23/09/2025: The meat in the pasta carbonara and lasagna tasted strange, bad. The red wine was cold. I had to take some of the cutlery from the table next to me. It was a shame to waste one meal on a short vacation at this restaurant.
14/09/2025: Lovely location right on the pier, you can see boats coming and going while you have a drink or food. We had a salad, the bruschetta, and a pizza, and they did not disappoint. Lovely food and lovely staff.

14/10/2025: Repetitive and unvaried breakfast
08/09/2025: My experience at this restaurant wasn't positive. I had a Smartbox voucher for two people. Cold welcome at reception, they see I have this voucher in my hand and tell us to go to the restaurant, an attitude typical of office workers. They seat us in a corner of a large room where within 10 minutes two large groups of people arrive, shouting and talking loudly and disrupting our lunch. I wonder why we weren't seated in another area where we could have lunch in peace. Then we get to lunch: very salty spaghetti with clams and dry grilled sea bass fillet. The sliced beef requested medium rare, was instead raw. The waitress, a foreigner, who needs at least some training, since she wanted to put parmesan on my spaghetti with clams, brings me the sea bass, announcing: "Who is this fish for?" I don't even know the name of the dish she's serving. To top it all off, at 2 pm, when we were about to leave, the waiter comes over to point out that the restaurant is closing. But where have we ended up? Except for the view. The restaurant is dated, probably from the 80s or 90s. I don't know what it is. The rest are hotels and apartments.
I doubt I'll stay at this "resort."

13/10/2025: By far the worst steak I've ever eaten.
No flavor at all, just a piece of meat grilled without seasoning and served on a plate with a lemon and some lamb's lettuce, for 20 euros!! The grilled vegetables for 5 euros were also completely tasteless. This wasn't a real chef who served this, but a worthless amateur 😡
I didn't want to ruin the evening for my companion, otherwise I would have returned it and left!!!

09/12/2025: Excellent location, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent and plentiful breakfast. There are a couple of flaws, one of which is worth mentioning, but only to complain to the municipality or the relevant authorities: the very noisy converter fan and the non-functioning Vortex in the bathroom. These issues have certainly been resolved (it's a shame we left before they were resolved). However, given the lack of parking, it's incomprehensible not to have an agreement with the car park about 200 meters from the hotel: €2 per hour... parking from 3:00 PM on Sunday to 9:30 AM on Monday... €24! In any case, a wonderful stay.
09/12/2025: The breakfast buffet was very rich and varied.
Attention to detail, the owners were friendly.
The grilled meat was excellent.

14/10/2025: Beautiful, stylish hotel in a wonderful lakeside location.
Hot tub on the terrace overlooking Lake Garda. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
A few hooks or towel rails in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.
Parking is available for a fee, a 5-minute walk away.
14/10/2025: Absolutely not recommended, very unfriendly. The boss himself is the epitome of unfriendliness. There were six of us and we were immediately rudely addressed by the boss when a friend of ours lit a cigarette. As I am a non-smoker myself, I can fully understand why smoking is prohibited on the terrace, but you don't have to be addressed like that. With my order (tagliatelle with ragu), I asked for extra arugula, which the boss accepted annoyed and reluctantly. When my food arrived, I also asked for Parmesan cheese (which is usually served anyway) and a little more arugula. He gave me an angry look and didn't react. We waited, but nothing was brought. In the meantime, my food was already cold, so I went back into the restaurant to ask for Parmesan and arugula again, but this request went unanswered. When he was back on the terrace, I called him and asked him to remember my request. He turned around, annoyed, but then came back two minutes later with Parmesan and placed it on my table without a word. I didn't get the arugula.
Our third bottle of water wasn't brought.
The food: Pizza was too crispy but the toppings were good. Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted good but there was no separate plate for the bowls. Pasta con Ragu tasted okay.
The wine was brought to our table without a cooler; other guests at the neighboring table received one.
Note: The terrace wasn't crowded, so it wasn't the restaurant's fault.
Conclusion: The food was okay, service was disastrous. We won't be back.
Response to the owner's reply:
We're very sure we were at your place. You don't have arugula ragu, which is why I specifically ordered it because I like to sprinkle it on top of my ragu. Whether it works or not is a matter of taste.

02/05/2025: Tre giorni a Garda per un torneo di calcio giovanile. Tre giorni di pranzi e cene in questo locale fantastico.
Primi piatti davvero di qualità, secondi piatti speciali e pizza gustosa. Bravi davvero e complimenti al personale, persone squisite e competenti. Prezzi onestissimi. Se si torna a Garda, si torna qui. Complimenti a questa realtà
14/02/2025: Siamo state,io e mia madre,ad ottobre in vacanza a garda e ci siamo imbattute per caso in questo delizioso ristorante e dopo un pranzo sublime..siamo tornate di nuovo nella settimana, oggi a febbraio abbiamo voluto tornare e così confermare la delizia di questo posto,dall'antipasto al primo, secondi e dolci di primissima scelta, Andrea ed Anna sempre gentilissimi e super accoglienti assolutamente da provare e non solo una volta...grazie ancora ragazzi per l'accoglienza ed il cibo buonissimo a presto Vera&Marisa❤️

Anche se è un ristorante spagnolo, ci sono molti piatti italiani. Torneremo sicuramente.

The food was divine, every dish was carefully prepared and stylishly presented, with a breathtaking view, but what made the evening even more special was the staff: friendly, professional, and highly qualified. The waiters were always available and helped us choose the best dishes, with a passion and knowledge of the menu that made all the difference. Ristorante Ai Beati is a true gem, don't miss it! 5 stars aren't enough, I'd like to give it 10!

08/04/2025: Kordonda kısa bir yürüyüş sonrası dondurma yemek için oturduk. Ama külah dondurma için sıraya girip kendimiz almamız gerekiyormuş. Öyle yaptık biz de. Lezzet fena değildi ama çok da muhteşem diyemem.

20/04/2025: Da un mese circa lavoro alla reception deli'Hotel Italia.
Ho visto con i miei occhi : la passione della Famiglia Viola tutta ,dalla mattina prestissimo , le sei circa alla sera dopo le 22 ed oltre, nell' occuparsi dell'organizzazione tutta.
Le colazioni sono fresche, naturali, con una visione ampia sui gusti dei Clienti, sia per i golosi come me che per chi pratica costantemente sport.
Una soglia alta di attenzione al gluten free e intolleranze in generale.
Cura del Cliente per portarlo a condividere anche una cena semplicemente ghiotta con pesce di qualità, ricette adatte alla zona "la perla del lago di Garda."Un ambiente accogliente, tutto rinnovato e giovanile, dai colori rosso, nero, verde, con una parete e mezza tutta vetrata, una grande terrazza per le serate estive, toccate dalla brezza del lago. Vedo la pulizia del posto, i vetri brillanti, i calici scintillanti per brindisi ,con ottimi vini scelti con cura dovuta alla conoscenza da Mattia Viola.
Vedo un servizio di qualità, ambiente rilassante e confortevole per serate in compagnia, in amicizia davanti ad una splendida paeilla. Vedo sorrisi, risate il convivio.
Vedo un luogo curato e perfetto per ogni occasione, compleanni, cene romantiche, pranzo Pasquale, o una serata di relax con dei dolci da aquolina proprio.
Vedo gentilezza e cortesia, proprio come piace a me, in um ambiente raffinato ed elegante, che mette allegria.
Datevi la possibilità di regalarVi un piccolo sogno culinario, oppure una notte fuori porta con la possibilità di sala fitness compre nel prezzo, piscina panoramica al terzo piano con 27° riscaldata, una sauna prenotabile privatamete ad un piccolo costo e se volete
la possibilità di pernottare in una stanza nuova, con parquet, con tanta luce, un minibar, un televisore, docce super moderne e stanze anche per diversamente abili.
I fiori sono un must qui orchidee, gazanie, piante natura, lago spiagge top.
Il sole arriverà e con lui .....Vi aspettiamo in molti e gli animali sono i benvenuti.

12/04/2025: Siamo stati a cena stasera dopo un'esperienza negativa in un altro ristorante . Che dire.. Pienamente soddisfatti! Finalmente pesce di lago fresco. Ottimi i tortelli di tinca e le sarde con polentina. Freschissime le tartare di tonno e di manzo.
Personale preparato e molto accogliente.
Carlotta ottima padrona di casa.
Complimenti torneremo presto!

21/06/2025: Fortunatamente ho girato un po di ristoranti e pochissime volte mi sono trovato in una location così bella, romantica e affascinante: abbiamo avuto la fortuna di mangiare in uno dei tavoli della loggia ed è stato veramente fantastico, avevamo il tavolo praticamente sul lago. In tutto il locale si respira un'atmosfera di classe ed eleganza senza però essere troppo impostata, un'atmosfera intima e rilassante.
Servizio puntuale e perfetto, giovani e cordiali, un servizio attento e veloce.
L'aspetto negativo purtroppo è stato il cibo, ho mangiato benino e, dato il prezzo di ogni piatto (dai 35€), mi aspetto piatti eccezionali che purtroppo non ho trovato sia nei sapori che nell'impiattamento. Capisco che nel prezzo è compresa la location bellissima ma mi concentrerei anche sulla qualità dei piatti dato che si parla di prezzi da ristorante stellato.
Materia prima buona e fresca ma che la cucina non è stata in grado di valorizzare infatti sia gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare che il tonno avevano sapori abbastanza piatti.
È un peccato perché hanno un potenziale altissimo, avvantaggiati dal posto bellissimo, dovrebbero puntare ad una cucina più attenta.

Schöne Location, das war s dann aber auch schon.
Tuna Tataki unterirdisch, schlechte Qualität Thunfisch, sehnig, schwierig zu schneiden. Preis: 35€!
Rindertartar war in Ordnung, für 25€ erwarte ich aber auch hier deutlich bessere Qualität und Geschmack.
Softdrinks extrem teuer, z. B. Cola 7€!
St. Christina Lugana (Flasche) war vom Preis her fair und sehr lecker.
Fazit: keine Empfehlung!
