30/01/2025: Veramente eccezionale,la pasta è qualcosa di unico come quella di una volta....il menù è ampio e tutto di cucina Umbra il servizio è rapido e preciso lo chef spiega i piatti in sala..i vini anche essi umbri...vasta scelta.. anche l'acqua san pellegrino top ottimo qualità prezzo consigliato il menù degustazione se si vuole spendere meno...
26/01/2025: Location carina, piatti buoni ma servizio assolutamente inadeguato soprattutto in relazione ai prezzi molto esosi( acqua da 75cl 4euro!)

13/02/2025: We were there for lunch on Sunday and it was a very bad experience. Until recently it was a place where we had a great time... now we will definitely not go again. We asked for a vegetarian menu, they offered us pasta with tomato sauce......they brought a first course and forty minutes later the other seven. There were eight of us...then we didn't see a waiter at our table and when we asked to order at least a second course we were told that the kitchen was closed. When we went to pay the very kind girl at the cash register made us talk to the manager and justified herself with an illogical chatter, and.....at that point not even the delicacy of offering us at least the coffees....only the chef, hearing our observations, offered us 2 brighelle....it was all out of place. What a disappointment.. also lower the prices.

05/01/2025: Purtroppo deludente! Il locale si presenta in una cornice Unica nel contesto del paese , ben curato il servizio..ma i piatti proposti non sono all'altezza, sia negli antipasti che nei primi non vi è nulla di speciale nei sapori , i secondi hanno cotture che non esaltano il palato con sughi poco consoni , anche i contorni poco curati. Esperienza da non ripetere.

15/02/2025: The restaurant is located inside the BW Quattrotorri Perugia hotel and is an obligatory passage for the lift that takes you to the rooms.
The raw material, the way in which it is processed is top notch. See wasabi, o-toro.
Unfortunately, given the waiting times, the experience was bittersweet: we waited about 2 hours for 4 courses and it was really unnerving.
After 1 hour and a half, on the second round of courses, they didn't even arrive together.
The service was not attentive and not very present.
The price, excessively high, then corresponds to a stressful evening and not to be repeated again.
I recommend completely reviewing the format, maybe it only works with takeaway.
16/01/2025: Pensavamo di cenare in un posto esclusivo….invece ci siamo ritrovati nel set di “vacanze di Natale”!!!!! Grazie per avermi rovinato il compleanno !!!!

09/02/2025: Terrible experience, starting from the reception, where a lady (as soon as we parked) asked us if we were customers of the place; she was about to send us away due to "parking jealousy", and the evening continued in an atmosphere of continuous rudeness. Truly a rude person, we will not return.
08/02/2025: Non abbiamo mangiato benissimo, e la signora che ci ha accolto era di una maleducazione unica. Esperienza pessima. Non lo consiglierei
