13/10/2024: Extraordinary, unique, disgusting! We booked two nights at the APARTHOTEL TIZE VILLAGE through BOOKING.COM in mid-August. We paid a total of Euro 336 for four people. Individual reviews didn't promise the best accommodation, but for an entertaining beach holiday with limited stay in the room, it should have been enough - the main thing is that the room, towels and beds are clean. After arriving and looking at the rooms, we had to cancel immediately. Reality defies description and we have never encountered it in this form before. We noticed the unkempt facility at the reception. No efforts have been made to keep the area around the parking lot or the entire area clean in recent years. The facility is littered, dirty and unkempt. The majority of the rooms are rented long-term and apparently also serve as seasonal accommodation for employees in the tourism industry around the holiday resort of Rosalina Mare. The room offered was a picture of devastation. A torn out refrigerator, sharp-edged base panels in the kitchen, dirty beds, furnishings yellowed from cigarette smoke and a littered balcony. We refrain from going into detail about the local smell. After seeing it, we would advise against using the apparently beautiful pool area in the interest of your own health. Emotionally, we reached an agreement with an employee at reception to cancel the accommodation and transfer the full amount back. Despite clarification on site and several subsequent contacts, there was neither a refund of the full nor the partial amount based on the BOOKING.COM guidelines. BOOKING withdraws from any responsibility and asks for your understanding that the organizer cannot be reached. The fact that the organizer is allowed to continue advertising via BOOKING does not seem to play a role. So be it, wonderful online world... Nepper, tugboat, pawn catcher! We take the liberty of leaving a warning review for other holidaymakers. We are also happy to document with photos. We would like to thank the APARTHOTEL TIZE VILLAGE and the online platform BOOKING.COM for the wonderful vacation.

10/10/2024: I ate the pizza, I felt like I was a child again when I went to the grocery store to get 20 lire of chocolate to make a sandwich, the shopkeeper gave me the chocolate on tissue paper and so the pizza was so thin it was disgusting and while I was eating it I felt I was asking, DO YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE BASE OF PIZZA IS PASTA? What's the point of making a pizza that covers the plate if the pizza looks like tissue paper and what's more very expensive 😡😡😡😡

16/09/2024: The quality of the food is somewhat questionable, with the exception of the Mexican dishes in the adjacent restaurant. The indecent quality-price ratio. The service is even worse, for which I'm sorry we can't give it a 0. Rudeness, arrogance, rudeness especially from one of the waiters.

07/08/2024: Bon emplacement, belle et large terrasse La salle est également agréable Tables très propre Idem pour toilette Personnel sympathique et accueillant Bon conseil selon nos choix Et Précis pour décrire la composition des assiettes De plus le serveur faisait des efforts dans notre langue afin de créer davantage de convivialité Concernant les plats Filet de Boeuf très apprécié et comme en Italie très peu de légumes donc attention si gros appétit, prévoir un accompagnement Les risottos sont corrects sans plus et la prétention laisse à désirer contrairement aux autres assiettes qui sont fort heureusement bien plus agréable visuellement Restaurant à tester pour sa position proche de la place ST Marc Sa très agréable terrasse La sympathie du personnel Pour la cuisine ce n’est certes pas inoubliable

13/11/2024: Ristorante dal sapore anni 90, per quanto riguarda la location, servizio impeccabile attento e dinamico. Porzioni abbondantissime che però perdono un po’ in qualità. Prezzi onesti.

11/12/2023: The only restaurant in Bassano that had two seats on December 8th.. I won't dwell because I could write a poem. I was humiliated in the middle of the restaurant (with other customers besides us) because I allowed myself to ask for parmesan to put on raw spaghetti and they had never seen fish... Upon my request the waitress tells me that parmesan is not included in the menu (absurd but I would have paid for it separately) Immediately afterwards, the owner/chef comes to the table in a loud and somewhat annoyed tone of voice and tells me that I must not allow myself to ruin his dish with my absurd requests. All this in front of other customers who turned away attracted by his rude manner. Before paying, I pointed out to the "kind" owner that he had mortified me in front of everyone and that these are not the ways to treat people, especially a woman! Not even "I'm sorry" came out of his arrogant mouth, on the contrary he continued in the same way to underline how right he was. When they learn to cook a decent fish first course and above all with fish...maybe someone won't ask for parmesan!! However I recommend first learning education which is priority in this case!!!

09/12/2023: I was out for a walk with my boyfriend. I found myself passing in front of the restaurant. I went in to ask if there was a place for two people and the waitress said yes and then accompanied us to the table with the menu. Excellent place. , excellent food, all fresh, excellent service, and I also give 5 stars to the chef.

11/10/2024: Personale maleducato, menú non da rifugio alpino ( Piatto Kebab?!?!, Pinsa?!?!) . Posto incantevole, ma pessima gestione.

05/10/2024: Sono entrato con la mia famiglia per prendere qualcosa di caldo,ci siamo seduti e dopo qualche minuto ci hanno portato il menù,visto che sapevamo già cosa prendere abbiamo detto al cameriere che potevamo già ordinare. Lui inizia a bestemmiare e insultarci indirettamente perché a detta sua non avevamo pazienza di aspettare. Quindi,correggo,caro servitore di tavoli(cameriere sarebbe una mancanza di rispetto verso quelli veri),impara l’educazione;in secondo luogo valuterei l’ipotesi di cambiare impiego e trovare quello più adatto a te,magari in un porcile. Buona vita.

24/10/2024: Non conoscevo questo posto sono stata invitata da amici e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Il locale è semplice ma raffinato Il cibo ottimo e preparato con cura tutto freschissimo pesce crudo e pesce cotto. Il titolare eddy ci ha serviti con simpatia e cortesia bravo anche tutto il personale

09/10/2024: Andiamo per un pranzo di lavoro , locale carino tipico e ordinato , preso 2 antipasti , scampi e schie con polenta molto buoni , servizio lento e distratto ho richiesto il pane x consumarlo con l’antipasto e se lo sono dimenticato , gnocchi buoni e fatti in casa mentre la pasta con vongole e bottarga sarebbero stati buoni se non avessi avuto solo 7 vongole per tutto il piatto dato che le altre 12 erano chiuse , ho segnalato al cameriere facendo vedere il piatto con tutte le vongole chiuse ma risultato è stato meno di 0 e questo non va bene perché se ordino vongole voglio mangiare vongole mi sembra normale , non posso dire male ma neanche bene perché volevo crudo ma aveva solo scampi e tonno il risotto minimo x 4 persone mai sentito ed il coperto 5 euro a testa mi sembra esoso x una trattoria , magari tornerò e andrà meglio

04/03/2024: BAD RESTAURANT TO AVOID! Two of us went there for 1:30 p.m. As soon as we were seated, an already quite elderly waiter made us understand by tapping his watch that we had to hurry up and order. For the antipasto (i.e. the starter) we choose salmon for €12, both the same thing. When ordering, this same man speaks Italian to us, sees that we don't understand and doesn't want to try English. We point out to him what we want, sure of ourselves. He sighed several times to make us understand that we were pissing him off for not speaking Italian! Then he asks us to choose a side dish: + €4.50 again! Since when is the accompaniment no longer included with the dish? We refuse, he makes a face and half growls. A cooked salmon comes to us, it seems strange to us. Note: 15€ instead of 12€. We suppose he looked at the menu wrongly and thought we wanted the salmon they offered as a hot dish. So our only meal since he had directly collected the menu: two pieces of salmon. NOTHING ELSE ! Disappointed, we didn’t want to pay them two desserts in addition. The very unpleasant staff stared at us meanly (always that old man) and kicked us out, shoving the bill under our noses when they saw that we were hanging around slightly (it was barely 3 p.m.). We hadn't even finished our glasses of wine even though we had still bought them a bottle. When pointing out the mistake in the dish to this gentleman, he was very irritated and rude, spoke to us very badly, not at all professional, we were annoying him, that's all. He made the salmon for 12€ so I didn't even tell him that they had counted the service twice, I saw that we couldn't get more. In short, although the salmon was good, it was a complete scam and they were super unpleasant, I RECOMMEND AGAINST. You will always find better!

01/01/2024: Excellent place ... We went with my girlfriend on New Year's Eve ... Enchanting atmosphere with a view of the Castle ... Well-plated and truly delicious food, the prosecco drunk during the evening was also excellent ... Waiters attentive to your needs of the customer who provided an excellent service during dinner ... We had to wait a little due to a malfunction of the ordering tablet but it was really worth it ... Excellent discovery ... Definitely worth trying ... Recommended !!!

10/12/2024: I ordered cuttlefish pasta and ginocchi and they were terrible! ! The pasta is sour and has no taste at all. If you have the money, you might as well go to other restaurants. This is the worst dinner I have ever had in Italy.

05/08/2024: Una delusione...leggendo le recensioni eravamo andati carichi di aspettattive ma siamo rimasti delusi, materie prime a nostro avviso non di prima qualità e largo uso di panna. Servizio veloce. Mi spiace ma non ci siamo....

07/07/2024: Ordiniamo una rustica (pasta con pastin e TANTA PANNA) e neanche riesco a mangiarla perché mi viene il voltastomaco, la mia compagna prende le trofie al pesto che erano più dure della forchetta con la quale le stava mangiando, e nuotavano nell’olio. Inoltre un ristorante che propone pasta prevalentemente, non può avere solo penne e spaghetti, tra l’altro industriali. Nonostante ciò nulla da dire sulla gentilezza delle cameriere.
