, very dangerous to eat. I personally punctured my gum with a shell splinter. I don't know if it happens to everyone or not, but it was disgusting to us. I know some will say, "It can happen," but no, it shouldn't happen because there were so many splinters. I've had the paella many times in other restaurants, and it was perfectly fine.

06/01/2026: Alma Latina is one of those restaurants I return to often and it never disappoints. The food is truly delicious, the service is always impeccable, fast and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The tacos are literally addictive! It's undoubtedly one of my absolute favorite places in Turin. Highly recommended.

05/01/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, chosen because there were celiacs in the group. The food didn't particularly impress me, but what disappointed me most was the waitress's attitude, which was very snobbish and rude. She responded arrogantly on several occasions, and among the various dishes served, she got one wrong. This, considering there were 12 of us, can happen. What I found unacceptable, however, was the way she handled the mistake: when the boy whose dish was intended pointed out that it wasn't the correct one, she rudely insisted, claiming she was sure. Regardless of her tone, she might at least have doubted whether she'd misunderstood, given that she'd taken the order from the other side of such a large table. In reality, we all clearly heard the correct order, especially since the boy had chosen a dish with shrimp since he doesn't eat chicken, while the one served contained chicken. To avoid arguments, we decided to keep the wrong dish anyway, but despite this, when she brought the correct one, she did so with even more rudeness. I didn't like this attitude at all: even if she were right (which she wasn't), good manners should be fundamental for anyone who works with the public; she didn't even consider whether she might be wrong. Obviously, I won't be returning to this restaurant. I'm giving the service one star because it's impossible to give zero.

02/03/2026: I've been wanting to go for a while, and today I fulfilled my son's wish. The atmosphere isn't bad, and the girls are super kind and efficient. The menu is quite varied, and the beer selection is interesting. I'll definitely try it again to try some other dishes. For now, my opinion is more than satisfactory. 👏👏👏

18/09/2025: It's not a Mexican restaurant, but a Chinese one. I had a hot appetizer and soy noodles with shrimp and vegetables. The flavors were bland, the quality was poor, and they weren't good at all. I wouldn't recommend it.
