24/08/2025: ...simply thieves.... Buying a slice of sardenaira-style pizza for 10 euros is pure madness, no justification, just dishonesty.... Unfortunately, my partner is ashamed to say "I won't buy it anymore," and unfortunately I wasn't there....
20/08/2025: My family and I ate for lunch, there were 4 of us, the place was clean and very busy, we ordered the mashed potatoes as a starter and it was very good and tasty, we had 4 first courses and a second course, 2 porcini mushroom risottos with the addition of black truffle, a simple mushroom risotto and a spaghetti with tomato and buffalo burrata, as a second course a lamb shank, the first courses were very good, the only flaw was the fact that the mushroom risotto cost €30 and the addition of truffle made the price rise to €50 without even showing us the weighing of the truffle (which is usually done in restaurants that sell it), the lamb shank did not have a good flavour, the meat was probably from an older lamb (to make me understand better it was sheep not lamb), despite these flaws we ate well so it deserves 4 stars in total, last comment the waiter is a bit too know-it-all but I imagine he does it to appear nice Some people probably like it, but not personally, but the service was precise and punctual, so 4 stars.

26/08/2025: Anna Stuben in Ortisei is that rare one-star that feels both polished and personal, the kind of place that turns a Dolomites day into a little celebration with every course and pour of wine, full stop worthy and then some. Tucked inside the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel & Spa, it blends South Tyrolean roots with a modern mindset, delivering plates that are light, precise, and quietly luxurious alongside a deep, confident cellar curated by an expert sommelier. The room is a love letter to Alpine craft: timber walls and ceilings, soft light, and round tables that make conversation easy—more contemporary Stube than rustic chalet, and freshly renewed in the latest renovation. That warm wood sets the stage for a slow, unrushed meal, where attentive service moves at the pace of the table and the wine pairings land like little high‑fives throughout the night. Chef Reimund Brunner’s cooking leans local but never insular, folding in pristine seafood and bright acids so dishes feel lifted rather than heavy—think Alto Adige spirit with a modern, lighter touch and less butter and sugar by design. The menus play with mood—Creativity, Passion, Dedication—and the team happily lets diners mix across them, which makes the experience feel tailored without a hint of fuss. From the snacks to the last sweet bite, it’s a confident arc: immaculate fish, supple meats, and sauces that whisper instead of shout, always clean and vivid on the palate. 16/03/2025: A un anno di distanza dall'ultima visita a questo ristorante-pizzeria, la pizza del Mar Dolomit non mi ha per nulla convinto. Pasta troppo spessa e forma rotonda troppo regolare, come se fosse stata cotta in una teglia. La fragranza che conoscevo non l'ho per nulla ritrovata, non nego che sono rimasto deluso. Fra l'altro, abbiamo iniziato con una insalata mista che è risultata fin troppo ordinaria e quindi ben poco invitante. Quantomeno, buona la conclusione con il tiramisù della casa. In ogni caso, peccato, per una cena fra amici a Ortisei, perché metto sul piatto della bilancia che due pietanze su tre non sono state all'altezza delle attese. Speravo decisamente in meglio, dopo le esperienze del passato. Comunque, servizio molto cortese e attento.
14/01/2025: Nachdem es letztes Jahr unterirdisch war, kann man bei der jetzigen Besetzung wieder hingehen. Freundliches Personal und ordentliches Essen.
