21/10/2025: Everything was perfect. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious. The portions were generous, and there was a wide selection of wines.
I always love returning.
The price is reasonable for the quality of the food and the service: courteous, fast, and precise.

08/02/2026: We stopped at this restaurant almost by chance, and I can confidently say that the excellent reviews I've read previously are entirely accurate.
The location is splendid, with meticulous attention to every detail and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, from the moment we greeted us until the end of the meal: the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional.
The quality of the ingredients was also excellent, clearly evident in every dish.
I will definitely return if I have the opportunity to return to this area.
25/01/2026: I went for lunch with a group of twenty. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. The Amarone risotto was excellent, as were the main courses: thin and flavorful steak, perfectly cooked to medium rare, and perfectly cooked chicken. Everything was delicious, and I could have asked for seconds. The wait staff was helpful and impeccable. The rustic atmosphere was appreciated. Highly recommended.

05/01/2026: In October 2025, after 16 years, we decided to fulfill our big dream... to get married on Lake Garda, our favorite place! ❤️
There couldn't have been a better place than CASA DEGLI SPIRITI to celebrate our wedding!
The perfect location, with a spectacular view of the entire lake, the owners SARA and FEDERICO, two wonderful people we will always hold dear, along with all the staff and the rest of the family, made us experience a day we will NEVER forget!
We contacted SARA to organize everything, and she was always there even remotely, putting us in touch with the musicians and florist (all wonderful people!)
For the civil ceremony, we always relied on her, and with her sweetness, she made it romantic and special!
So, from the organization, to the ceremony, and the wedding reception, as she always says,
SARA WILL TAKE CARE OF IT! ❤️

14/10/2025: I only visited the bistro, not the restaurant! The food and drinks are as high-quality as the prices. The service is stiff and at times arrogant. Regulars obviously get better service. The restaurant thrives on the lake view from high above and its expensive guests.

16/07/2025: Wir besuchten die Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano am 14. Juli und hatten große Erwartungen - vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Das Panorama über den Gardasee ist wunderschön und kaum in Worte zu fassen. Auch das Ambiente und der Flair des Lokals sind auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend.
Doch leider endete der positive Eindruck beim Essen und Service. Sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgericht kamen mit einer identischen, weißen und geschmacklich undefinierbaren Soße - einfallslos und dem Preisniveau in keiner Weise gerecht.
Geschmacklich leider eine völlige Enttäuschung.
Auch der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Kellner waren unfreundlich und wirkten aufdringlich.
Man hatte das Gefühl, dass auf eine subtile, aber spürbare Weise versucht wurde, uns zu möglichst vielen Bestellungen zu bewegen - als ginge es mehr um Umsatz als um das Wohl der Gäste.
Das Lokal vermittelt nach außen einen Anspruch, dem es weder kulinarisch noch im Umgang mit Gästen gerecht wird. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch und Realität ist leider groß.
Sehr schade - wir kommen nicht wieder.
06/07/2025: Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der oberen Terrasse zum Abendessen reserviert. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir haben das Abendessen sehr genossen 👌.
Wir sind gerne bereit Qualität entsprechend zu bezahlen. Allerdings sollte unserer Meinung nach das Verhältnis Preis / Leistung angepasst werden, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.
