21/04/2026: We planned a lunch on our return from S. Filippo, and we made a reservation. Even so, they were very understanding that we arrived a little late. The food was incredible, with very generous portions. The setting is very pleasant, with a large garden and tables arranged along it, making it very inviting and private, even though it's in the center of the small town. I recommend it!

19/04/2026: ​I have been having a wonderful time in Tuscany, but my experience at this restaurant was deeply regrettable. I arrived shortly after 7 PM as one of the first few groups of the day. Without being offered any choice, I was seated at a table positioned right under the edge of a thatched umbrella, where debris from the roof had already fallen onto the table. ​Initially, I assumed the inner tables were fully reserved. However, for the entire hour I was there, those comfortable and warm seats remained vacant. What disappointed me most was witnessing every single guest who arrived after me being offered the freedom to choose their preferred table. ​As an Asian guest, being pushed to an edge seat while later guests were given preferential treatment felt like clear discrimination. This unpleasant experience completely overshadowed the meal. While the owner seems to care about their online reputation, the manager on duty this Sunday evening clearly does not share that philosophy. If you are the owner, you should seriously reconsider your service standards and retrain your staff. I am seriously considering reporting this discriminatory experience to the Michelin Guide and other relevant organizations

16/04/2026: The food was delicious, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and the owner is present in the restaurant ensuring satisfaction. We were a group of 6 so we tried a lot of the menu options and not a single order disappointed. Truly authentic Italian food and highly recommended

14/04/2026: Four of us had dinner, with a reservation. I had pappardelle with duck ragù, then with friends we shared tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and balsamic reduction, tartare with stracciatella, and carpaccio with ricotta mousse. Everything was truly delicious, accompanied by an excellent "Scorbutico" (wine produced by a local winery). Fast and attentive service, a very intimate and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: What a surprising discovery this bistro was! ✨ Arrival We hadn’t made a reservation, but with great kindness they still managed to find us a table. It immediately gave us a warm and welcoming feeling to start the evening. Starter We began with the cold cuts, and we were also given some extra explanation. Everything was perfectly balanced and of top quality – a wonderful start. Main course For my main course, I chose the fresh pici with pear. A dish full of flavor with a perfect balance – no pasta drowning in sauce, but just the way it should be. My son had the hamburger. Not like the ones we are used to, but truly excellent. The meat was very flavorful and, even though he doesn’t like onions, his plate was almost completely empty. Dessert The desserts finished everything off perfectly. The tiramisu with Nutella (which my husband initially had doubts about) turned out to be the best he has had during our week in Italy! My son chose the red fruit crumble – also clearly a hit. Even though we were already quite full, the desserts disappeared quickly. All credit to the chef: every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor. The house wine completed the experience. 🍷 This is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss! 🙌

15/04/2026: A weekend of fine dining, truly honored. I ate a steak of the highest quality and skill in its cooking. The restaurant has a delightful rustic atmosphere and the staff are friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. I highly recommend it... the dishes speak for themselves, and the salad was a bouquet of flowers. Congratulations, and I hope to see you next time.

12/04/2026: The restaurant is well-organized for reservations and parking directions. Service is fast, and the waiters are friendly. The food is decent but not particularly impressive: the peposo sauce is flavorless and too runny, the porchetta is a bit too greasy, and the eggplant has too much tomato sauce. Desserts are served in a bland manner with little personality. The wine list could be improved in terms of number and selection of wines, as well as the wine service, especially when pairing with the dishes.

02/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, very well-maintained, with excellent attention to detail in the dishes, including the presentation! Friendly and professional staff (Manuela is a delight when describing the dishes and wines)! Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: I'm a pilgrim, I came to Bagno Vignoni at 9:00 a.m. from San Quirico d'Orcia. I had a cappuccino and a croissant and asked if there was a Via Francigena stamp. The lady almost shouted, "No, you have to go to San Quirico d'Orcia or Radicofani." It was obviously because she was irritated with me. I'm sorry.
