26/05/2025: Gran cerveza helada servida en vasos helados! Pizzas también muy sabrosas, tan bueno que volvimos dos veces! Personal encantador. Precios realmente razonables.

20/02/2025: Febbraio e qui gia manca la voglia di lavorare. In 3, arriva un spaghetti vongele in un piatto giacchiato tutto sensa gusto. Dopo 20 minuti un antipasto mare non del tutto buono/fresca e ancora dopo 10 minuti una insalata greca poco greca. Pasta senza glutine che sarebbe piu che normale nel 2024 non esiste. Non e possibile mangare almeno un po insieme. Un cameriere che butta tovaglia e posate sui tavoli oer riparecchiare sensa rispetto per gli altri. Abbiamo rinunciati ad altro e pagato per finire il pranzo in un altro ristorante. Trapola per turisti per la bella posizione! Mai piu!

05/08/2025: Lovely food. Had a salad for starter. Main courses were spaghetti with clams and tortellini filled with cod. Very friendly waitress. 10/10

03/08/2025: I don't recommend it. Terrible service! Unprofessional staff! When the waiter arrived, the person I was with asked about the dishes, since we were on vacation and wanted to try typical dishes. The rude and unprofessional waiter rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders, responding sarcastically. When we pointed out that we were leaving WITHOUT EATING because of the terrible service, because politeness comes first, a woman—I don't know if she's the owner or not—without apologizing simply replied, "Okay, no problem." I absolutely don't recommend it if you want good service!

17/07/2025: No vayan a este restaurant evitenlo es una trampa turistica Le preguntamos si nos cobraba el cubierto antes de sentarnos y nos dijo que solo se pagan el precio de platillos que por cierto muy pequeños como menu infantil donde las proteinas era una lamina muy pequeña y delgada de pollo o pescado ...al recibir la cuenta para pagar nos viene añadido el cargo por cubierto le comentamos y dijo que se tenia que pagar cuando al inicio nos dijo que NO se cobraba..para convencernos de entrar 4 personas.Muy mal de su parte..no regresaremos nunca .

16/07/2025: Wir besuchten die Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano am 14. Juli und hatten große Erwartungen - vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Das Panorama über den Gardasee ist wunderschön und kaum in Worte zu fassen. Auch das Ambiente und der Flair des Lokals sind auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend. Doch leider endete der positive Eindruck beim Essen und Service. Sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgericht kamen mit einer identischen, weißen und geschmacklich undefinierbaren Soße - einfallslos und dem Preisniveau in keiner Weise gerecht. Geschmacklich leider eine völlige Enttäuschung. Auch der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Kellner waren unfreundlich und wirkten aufdringlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass auf eine subtile, aber spürbare Weise versucht wurde, uns zu möglichst vielen Bestellungen zu bewegen - als ginge es mehr um Umsatz als um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Lokal vermittelt nach außen einen Anspruch, dem es weder kulinarisch noch im Umgang mit Gästen gerecht wird. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch und Realität ist leider groß. Sehr schade - wir kommen nicht wieder.

06/07/2025: Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der oberen Terrasse zum Abendessen reserviert. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir haben das Abendessen sehr genossen 👌. Wir sind gerne bereit Qualität entsprechend zu bezahlen. Allerdings sollte unserer Meinung nach das Verhältnis Preis / Leistung angepasst werden, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

10/04/2025: Some time ago I went to this place for an "after work" aperitif with colleagues, and I was certainly satisfied 👍. Arriving on site around 3.00 pm 🕒 upon reservation 📞, we were cordially welcomed by members of the staff who immediately accompanied us to our table. We therefore opted for some fish-based appetizers (one portion each) and a couple of platters with bread 🍞 and cold cuts to share. Everyone ordered a drink for themselves (I chose a Crodino with Aperol 🍹 which was then followed by another). All very good 😋 and served with care 👌. At a certain point, seeing as the hunger was still biting, a colleague of mine and I also treated ourselves to a sandwich 🌭 with salami, cheese 🧀 and grilled courgettes 🥒. Both the owner 👨🏻‍🦳 and the girl 👩🏼 with whom we settled the bill at the cash desk were kind. Prices normal. I don't know if the parking area 🅿️ next door is owned by the structure, in any case we calmly left the cars 🚘 there. The location near the ring road exit is strategic. We liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 08/06/2025: Overpriced and not very good quality food they will try to overwhelm you with better wines and better supposedly dishes. Please go somewhere else in Venice and stay away from this restaurant. Service is so bad we didn't see the waiter until he come to bring us the check..... no one asked us how was our food after being served. For a 300 for dinner please go somewhere else. They also added a 12% service fee claiming it was a tax from the city while we have been in Venice for 2 days no other restaurant charged a city tax.

27/04/2025: As soon as we were seated I had a bad feeling and I was right. It took a while for menus to be delivered to the table and when the waiter finally came over again, we tried to ask a question about the menu but he spoke over us and told us he was there to take out drinks order. When we did order the waiter was looking elsewhere and totally distracted, so it shouldn’t have a surprise that the order was incorrect on arrival. The carbonara was vile, tasted of nothing but egg and the pasta was undercooked (not Al dente, undercooked). By the time Parmesan was offered we’d given up trying to eat it. The pizza that was ordered was ok (compared to the carbonara) but we’re sure the mushrooms were tinned. When we paid, they initially gave us a bill for over -€330 (for three people - one drink and a main each) and it took a further three or four attempts to get it close to right.

22/07/2025: It makes you wonder how such places can exist...Service was a solid six. The wait was endless despite very few customers. The service just seemed so unmotivated when they were there. The portions were pretty outrageous considering the prices. I would never go there again.

20/07/2025: On a Sunday in July, after a walk, we stopped for a coffee and a sweet tooth. The facility is undoubtedly beautiful, spacious, and well-kept. The staff was quite friendly. Despite the refuge being practically empty, we waited a full 45 minutes for a portion of Kaiserschmarren, all for a whopping €22. We won't be returning!

06/06/2025: Terrible lugar - el personal super grosero, no ayudó con el menú y odiaba cada segundo que estuvimos allí. Yo le daría una falta si visitar Venecia

14/05/2025: Muy mal lugar, no comimos bien. Comida sin gusto. No vayan!!!carisimo. Y de mala gana nos atendieron y cuando le dijimos que la comida estaba mal, no les gustó.

27/07/2025: This was a ridiculously overpriced dinner. First of all they bring the bottles of Aqua Pana already unscrewed with no lid from the kitchen. The water tasted like regular sink water, despite being 8 Euros. The bread was not great. They brought us the 2nd basket we never asked for or ate and then charged us for 2. NO other restaurant in Italy has ever charged us for bread. The raw seafood appetizer was a joke. It had 2 shrimp, 1 oyster and a tiny amount of seabass and tuna (smaller then a poke scoop). The hot food was ok. The service was VERY SNAIL. SLOW. They also charge 15% service charge for a horrible service. Took us 20 minutes to get the check. We had no wine or dessert and spent €150 . They just take advantage of people and the place is not even nice, the gold bird on napkins and glasses does not make up for €8 sink water and stale bread. Many much better restaurants in the area.
