18/07/2026: The food looked good and was well-presented, but both dishes we ordered lacked flavor. One was duck and the other veal. At the end, we ordered dessert, the Nocciola, which, despite its good presentation, had a tasteless hazelnut cream, dry chocolate cake pieces, and overall the dessert was bland. We paid €102.50 for two people, without wine. The quality/price ratio is unsatisfactory. It's a shame, but I won't be back.
03/07/2026: Made a reservation on the same day. Chose an inside table as the rustic decor and wine selection was very aesthetic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both service, food and wine were worth every euro. The whole meal was very balanced and the dessert was extremely light and well paired. Would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone involved and great recommendations. Would definitely come again.

13/06/2026: Four of us dined here, sampling a variety of dishes, from appetizers to dessert... all truly excellent, using top-quality ingredients. The service was young, attentive, and friendly... a truly recommended place, a wonderful surprise, and excellent value.
07/06/2026: Lovely restaurant! We were surprised by the high-quality of the food and the wonderful plating- not what I was expecting from a small town restaurant. Very reasonably priced for what you got. I would go out of my way to come back. The wine was incredibly reasonable.

01/08/2026: Excellent quality products, fair prices for the location and what's on offer. Truly excellent service: friendly, attentive, and professional staff.
The only downside is the outdoor smoking area. While permitted, smoking can be bothersome for many diners. A dedicated smoking area or limiting its use during meals would be a plus.
01/08/2026: We ate in the air-conditioned indoor dining room.
We chose the daily specials: Catalina de Medici salad and grilled vegetables with bean hummus—a unique dish.
They were delicious.
We were served by José, a very helpful Peruvian waiter.

14/07/2026: Opening hours don’t seem accurate. It used to say they were open on Mondays, but turned up and there was noone there. The next day rang to check they closed at 6.00pm (again, as it used to say), to be told they close at 5.00pm…

01/07/2026: I confirm what someone else wrote. The spa is closed, the hot water fountain is ruined and cordoned off, and it spews hot, turbid water into the river, which is also dirty and uninspiring. It's a shame because it would have been a lovely attraction.
12/06/2026: You can soak in the free thermal waters next to the river.
WARNING: the water is boiling hot and you can easily burn yourself!!! 😵💫😵💫
The hotel is in disrepair and has been closed for years...
The place is still worth a try... especially out of season.
