01/05/2026: A small restaurant nestled in a particularly picturesque medieval village. Delicious, traditional Umbrian dishes. Chef Diego is genuine and, above all, attentive to his customers. The highly professional waiter is also excellent. The tasting menus are recommended for a taste of the traditional cuisine and homemade pasta; all dishes are a fantastic culinary experience. The wine list is well-stocked with local wines; we recommend the Boccatone, a top-quality wine. Highly recommended, but book in advance!

18/04/2026: A chic, rustic-looking location. Traditional dishes, prepared with a critical, non-nostalgic approach. We were greeted by the genuine enthusiasm of waiter Alessio, and looked after by the entire staff. We'll be back.

20/04/2026: We had lunch together while visiting this beautiful village. The restaurant is located in a former 13th-century Franciscan residence. The atmosphere is elegant and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Outdoor seating is also available. Highly recommended!
19/04/2026: Beautiful setting in a Franciscan convent. The waitress was very friendly, super kind, and helpful.
The bruschetta was top-notch, as was everything else we ordered...including the amazing tiramisu! Highly recommended for value! ♥️

16/05/2026: We went there for a business dinner. There were four of us. Three of us ordered a Florentine steak, two cuts of about 900 grams, and the fourth ordered a tagliata. It's a shame that both arrived cold. It's a shame.
The place was nice and original, and the staff was helpful.

I ate incredibly tender meat, red wine, and a mouth-watering zuppa inglese.

01/03/2026: Steps: (1) the waiting time from the order, 1 hour just for the appetizer, steps (2) that the service was not excellent, they forgot to bring us some dishes, but standing there eating while there is a coming and going of people with shopping bags, pizza boxes, baby bottles, who pass by you, because customers of the hotel (which is located above the restaurant) pass by on their way to their room, absolutely NO and absolutely NO! The sushi was good but too expensive for the quantity and quality
01/03/2026: Incompetence and a lack of professionalism, coupled with a swanky atmosphere. I ordered two bottles for a birthday, complete with a "finger" on the menu. They were brought two bottles of the same type of wine but at very different prices. The bill magically rose from €50 to €180.
