There's a Trattoria La Bassa in the province of Bologna where the food is excellent, but this one of the same name also confirmed both the name and the quality of the food and service. Well done!

06/11/2025: Simply my favorite restaurant. I've come here with my partner, family, and friends, and I've always had a great time enjoying delicious food in a welcoming, casual atmosphere. Generous portions, fresh pasta first courses, and truly excellent meat second courses. The tiramisu is top-notch, the best I've ever had. This trattoria strikes the perfect balance between an elegant restaurant and a family-run osteria. A place where I feel at home. Highly recommended.

20/10/2025: This historic restaurant, with about twenty tables, is very charming and popular. The pizzas are soft and plentiful. The service is fast and always friendly and helpful. The prices aren't outrageous, especially considering the convenient location in the city center near Piazza Vittoria and Corso del Popolo. They also offer generous first courses and delicious second courses. Be careful on Saturday nights, as it can be difficult to find a table.

19/10/2025: My wife and I have been to many pizzerias, but we had never paid for half a liter of loose house prosecco at €16.00. The owner had made a mistake on the bill and had charged me €10 more for a dish we hadn't ordered. As respectful people, we left a tip for the waitress, who was kind to us.

Extremely kind and helpful. A couple of the staff members were obviously new to the business, but they were absolutely professional.

02/12/2025: I've come here several times for the pizza, and having recently tried the food, I can only give it 5 stars! Typical dishes from our Venetian tradition, the zucca in saor (sautéed pumpkin) is excellent! If I had to make a comment, it would be the speck inside the tagliatelle with radicchio, which was a bit "boiled" and not crunchy. But that's a minor detail. The service was friendly and fast. Prices were average, and the place was cozy and warm. Congratulations!

07/10/2025: This is not just a place to eat tiramisu; it's a pilgrimage for anyone who truly loves the dessert. This is THE birthplace of tiramisu, and if you are in Treviso, this is the one place you absolutely must visit. I came all the way from Singapore, as tiramisu is my favorite dessert in the world. Unfortunately, on the day of my visit, the shop was closed for renovations. I was heartbroken, but then something incredible happened. One of the chefs, Paolo, saw me standing outside and, with incredible kindness, invited me in. Even though the shop was closed, he served me a perfect slice of their tiramisu. It was light, airy, and truly perfect—undoubtedly the most delicious tiramisu I have ever eaten. You can taste the history and passion in every spoonful. It's clear that the creators of this wonderful dish, now loved worldwide, poured their hearts into it. What happened next speaks volumes about the warmth and generosity of the staff. When it came time to pay, Paolo graciously refused to accept any money, despite our insistence. It was a beautiful example of Italian hospitality and a moment I will never forget. Paolo, thank you so much for making this trip so special for me and my family. This was more than just a dessert; it was a perfect, unforgettable experience to end our Italian trip. Ciao!

05/10/2025: Beautiful location, excellent service, and good food. The tagliolini cacio e pepe are truly special! Prices are average for this type of restaurant. I was, however, disappointed by the much-vaunted tiramisu! It's more like a parfait with cream—a real shame!

30/11/2025: This is the second time I've been to this place this month. The food was very good the first time: good, large pizzas and a good tiramisu. The second time, we ordered focaccia, and it was a bread pizza base. It was tasty but very thick, with zucchini puree on top and a fried shrimp per slice. We didn't like it much. The pizza was slightly burnt. The worst part was when we ordered tiramisu and they brought it without the chocolate topping. When we told the waiter, he removed it and brought it back half a minute later with a large clump of chocolate powder on top. It was so bitter and unpleasant that it made it hard to eat. They tried to charge us for it, but in the end, we didn't have to. We understand it was just an off day and we had bad luck.

16/11/2025: The restaurant has a very beautiful and unique setting with columns inside. The appetizers are good, and the pork cheek is delicious, but I wouldn't order the Venetian-style liver with polenta again. There isn't much choice among the dishes, and the desserts are superb. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a glass swap between a glass of sparkling white wine and a glass of red wine. I find the price a bit high.

15/11/2025: We organized a hearty midday aperitif for 50 people. Everything was perfect: from the elegant and delicious appetizers served, to the hot dish, a superb vegetable lasagna, and the inevitable prosecco.
