03/07/2025: I have been going to the Taverna for years, I knew the Tirolari, lovely people like the children who have inherited their legacy. I love Claudio and Manuela who have worked there for years and who are dear friends of mine, but all the staff are up to par. Excellent food and impeccable service as always. In Mirano this is my favorite place, I take friends there who appreciate it and I recommend it to everyone.

We waited more than an hour before seeing the dishes arrive
The gentleman who took the order could not answer questions about the ingredients, he asked and came back with very summary answers. Risk of respiratory shock..
The guys on the staff were very kind

17/06/2025: Worst place we have eaten at whilst being in Italy. The waiter got the order wrong. Service wasn't the best. Asked for mayo and given 2 sachets bit tight. Other half got up to get more. Most expensive meal as well whilst been here with the worst meal and service.

22/06/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitstaff were extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We were told we couldn’t sit outside without a reservation, which was fine, but when we agreed to sit inside and only ordered dessert, they rudely told us the tables inside are just for dinning and asked us to go outside. It was disrespectful and unwelcoming. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend — there are plenty of other spots that treat their guests with basic courtesy.
20/06/2025: Great, quiet restaurant, tucked away from the center. We had the raw shrimp pasta. Incredible! They offer a glass of wine to pair with each dish. Fast and efficient service. Fair prices. I recommend it without hesitation.

06/07/2025: Great place on the north end of Venice. Far away from the crowds in a residential neighborhood. Food, service and atmosphere was top notch. We seemed to be one the only non Italian groups there which was exactly what we were looking for. Menu was small but had great options. Wine was fanatic.

22/06/2025: Wonderful pizza right on a canal in Venice. Honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It was just so ridiculously hot outside and inside that I couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest extent. But I highly recommend!!

07/07/2025: We went there for dinner twice during our 10-day vacation. Both times, we took advantage of the opportunity to customize our pizza using a checkbox. It was fun, and the pizza was beyond delicious! The service was consistently super friendly and accommodating, and they were happy to accommodate our broken Italian with a smile. Parking is also available. Since we were there around 6:00 PM both times, we never had a problem finding a space.
The restaurant is definitely worth recommending. We thank you very much for the great evenings. Gracie mille! ◡̈

06/07/2025: The food in the restaurant was very good, the only dessert was not up to the level of tiramisu, but everything was edible and you could feel all the necessary flavors of tiramisu. However, we waited too long for our food and not only us but also the other guests around us started complaining and commenting. It's one thing if one person is not satisfied, but for 3 tables around us to loudly comment on the rudeness and slowness was confirmation of our opinion. The waitress cut me with her long nails while serving me, which I believe have no place in the catering industry. She apologized but I had to go to the toilet to stop the bleeding. The main course I ordered arrived wrong, they apologized and brought what I ordered as soon as possible, but how can you not take all that into account when every next step was getting worse. In the end, when I asked for the bill to pay, I waited for it for 20 minutes. During our lunch, the restaurant employee sent away two women and shouted loudly that they were stupid. Therefore, regardless of the food which is really good, the service is a disaster. Only one younger male waiter was friendly and polite.

To be avoided absolutely because they add €4.5 per person to the bill, of which €2.5 for "coperto" (this includes: napkins, serving, bread, cutlery, etc.), and the remaining €2 is "justified" by the Bangladeshi waiter as a "tourist tax". It was bragged that on weekends, the "tax" reaches €10 per person. A shameless lie obviously, because the tourist tax is paid at the hotel, not in restaurants, so it's an ILLEGAL(!!!) pretext to extract extra money from uninformed tourists. You can complain by notifying the Financial Guard and keeping the receipt. Otherwise, bad service, arrogant staff, no attention or kindness towards the consumer. Much contempt for tourists which is also reflected in the poor quality of the culinary dishes. Very bad experience!

22/06/2025: Changed management compared to two years ago. It was a bit of a disappointment. The prices have not increased but the quality of the food in my opinion has deteriorated a lot. We had two grills, water and a glass of wine. The environment is always characteristic and the service is courteous. We were alone in the room
